"The hotel is large and in a great location, right next to a shopping mall. The room was very spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. There are connecting rooms available on the sea-facing side with beautiful views. The staff provided excellent service. Parking is available for 24 hours at 1,680 yen. The hotel is a bit far from the Otaru Canal."

"新しいホテルなので若干従業員の動きがスムーズではないところがあったが、接客態度は問題はなかった。 設備: 大浴場が気持ちよかった。メイク落としも洗顔も置いてあってタオルと着替えのみ持っていけばいいのは楽だった。ドライヤーも馬力のあるものが備え付けてあり〇。欲を言えば、肌に付けるスキンケア類を常備するより、ヘアオイルやボディローションを置いてある方がいいと思った。 コインランドリーに完了した洗濯物を一時的に入れるカゴなどあるといいかもと思った。 お部屋の設備: ツインの部屋にエキストラベッド入れて3名で泊まった。エキストラベッドを入れたためと思うが椅子がデスクのところにひとつしかなく、他に2名はエキストラベッドに座るしかなくやや不便だった。 また、バストイレ別で快適に使えたが、トイレ内に手洗い場がなく、洗わない手でトイレのドアをあけ、お風呂場のドアも開け手を洗わなければならないので、そこは不便だったし衛生上？？ってなったところだった。 AIスピーカーは上手く使えなかったので残念 テレビはYouTubeは見れたのはよかった。が、もう少しベッド側に画面が向けられたらよかった。 コンセントが多く使い勝手が良かった。 iPhoneミラーリングが出来るのは便利。 総じて快適に過ごせてよかった。"

"Very nice hotel, the lobby is big and nice, allow us to check in at 2 pm. There are some reception staff that can speak mandarin as well. We booked a room for 3 people with 3 single beds. The room is bigger than expected and the washroom is more spacious as compared to others I have stayed in before. Pros is near the Otaru Canal, from the hotel just walk straight all the way will reach Otaru canal. Opposite the hotel there is a Lawson, convenient to buy stuff. Cons is slightly far away from JR station and you will need to walk about 10 mins."

"A boutique style heritage building with high end art deco architecture designed hotel. Style, class of its own with high-tea style breakfast. The chef was of top-notch with well-balance crafted menus. The taste was exemplary good. I enjoyed the wine tasting too and love the OTARU dry white wine and OTARU beer. Lightings and ambiance atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to heritage financial street and OTARU canals."

Located just a pleasant 20-minute drive from Otaru Station, the hotel is nestled in a tranquil, private area that feels like stepping into a captivating wonderland. I was delighted to discover a bus stop right across from the hotel, making it effortlessly convenient to explore the surroundings. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly by name, and they were incredibly helpful with our luggage. Taking off our shoes upon entering the hotel created a feeling of comfort and cleanliness that made us feel right at home. After a smooth check-in process, during which they confirmed our breakfast time, the staff graciously guided us through the hotel, sharing helpful information about opening hours for various amenities. Our room was beautifully adorned in traditional Japanese style, complete with an open-air bath. Enjoying this serene experience during the winter was simply magical! We also savored a delectable Kaiseki dinner in our room, which was not only a feast for our taste buds but also left us delightfully satisfied. The onsens were a real highlight, featuring an adjacent sauna. With daily alternating access for women and men every other day, we were able to enjoy both during our stay. Families will find this hotel exceptionally accommodating, thanks to its variety of playrooms and relaxation spaces catering to guests of all ages. Plus, the complimentary refreshments and bar in the lobby until 10 PM added a lovely touch to our experience. Breakfast was a true delight, with a peaceful view of the snow outside the restaurant, enhancing the serene atmosphere. On our departure day, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the JR station, making our exit seamless and convenient. Looking back, our only regret is that we stayed just one night—I can't wait to return and immerse myself in a different season's beauty. This hotel is now firmly on my list for future visits, and I’m already looking forward to the next adventure!"

"Hotel is near the all touristy places like the canal. So most things were within walking distance. We completed most things in like 2-3 hours, so in fact there wasn't a real need to stay over a night in Otaru. By evening there wasn't anything much to do so we just stayed in the room as it was raining as well. After checking out, we drove to the next destination. Hotel staffs were incredibly helpful and courteous."

"This hotel is located at higher point of Otaru. You can enjoy the scenery, the coldness and the quietness. Do include breakfast and dinner. Dinner is very romantic if you going with yr girl friend. "료칸 자체는 문제 없었습니다만 사이트가 정말 최.악 이네요 분명 검색과 예약은 어른4명 아이2명 했는데 아이 2명이 누락되어 20만 원을 더 쓰게 만드네요 심지어 다른 호텔은 어른4명 아이2명을 어른2명 아이1명이 누락되었더군요????? 아이도 유료인 애가 누락 되었고 여기 와서도 한 40만원은 더 쓴거 같습니다 상식적으로 더블룸을 한명씩 예약해 놓는건 무슨 경우인가요??????? 정말 최.악 이고 우리 돈을 중간에서 떼먹나 이런 생각밖에 안드네요 두번 다시 이 사이트 이용하지 않을겁니다"
