"This was our second stay at Shushan hot springs. It was great again! The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the pools were fantastic. I have already recommended this place to friends as a great weekend away from Shanghai to relax. "非常棒的民宿，入住前一天就會有管家聯繫我們，告訴我們詳細地址，到了還會來接，還仔細告知注意事項，房間非常乾淨，環境優雅，早晨醒來躺在床上就能看到海鷗，在民宿的露台上就能喂海鷗，不用去橋上人擠人，早晨雖然簡單，但營養均衡，足夠了，最後特別想感謝一下，因為退房時忘了東西在房間，管家發現後馬上聯繫我們，知道我們還沒走遠，還特地送出來，非常感謝🙏，以後有機會還會來"

"I was very satisfied with this May Day trip. It doesn't feel crowded on May Day, which is very suitable for vacation. The reservation was made about 2 days before, and I called in advance to confirm the reservation. I was able to communicate with the hotel through WeChat. Throughout my entire stay the staff were very friendly and was a call or text away. If I needed help with anything, within seconds they were at my door to assist. 🐾 As a solo traveler I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and had public and private hot springs. I booked a private hot spring room. The room was very large. The private hot spring in the room was very good, with a suitable water temperature, especially suitable for relaxation. The log style design is warm and advanced. The floor-to-ceiling glass door face the small lake view. The feeling of being woken up by the sun and birds in the morning is so healing! 🎉 Rich activities: It seems they have activities everyday. But with my short stay I was able to do the cooking class. The aunty is very patient, and took me through step by step until it got it . ✨ I must also mention the great SPA service. The day before I left I got the most amazing full body massage. After which I decided I needed a face massage also. Because they only open at 1;30pm on Monday. I had to wait a little while after my check out to get my face massage. And it was worth the wait. 2 days later I still get compliments about my glowing skin. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxation, nature embracing, quiet hotel. Recommendations: 1.Have more variety meal. not much options for vegetarian and people who don't eat pork. Introduce more western meals for your foreign visitors 2. Can provide delicious pet snacks, or send a special breakfast for dogs. Can have a pet play area on the lawn."

"I made this trip for my family to have a nice and quiet escape from the city to enjoy the Spring festival and it was a brilliant idea. It is situated in the middle of lake Taihu and not so far away from Suzhou city center either. Very peaceful environment and extremely friendly staffs, highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice and quiet relaxing moments with family."

"酒店環境不錯，背靠大陽山，設施較新，服務有點跟不上，第一天入住水是黃色的，問了才告知是水管破了，有銹水，不問則不會主動提醒住客，服務意識還需加強，早飯也有點混亂，別人吃完後好幾桌遲遲沒有人來收拾桌面，最後自己收拾的，體驗感不好，感覺酒店裡的員工都是臨時湊過來的，沒有經過專業培訓。"

"My husband and I were met with the warmest of welcomes here! The hosts and staff were all really friendly and willing to even prepare some dinner for us after we arrived late in the evening. The gardens are beautiful and well-tended and lovely to just walk around in or sit and enjoy. We had a queen bed room Mountain View - which was quite spacious, smelled fresh and was exceptionally clean, with sufficient amenities even a balcony and mini-sauna. Breakfast was local-style and very filling. This location is great for a remote getaway experience, for some peace and quiet and if you want to explore nature. The only thing to note is that the surrounding village is rather small so there aren’t many other food options/ stores etc, so best to come prepared. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are hoping to return in the spring!"
