"It’s a spontaneous trip that we booked the room before we check google reviews. Yet we are aware of the different way of check in. Apparently it’s under awanjiwa management of the *air-bnb* style of room which is the same hotel as The pines. First, If there is choice i may direct book frm the pines , we tried once under the shore & the swiss garden same thing yet also unforgettable trip 😅 I would say hotel charge the prices will assure give the best services maybe . We consider lucky that awanjiwa person in charge is nice and responsible. We got some hicups on the check in and got settle to change another room as u can see frm photos the disaster of the first room we got i told the PIC only the bed and the sink is clean others is all dusty 😵💫 We got changed to another better condition rooms also with some stain on the table n cupboard so i had to clean myself before place anything in. Its not that bad tho, but i would say im not an airbnb guest . 😅 and its feel really weird when u stay in hotel but its like so weird u cant park in the same unit and u just dont feel u are away for a trip as the place u check in like ur neighbor home kind of feel ."

"Great hotel for Melaka! Old baba nyonya house converted! Still kept some of the features. They even provided old coins as a token for welcome drinks. Rooms were clean and provided most common amenities! Room a tad small, would be good to provide a coach area. Car park insuffient for all guests but understandable for such prime area, able to find spots in surrounding. The bar kept running out of ingredients for cocktails etc, could improve. The toilet at the lobby could be cleaned more frequently. Breakfasts were generally well, especially the local delicacies!"

The hotel's car park, located on levels 7 and 8, involves a rather arduous ascent. The premises comprise four blocks; two are residential, and two are hotel accommodations managed by separate entities. The room itself is spacious, featuring two beds, and is maintained to a clean and tidy standard. While there are four lifts, their operation is slow, and a transfer is required to reach the car park. Breakfast, a makeshift buffet of local, low-quality food, was provided; however, during my three-day stay, I opted for it only once as it was largely unexceptional."

"Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otel, gezginler için stratejik bir konumda ve yalnız seyahat edenler için de uygun ve güvenli bir yer. Otel oldukça temiz ve konforlu. Duvarlar ses geçirmez değil ancak konaklamam sırasında bu büyük bir sorun teşkil etmedi. Genel olarak, konaklamam keyifliydi ve kesinlikle bu oteli tekrar tercih ederim."

"The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and well maintained, making the stay comfortable. However, the breakfast could be improved with more variety. In addition, the egg station is located outside the main breakfast area, which can be a little inconvenient for guests. It would be better if the egg station could be placed inside the breakfast area. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay."
