"The check-in process necessitates roadside parking prior to accessing the designated car park, which can lead to traffic congestion. The hotel's car park, located on levels 7 and 8, involves a rather arduous ascent. The premises comprise four blocks; two are residential, and two are hotel accommodations managed by separate entities. The room itself is spacious, featuring two beds, and is maintained to a clean and tidy standard. While there are four lifts, their operation is slow, and a transfer is required to reach the car park. Breakfast, a makeshift buffet of local, low-quality food, was provided; however, during my three-day stay, I opted for it only once as it was largely unexceptional."

"The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and well maintained, making the stay comfortable. However, the breakfast could be improved with more variety. In addition, the egg station is located outside the main breakfast area, which can be a little inconvenient for guests. It would be better if the egg station could be placed inside the breakfast area. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay."

"Üniversiteden bir arkadaşımın Melaka'daki düğününe katılıyordum. Yanımda erkek arkadaşım ve bir arkadaşımız da vardı. Deluxe iki yatak odalı süit rezervasyonu yaptırdık. Dışarıda herhangi bir tabela varsa, otelin konumunu teyit etmemiz daha iyi olur. Güvenlik görevlisiyle görüşüp otelin konumunu teyit ettirdik. Countyyard'ın yanındaydı. Oturma odası şaşırtıcı derecede büyüktü. Ayrıca yemek ısıtmak için bir mikrodalga fırın da vardı. Yakındaki market 7-11, otele 6 dakika (yürüme mesafesinde) uzaklıktaydı. Klima açıkken zemin soğuk olduğu için tek kullanımlık terlik sağlamanın faydalı olacağını düşündüm."

"Cleanliness can be improved. Especially toilet and bath tub area. Floor stain and basin area. Hotel is good and premium but felt like lack of proper maintenance, like room condition can be much improved. Overall 7.5/10."

"Overall the hotel is quite good It located near the Jonker street and affordable price for tourists facilities is excellent but the shampoo given smells weird So I suggest to bring your own one Have some nearby restaurants and they provide free parking so it’s quite convenient also."

"Good location near Jonker Street. Not recommended and will not come back again. I've requested NO corner room, or room near exit door but I was given the room at the corner beside the exit - Room 116. When we first enter the room, we saw few flies flying around the room. The toilet bowl flush was broken attached image. I went to counter to request for some bottles of water, in the end never come. Have to call the counter again. It was raining, checking with the counter if we can borrow an umbrella, they don't provide any umbrella for guests!"

"A very good interior setting and well maintained hotel. Provide complimentary parking after checked-in, with ample parking space available on a few levels of the building. Clean swimming pool, however pool towel was not provided. Buffet breakfast with satisfactory varieties, good choices of coffee served, friendly and helpful staffs. There is a table tennis room with two tables good for ping pong lovers. Several restaurants at ground level next to the hotel entrance offer limited local dishes."
