Suzhou Kaplıcalı Otelleri

The location is very quaint on the small island of Hengshan. There are a couple nice coffee shops and cafes, and the island is very peaceful. The room and hotel are very clean and modern up to date. The service is very good and we can't wait to go back.

It's a great house in an awesome location. However, it has not been looked after well. It's quite dirty (spinning webs in the room, toilet in the reception area is being used as ayi's cleaning room or where she would look after her personal hygiene - comb and cleaning utensils/towels placed on sink) and even though you can see some staff from time to time, they don't feel keen to interact with you. All the activities that we were sent, were not available (animal feeding - no animals, wine tasting - no wine) or we had to find out how to do them ourselves (drawing - most of the pens were dry. sunset walk - no one could efficiently explain where to go or point out direction on map). Lunch and denu menu is the same and very limited (also fries were sold out after the first night we stayed there), there were no cool drinks available. At breakfast menu there was a station where staff should make fresh fried egg but there was no staff. No one asked if we wanted tea or coffee or was there to help with anything. In the morning, the table was still the same like we left it after dinner. All in all, it was very chaotic and felt more like an airbnb than a hotel experience.

We came here during Qing Ming Festival, so naturally there were many guests, especially families with children. The facilities here are excellent for children, many activities to keep them occupied. I came as a couple, so I would have preferred a quieter and relaxed atmosphere. Despite that, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The rooms are large and with a balcony overlooking the inner garden/lake. We came here to enjoy the Hot Spring bath located next to the hotel. The bath was an outdoor style bath and was beautiful. The buffet dinner and breakfast was excellent, very tasty with a good variety of food. Alcohol was also included in the price, so we thought it was quite a good deal. As for the location, it was quite far from Suzhou station. If coming from Shanghai, I would recommend taking the high speed train to Suzhou Nan station instead. There isn’t too much to do around the hotel but you can walk around Tai lake or rent a bike to explore the area. No shops or restaurants nearby.

I made this trip for my family to have a nice and quiet escape from the city to enjoy the Spring festival and it was a brilliant idea. It is situated in the middle of lake Taihu and not so far away from Suzhou city center either. Very peaceful environment and extremely friendly staffs, highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice and quiet relaxing moments with family.

確實如網友所言，對服務不太能抱有期望， 1，入住時一般酒店是管家帶看房間並介紹，或者直接在門口等，而我們入住當天，是到了房間門口，發現房間門開着，然後穿着便服的工作人員突然從房間出來，把我們嚇一跳，當然這已經算小細節了； 2，公湯營業時間是8:00-22:30，結果我們晚上21:30都已經沖洗完要開始泡湯了，跟我們説金湯已經在刷洗了，不能泡了。那請問我們進來的時間/洗浴的時候，就不能有人來提醒我們一下嗎？距離結業還有整整一個小時就提前打掃，而且當時女湯裏除了我們還有3-4個客人，大家都面面相覷； 3，週二退房前想再去泡一下，特地早起，結果進了女湯更衣室發現燈都關着（刷儲物櫃門禁能進來，門禁沒關/其次門口沒有任何閉館標識），我後來自己打電話去前台，才知道週二閉館。之前辦入住，和任何時刻都沒有人提醒過我們這件事，入住須知上也沒有，導致我們白白早起。前台的話術是攜程上有寫（確實有，大概要下拉個七八頁才能看到的小字） 並且沒有任何補償措施，在我們退房時，還有客人驅車過來想泡温泉，結果被告知當天閉館，人家也是白跑一趟，所以標識不清絕對不是個例。 其他性價比還是挺高的，私湯收費也比較合理，但私湯也衹有銀湯。

Totally recommend this amazing place . The service was on top level. Nature & mountains give you feeling of sweet escape from megapolis. The view during breakfast is makes you feel peaceful & calm. Totally recharged our batteries. Hot Springs you need to pay separately but it makes sense. Special thanks to the administration of hotel , the lady surrounded us with all kinds of help so we can feel totally safe even we don’t speak Chinese

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Bu hanı şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Güzel bir ortamı var ve Taihu Gölü'ne bakıyor. İşletme sahibinin hizmet anlayışı çok iyi. Xishan'da fotoğraf çekmemize ve manzaralı noktaları önermemize yardımcı olmak için inisiyatif aldı. Çıkış yaptığımda yerel özelliklere sahip bir hatıra verdim. Rahat bir yolculuktu.

誰懂啊！這家依山傍水的民宿直接戳中我的心巴✨ 推開窗就是青黛遠山+潺潺流水，晨起聽鳥鳴、傍晚看落日，連呼吸都帶着草木清香，治癒感拉滿～ 最驚喜的是房間裏的私湯！泡着暖乎乎的温泉，望着窗外的山水畫卷，疲憊瞬間煙消雲散，私密性絕了～ 重點誇誇老闆！簡直是行走的“快樂源泉”，説話自帶笑點，推薦的周邊小眾景點超寶藏，還會主動幫忙解決各種小問題，熱情又不越界，相處起來像朋友一樣舒服～ 下次還要約上朋友二刷！想逃離城市喧囂的寶子，閉眼沖就對了～

這次入住直接超出預期，位置絕絕子。酒店門口就是太湖。步行十分鐘就有太湖棧道。這次是自駕來的，門口的路，一路都是沿着太湖，真的非常治癒。路邊隨便停一處都超出片，絕對是愛拍照姐妹的福音。酒店服務也很熱情，前台小姐姐還給我們推薦的當地特色小餐館。非常滿意的一次入住體驗！
