"The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a large TV. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like water dispenser, washing machine and dryer, and tableware. The staff were friendly and professional. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. "A newly refurbished Hotel. 5 minutes driving distance to town like Lou wong chicken rice or 7 min to Ipoh parade. Everything look nice and the rooms are big. We booked a deluxe room. Breakfast spread was acceptable 6/10. Parking will be a bit challenging during weekend or Ph when you come back to the hotel at night. The pool is outdoor but it’s really too small. Unless you just need a deep. Will stay again on my next visit"

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Ipoh, connected to shopping mall, which incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, Firstly I booked to deluxe room and the team of housekeeping done decorated some birthday deco with plate of fruits platters…slices of cake but unfortunately I have to upgrade to next category with some charges since I came down all the way from kL to celebrate my sister birthday. The room which I stayed at 11 floor comfortable, with a modern design and thoughtful amenities. I especially appreciate to Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout the stay. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and professional. Check-in (Hakim) and check-out were smooth, and any requests were attended to promptly. Their hospitality made a real difference. Breakfast at The TIFFIN was another highlight — a great spread with both local and international options. Everything was fresh and tasty, with attentive service in the restaurant. I also really enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, which offers a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Ipoh. "This is a basic three-star hotel that covers the essentials. Good only for a short stay. The room is a decent size but pretty bare-bones. Most of the room floor is tiled—not wooden, SPC or carpeted —and the amenities are minimalist. The TV set is small and has a limited number of channels. Wi-Fi is not so good, and there is no swimming pool. Parking is free, but it is out on open ground and a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. Difficult when it is raining. On a positive note, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Big thumbs up to them—keep it up!"

"On my previous visit, this hotel was still Hotel Syuen, but during my recent stay I was pleasantly surprised by the major changes. The property has been newly refurbished, and everything feels fresh and modern. The room was fully updated with all new amenities, making the stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’m truly happy with my stay — 5 out of 5 from me, and I’ll definitely be returning again."
