"什麼民宿？這分明是高端度假村😄老闆非常熱情好客，到達後就一個個房間帶着我們介紹各種玩的用的。各類硬件非常棒，幾乎每棟屋子都是高端大氣落地窗。娛樂設施yyds，各類遊戲機，桌球，K歌，按摩椅，麻將室。冬日圍爐，夏日遊泳。卡丁車和各類小電瓶是亮點，關鍵人家有地兒啊，後面一大片草地可供玩耍，沒人沒車，安全保障！
早餐也好吃，新鮮美味，連一杯雜糧豆子飲料都是現磨現做的。
我的房間更是比想象中還要驚喜！介紹説是有個大陽台，到了後發現這是陽台？這是個二樓空中院子好嗎😄！擁有獨立的圍爐用具以及晾曬地方。卧室落地窗直接靠着綠植護欄，清晨第一縷陽光直接撒在床上😃。室內全屋智能，投影全會員隨便看，温馨又舒適。雙洗手枱，這點超級喜歡！不用和老婆搶着用了。
總之就是鬆弛感拉滿，上次有這種感覺還是在清邁。

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Yushui Hot Spring Museum, Tianmu Lake Yushui Hot Spring and Lijiayuan Village all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Liyang hotel offers parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.
"超驚喜的南山竹海民宿體驗，住兩天都捨不得走！ 來南山竹海旅遊，最幸運的就是選對了這家民宿！住了整整兩天，從入住到離開全程舒心，完全超出預期～ 民宿的環境真的太戳我了！屋後有棵掛滿果實的柿子樹，紅澄澄的果子襯着白牆，隨手一拍都是田園小景。旁邊還有一方池塘，風吹過泛起漣漪，配上週圍的綠植，滿是詩情畫意，坐在這裏發呆都覺得愜意。我住的房間帶獨立陽台，清晨拉開窗簾就能呼吸到山林間的清新空氣，遠離城市喧囂，太治癒了！ 重點誇誇老闆家的招牌魚頭！都是自家新鮮現做的，湯汁奶白濃郁，魚肉鮮嫩無腥，一口下去鮮掉眉毛，連湯都忍不住喝光，絕對是來這兒不能錯過的美味～ 而且民宿衞生做得超到位，房間裏一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，住着特別安心。就是第二天那個雞不太好吃，裏面的配菜筍和蘑菇還可以。 老闆和老闆娘人也特別熱情，會耐心推薦遊玩路線，還會分享當地小眾打卡點，細節處滿是貼心。不管是環境、衞生還是美食，都無可挑剔，下次來南山竹海一定還住這兒！推薦給所有來旅遊的朋友，閉眼沖不踩雷～"

"Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions.
I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.
On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA."

"出行前還是很期待的，東南亞風格的酒店，小紅書上也宣傳了很多，但是入住後，價格跟服務還是有差距的，有不少需要改進的地方：
房間設施簡單，23年新開的酒店幾乎沒有智能化設施；早餐簡陋，九點半客人還沒吃完就開始收掉了；負一樓娛樂設施另外收費且收費價格很高，近千元的房間僅僅是房間費，增值服務幾乎沒有，可能就兩瓶礦泉水和一串葡萄、兩個香蕉吧；打造的泳池，設計的很好，但是夏天應該考慮太陽直射的問題，增加遮擋物，所以看起來環繞整圈的泳池，可以遊玩的區域衹有四分之一在陰涼處的，其他幾乎沒有人，就拍照用嗎？！管家服務，不知道體現在哪裡，就提供了點餐二維碼，催退房，其他無服務。七月去了浙江的一個民宿，價格差不多的情況下，設施服務相差了不是一點點，需要再改進一下。"

"The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service."

Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.

衞生：老闆和老闆娘收拾的超級乾淨，還有專門的羣負責訊息聯絡
環境：在景點外面一點的村子裏，離御水温泉和南山竹海都很近，步行前往即可，臨街就是超市，還有很近的特產店和咖啡店，地理位置優越！
服務：最讚的就是服務，其實定之前心裏還挺沒地的，但是真的超值的價格超讚的服務。一整個是賓至如歸，老闆有求必應，還有♨️的優惠，早餐也是豐盛好吃，給出的旅遊建議很實用～下次來溧陽還會選這家的！千萬別錯過。祝店家生意興隆，財源廣進！

前台和見到的服務人員都很和善，入住的時候還沒停好車已經有人出來迎接。
可以提前預訂餐飲，在酒店內部就可以享用，農家菜味道，並且免費品嚐到了放了年頭的楊梅酒。
温泉需要提前半小時放水，管家發的入住指南里麪也會有提到，泡着温泉欣賞美景。內部KTV也可以隨時去，小朋友也能一展歌喉。房間衞生做的也OK，服務人員應該都是親戚？所以做的事情不敷衍。
環境很好，前面是一片茶山，稍微暖和一些應該可以體驗採茶。內部的池塘可以釣魚，不過水太深，水温高些應該好釣。

多數房間電視機位置偏置，觀看角度不友好，觀感一般。
餐廳配咖啡機與新鮮咖啡豆，但機器夠不到插座，需額外找管家要拖線板。

環境：藏在山林的寶藏祕境！推窗就是蒼翠竹海和雲霧山景，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒，傍晚在露台喝茶看落日，空氣裏滿是草木清香，徹底遠離城市喧囂。庭院裏的綠植、鞦韆和小擺件都很有格調，隨手拍都是治癒系大片。
餐食：地道農家味太驚艷！早餐有紅薯 南瓜 麪條 米粥、、鹹菜新鮮可口；正餐的天目湖魚頭湯鮮掉眉毛，還有燉土雞、溧陽小炒等農家菜，食材都是本地新鮮採摘，吃着放心又滿足。
設施：配套超齊全！不僅有免費停車場、高速WiFi和智能家居，還有泳池、小酒館能燒烤喝茶，全家都能找到樂趣。房間裏床品柔軟親膚，遮光窗簾和隔音效果都很好，住着特別舒適。
衞生：乾淨到無可挑剔！房間角落、衞生間枱麪都一塵不染，床單被罩帶着陽光味，洗漱用品品質在線。公共區域也定時打掃，庭院和活動區整潔有序，完全沒有衞生死角，住着特別安心。

Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. MM821401****在南山竹海的這趟旅行，安雲大舍給了我們遠超預期的驚喜！從出發前管家就主動聯繫，詳細告知自駕路線和停車注意事項，還貼心詢問是否需要準備寶寶餐具——這份提前的關懷瞬間拉滿好感。車子沿彩虹公路蜿蜒而上，遠遠望見藏在竹海中的民宿，青瓦白牆與綠意相融，像從畫裏走出來的一樣。
我們住的親子房空間超寬敞，落地窗外就是連綿竹海，晨起時霧氣繚繞，推開窗就能聞到竹子的清冽香氣。房間設施很贊，戴森吹風機、智能馬桶一應俱全，連寶寶的小拖鞋和圍欄都提前準備好了。午後在無邊泳池邊曬太陽，看孩子追着民宿的小貓咪跑，時光都慢了下來。
早餐更是驚艷，現煮的筍尖鮮肉餛飩、香軟的紅糖發糕，還有老闆娘親手燉的土雞湯，每一口都是山野的新鮮。退房時收到了民宿自製的筍乾和茶葉伴手禮，這份心意實在動人。無論是家庭出遊還是情侶度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次來南山竹海，我們一定還來！

The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!
