After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Fantastic location in the centre of everything including food and shopping. Connected to ipoh parade. They have a lovely infinity swimming pool on the top floor overseeing ipoh city. Food, both breakfast and free supper were very tasty. The only slight downside is the patchy internet. But definitely our ideal hotel.

Aircond bilik 250 tak sejuk. Hotel aware of the issue, thats why table fan provided. Better change the aircond, people want aircond not table fan.

I had a wonderful stay at D’Kelly Hotel. It’s a new and modern hotel, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable and equipped with high-tech facilities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was new and very cozy, perfect for a good night’s rest. The facilities are impressive, especially the nice swimming pool, which is great for relaxing. There is also a café next door that opens until 2am, so it’s very convenient if you get hungry late at night. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort, modern design, and excellent value for money. The environment is pleasant, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making guests feel comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay in this area. I would definitely stay here again!

The common and room interior design, decorations and furnishings are artsy. You will be drawn to snap a lot of photos. It's location is about 15 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive to the old town area. There are 2 nearby kopitiams selling delicious local food and good Ipoh white coffee. You can have a good breakfast there to start the day. Hotel staff were nice and always smiling. Stayed in the hotel in December 2025.

Nice place for a short stay at ipoh! The room was comfortable with aircond and a water heater, which made it convenient. Location is great too ,just a short walk to Mydin, terminal bus amanjaya and lots of food options around. Really handy for a quick trip.

Very unpleasant experience. I would never book this hotel again. Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong. When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe. There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it.

The hotel location is excellent, very convenient for business travellers. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. Service was average, could be improved with faster response from staff. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

Kali kedua menginap di Hotel ni. Overall OK cuma bilik yang dapat kali ni Pintu dia macam ada ruang tak rapat. So boleh dengar semua sound kat luar, bilik sebelum ni sangat OK. Maybe management boleh baikki pintu nombor 305.
