"booked with hansa again as we have stayed here before, it is unfortunately not as clean as before, the bedsheets had drops of blood, the bath tub was dirty, and the aircon wasn’t working, so it was quite hot in the room. despite that, there was free private parking with security guards, so that is important if u r driving. the receptionist also allowed for 1h late check out for free which was important for me."

"Good service, the receptionist allowed us to check-in early before 12 pm. The family room was big and much enough for 4 adults. But, the wifi hotel in the room is quite slow and sometimes we have to reconnect. Overall, the staff was good and excellent. Also, very convenient for the travellers who come to Hatyai by train as this hotel is just beside the train station. Would like to visit again, thank you!"

"I definitely recommend B.P. Grand Tower Hotel in Hat Yai if you want a great location, comfy rooms, and easy access to everything during your trip. The hotel is right in downtown Hat Yai, meaning you’re just steps away from shopping malls like Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, and many food stalls and massage places — perfect for exploring on foot without needing transport. The Hat Yai Railway Station is also only about an 8-minute walk away, which makes travel super convenient. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable (many guests said the beds are great and some deluxe rooms feel like suites), and there’s even an outdoor pool you can relax in after a day of sightseeing. It’s a solid choice if you care more about a clean, easy stay in the city center rather than luxury. The hotel is not brand new — some guests mentioned it’s a bit dated in places — but for the price you pay and how central it is, it’s still good value for money, especially if you’re planning to shop, eat, or visit night markets nearby. A few people found the hotel older and wished for renovations, but that’s common for great location hotels that are priced well."

"I recently stayed at Leevana Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was! The parking area is spacious, and there’s a security guard on duty 24/7, so I felt safe leaving my car there. Check-in was quick and straightforward. They do require a deposit of 100 THB per key card, which is pretty standard. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated how the bathroom was clean, well-organized, and had separate wet and dry areas. The water pressure and hot water were both excellent! One minor downside was the digital door lock. If the door isn’t fully closed, it makes a loud noise. Because of this, all the rooms have doors that slam shut pretty loudly, which can be disruptive. If they could improve this, it would make the stay even better. Another plus is that there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so finding a good place to eat is super convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it, especially for the value and comfort."

MMisafir KullanıcıThis is my 4th time staying at this hotel, hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular spots like the ASEAN Night Market and Greenway Night Market, Krua Pa-Yad restaurant making it easy to enjoy local food and shopping on foot. Good buffet breakfast and my family likes the chicken mushroom steam soup very much👍. The gym & swimming pool are well maintained. We usually like to stay at the main building where swimming pool, gym and restaurant are in the same building. Spacious and relax lobby. Overall it offers great value for money.

SSaifoolThe hotel is in the middle between Lee Garden area and Siam Festival Mall. Easy to get grab or indrive over there..Breakfast not much choices with so so taste. Eat breakfast outside much more better.. Everything was good and I like to stay there because it’s far from busy area like Lee Garden area..

Location was in a quiet side, not too far not too near 7 Eleven abit walking distance to Lee Garden, KimYong market etc..If you need a tuktuk service let the front desk know and they will arrange for you..opposite there's a food stall selling kuay jab was delicious too.

MMssham WorldwideI booked 2 rooms for my family getaway during the school holidays. The room furniture and toilets looked old and could use some refurbishment. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute drive to Lee Garden and Greenway Night Market. Parking is quite limited, with only 6 spots available in front of the hotel and around 10 more in the open parking lot across the street. It's on a first-come, first-served basis. If you return to the hotel around 10 PM or later, most of the parking spaces are usually full, and you’ll likely have to park by the roadside.

HHazrina_HamidMy 4 days 3 nights stay at this hotel gave a rather unsatisfying experience, around 2.5/5 stars. On the second day, the housekeeper forgot to provide bath towels, and I had to walk to the reception counter at the ground level to request them. After waiting for 3 hours, there was still no sign of the towels being delivered. I went to the reception again and was told that housekeeping had already sent the towels — but to the wrong room. The phone in my room wasn’t working; there was a phone unit but no connection, which meant I had to go down to the reception for any requests. After my second complaint and waiting almost 10 minutes in the room, the towels were finally delivered. In terms of cleanliness and room condition — it was very run-down. The toilet door had holes. The comforter was very worn out and thin, offering no warmth at night under the air-conditioning. The location is good as it’s near the night market and eateries.

The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair. As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
