Room and beds are comfortable. Floor is a bit dusty.

Breakfast is good. Wide variety.

"The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area."

"We were travelling on a rented motorbike from Penang to Ipoh just for a day visit to some restaurants we know. Along the way it rained heavily as we were about 20min from Ipoh. I decided to use Trip.com once again, and find a cheap hotel.
My goodness, what a marvellous surprise for both of us, as it turned out to be such a lovely experience, almost like a 5 star hotel……
The room was gorgeous and facing mountains (west). Everything was perfect and clean. Bed & pillow were clean, smooth sheets and mega comfy!
We didn’t eat at their restaurant, but looked nice (see photo).
We will stay again, when we are back to Ipoh. PERFECT!!"

The parking area is the worst ever, the parking space very narrow, really don't understand how their architect design the parking space. "i would say it was a pleasant stay in this hotel for 2 nights. hotel room designed is cozy and comfort and im impressed hotel service with hi tea meal managed to deliver to my room. hotel staff also cared and concerned on my room issues arise and even offered to change another room. satisfied with free parking provided and breakfast also included !

Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.

This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.

Also, you need to pay for tourism tax RM3/night/room. Cleanliness could be improved especially the toilet.

The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail — from the cozy bed to the well-maintained amenities — reflected thoughtful planning and a high standard of service. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always courteous, helpful, and quick to assist with any request, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable.
The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel created a sense of comfort and exclusivity. Whether for leisure or business, this hotel truly delivers a top-tier experience.

CCK on vacationNewly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station.
Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead.
Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open.
I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive.
Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay.

There is a free shuttle connecting parking B to the main building. However it only runs between 8am till 11pm. There is a 7eleven convenient shop at the lobby.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a pantry in every floor for water refill.

Sufficient amount of toilets/showers, & shower has hot water. The location is great, close to the train station & by many restaurants. Note: reception is inside the compound, not on the street. Check in was simple and service friendly (though one gent on the desk couldn't help us with any info on buses to the Cameron Highlands). Pool area was cleaned daily. Would stay again.
