The hotel is our always-to-stay whenever we travel to Ipoh. Their service are superb! The room is very clean.

I stayed at this new hotel in Ipoh for two nights. It’s located just behind the AC Hotel and directly opposite Ipoh Parade, making it a very strategic and convenient spot. All the popular eateries are within a 15-minute walking distance. The room is spacious, more like a studio; very clean, and pleasantly quiet. For a one- to two-person stay, it truly feels more like a home than a hotel. The staff are friendly. While there doesn’t seem to be regular room service or housekeeping, you can request assistance at the counter. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel is exceptionally well-located, offering easy access to the surrounding area for a pleasant walk. The bedding is of outstanding quality, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Additionally, the coffee shop located downstairs serves excellent coffee, which adds to the overall experience.

I am satisfied with everything in the hotel. No doubt one of the best serve for breakfast with roti canai, nasi lemak, pulut kuning, nasi impit with kuah kacang, laksa etc

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. They were always courteous, helpful, and quick to assist with any request, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel created a sense of comfort and exclusivity. Whether for leisure or business, this hotel truly delivers a top-tier experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. I look forward to returning again in the future.

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

We were accommodated in a refurbished room which was nice and clean. It’s located at a Din Sum eateries area with about 4 of 5 old time names like Ming court. Famous Cowan Tauge Chicken Rice restaurant is just round the corner. The breakfast buffet were somewhat limited in choice and wasn’t impressive. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

(Unit 6-13) I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead. Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open. I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay. The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
