"A newly refurbished Hotel. 5 minutes driving distance to town like Lou wong chicken rice or 7 min to Ipoh parade. Everything look nice and the rooms are big. We booked a deluxe room. Breakfast spread was acceptable 6/10. Parking will be a bit challenging during weekend or Ph when you come back to the hotel at night. The pool is outdoor but it’s really too small. Unless you just need a deep. Will stay again on my next visit"

The property has been newly refurbished, and everything feels fresh and modern. The room was fully updated with all new amenities, making the stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Ipoh, connected to shopping mall, which incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, Firstly I booked to deluxe room and the team of housekeeping done decorated some birthday deco with plate of fruits platters…slices of cake but unfortunately I have to upgrade to next category with some charges since I came down all the way from kL to celebrate my sister birthday. The room which I stayed at 11 floor comfortable, with a modern design and thoughtful amenities. I especially appreciate to Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout the stay. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and professional. Check-in (Hakim) and check-out were smooth, and any requests were attended to promptly. Their hospitality made a real difference. Breakfast at The TIFFIN was another highlight — a great spread with both local and international options. Everything was fresh and tasty, with attentive service in the restaurant. I also really enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, which offers a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Ipoh. "Perfect 3days stay in premier room, it’s clean n nice mattress n pillow I feel very comfy to stay btw. Staffs is kindness with good smile. WiFi issues keep disconnected until the last day the whole day WiFi is totally not working till I check out still same. Overall is good"

"Good location: near Parade Can watch movies. Hotel is tired and aged but clean and neat. Went to the gym at the Basement. Basic facilities. But the best eateries about 15 minutes walk away. Don't have free airport transfer. Overall, satisfied with the stay."

"A different experience from normal hotel, besides excellence cleanliness and helpful staff, I should say is a high tech hotel. For senior citizen like me ,I no need to carry room cards, they use face recognition to enter the lifts and room. i like the heated toilet seat too!"

The hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable stay made it an excellent base.
