"Üniversiteden bir arkadaşımın Melaka'daki düğününe katılıyordum. Yanımda erkek arkadaşım ve bir arkadaşımız da vardı. Deluxe iki yatak odalı süit rezervasyonu yaptırdık.
Dışarıda herhangi bir tabela varsa, otelin konumunu teyit etmemiz daha iyi olur. Güvenlik görevlisiyle görüşüp otelin konumunu teyit ettirdik. Countyyard'ın yanındaydı.
Oturma odası şaşırtıcı derecede büyüktü. Ayrıca yemek ısıtmak için bir mikrodalga fırın da vardı. Yakındaki market 7-11, otele 6 dakika (yürüme mesafesinde) uzaklıktaydı.
Klima açıkken zemin soğuk olduğu için tek kullanımlık terlik sağlamanın faydalı olacağını düşündüm."

"This 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 3 queen beds. It's just nice for 6 people to sleep comfortably. New, clean and tidy. Well equipped with basic kitchenware and tableware. Airconds, fans, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, kettle and washer all function well.
Swimming pool with great sea view. Kid friendly playground. Basketball court and game room need to booking. Kids had fun playing table tennis. The mini pool sticks were broken cannot play. The security staff was very helpful to assist us to book the room.
Agent was very responsive too. Overall very good service. Best price and quality stay. Recommended. Thanks."

Not to mentioned the buffet breakfast is nice too! But a little bit too few choices. Looking forward to see more food in the menu. :) The pool is nice as well! Can’t wait for my next trip to malacca so I can stay here again! Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

MMisafir KullanıcıGreat hotel for Melaka! Old baba nyonya house converted! Still kept some of the features. They even provided old coins as a token for welcome drinks. Rooms were clean and provided most common amenities! Room a tad small, would be good to provide a coach area. Car park insuffient for all guests but understandable for such prime area, able to find spots in surrounding. The bar kept running out of ingredients for cocktails etc, could improve. The toilet at the lobby could be cleaned more frequently. Breakfasts were generally well, especially the local delicacies!

AAnonim KullanıcıI extended my stay for one night and both my parents and my room key card kept deactivating for several times. Imagine you need to walk all the way to the lift, realised the card is not working, then walk back to the reception to keep validating your room card. I've went to the reception the night before original check out to inform the staff. And furthermore when I am out sightseeing during the day, someone called me to confirm I am extending my stay, yet the card still kept deactivating.
Housekeeping is also not done when we returned to the room at 3.30pm. We need to request them to come and it delayed our shower and our subsequent plans. Not only that, they took away the toilet mat and did not replace it and we need to call housekeeping again and wait for it to be replaced before we can take a shower. There is also a leak in the bathroom so the entire housekeeping and pipe fixing took really long.
The cleaning of the pool is also done in the morning at 8.30am after it is opened, while the pool closes at 8pm at night.
All the staff are nice and trying their best, but it looks like they are understaffed and could not perform their required duties as housekeeping is not done in time and the pool is cleaned during opening times.
For the price charged and their rating as a 5 star hotel, the amenities and service just doesn't match. I would not recommend.

The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, though some areas may feel slightly worn. Its proximity to major malls and tourist spots makes getting around very convenient. Staff are courteous and responsive, adding to the overall experience. A solid mid-range option for travelers who value character, location, and affordability.

SSamiy TanThis was my second stay at the Asia Hotel Malacca, which was renovated in 2025. Surprisingly, the bathroom was leaking and water was flowing into the living room (see picture). I had to be very careful to avoid slipping 😬 The first time I stayed here, it was called the Straits Hotel & Suites. Overall, the three-night stay was quite good 😊 I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully, they won't assign me room 1611 again next time🤞

HHolly QShower head water pressure too strong, cannot be adjusted. Housekeeping early morning 9am starting to knock the door twice for make up room until I put do not disturb sign. 24 hours receptionist never answer the call, need to take 1 hour to deliver water and towel for me.
Overall, the stay experience was not very good. The room was spacious but felt empty. The price was reasonable and offered value for money, but I would not choose to stay here again. This was a last minute booking. The view from balcony is nice!

MMisafir KullanıcıView from the 25th floor is beautiful. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the lifts though. This block seems to serve mainly visitors, and we waited more than 30 minutes for a lift to bring us down as its fully packed during check out time between 11am to 12pm. Ended up walking down the stairs from 25th floor, and we were faster than the lift while lugging along 2 luggages.

Food options are great as it is near many restaurants which has good reviews.
