"A newly refurbished Hotel. 5 minutes driving distance to town like Lou wong chicken rice or 7 min to Ipoh parade. Everything look nice and the rooms are big. We booked a deluxe room. Breakfast spread was acceptable 6/10. Parking will be a bit challenging during weekend or Ph when you come back to the hotel at night. The pool is outdoor but it’s really too small. Unless you just need a deep. Will stay again on my next visit"

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Ipoh, connected to shopping mall, which incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, Firstly I booked to deluxe room and the team of housekeeping done decorated some birthday deco with plate of fruits platters…slices of cake but unfortunately I have to upgrade to next category with some charges since I came down all the way from kL to celebrate my sister birthday. The room which I stayed at 11 floor comfortable, with a modern design and thoughtful amenities. I especially appreciate to Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout the stay. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and professional. Check-in (Hakim) and check-out were smooth, and any requests were attended to promptly. Their hospitality made a real difference. Breakfast at The TIFFIN was another highlight — a great spread with both local and international options. Everything was fresh and tasty, with attentive service in the restaurant. I also really enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, which offers a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Ipoh. "Spacious and sparkling clean! These are the first two things that come to mind when thinking about my recent stay. The room's layout, which included two toilets and a separate small living area perfect for dining, was a standout feature. The convenience of the minibar was also appreciated. Although it's about a 15-minute journey from the city, don't let that put you off – the services offered are top-notch. If you value space and cleanliness, this hotel is a great choice!"

"Reasonable price, I like the bed is soft and comfortable. Just no parking need to find and park around in front of hotel only. This hotel is seem like building and then renovating to hotel not a proper hotel and it not so much far from the town, easy to find food to eat. Have the ironing available in room but careful when you iron, if not it will spoil like my dress. Lucky I always prepare extra one dress when I travel for work so I still have the dress to wear."

"Everything was perfect until my room aircond not cold, whole room was hot and we call the reception to tell them our problem, on the spot the receptionist send a guy to arrange us to change room! Before moving our stuff to another room the staff ask us to check the other room aircond but the other room aircond is much worse that the room we are staying! Then the guy told us there is problem with the aircond system for a while now, in the end we decided to endure the heat and have a sleepless night"

"The room is located next to Tambun, easy for those who visiting. The room was clean, and everything is sufficient. It’s just a bit hassle, since one 1 key, it’s hard when the parking keys is not the same with the Access key. The rest is ok"
