Spa İçeren En İyi Suzhou Otelleri

This upscale hotel is very conveniently located right by the scenic Jinji Lake. In fact, it’s in walking distance to the Suzhou Center shopping mall. This hotel has great Chinese style architecture which offers many memorable photo spots and scenes. The hotel service is superb and Selene And Yuki in the front desk are particularly helpful. We were so happy for our 2-day stay here, and then Selene also helped us to extend it into a 3-day mini vacation. She helped to upgrade our room and provided us with guidance and advice of local shopping places and tourist spots. We are very grateful.

Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to help me book the SPA and photoshoot appointment. Lori 李丢丢, the manager helped me and patiently guided me through the process. She was kind, warm, was always smiling, and most importantly spoke in English effeciently. 👌 When we went for SPA and hot spring the receptionists and massage lady, 姜社红，郭娜, 李青衫 all very kind. They couldn't speak English so we had to rely on the little Chinese we know, their warmth, patience, and more importantly, the translator. 😁 All the staff at the hotel were generally helpful and warm. It's the kind of atmosphere we are looking for. when travelling. Aside from the good amenities, the people are worth coming back for.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This is by far the cutest hostel I have ever stayed in. Literally few steps to the riverside that intersect with Pingjiang street, which is one of the most worth visiting places in Suzhou. Everything is perfect and I’m so in love with the area. There is a small cafe shop runs by the hostel itself with two very cute cats 🫶 The staffs are so nice and even offer me a free Suzhou magnet when checking out. Definitely staying again if I have a chance to revisit Suzhou in the future.

Nice hotel, the location is ideal for traveller with many movings. Railway station is across the road, metro is just 30m from hotel. The room is fully equipped. The condition is not new but not critical. Big advantage is swimming pool, I like swimming in the morning. It starts to work at 7:00, but in fact even earlier. I can recommend it.

Our stay at naked Water was very pleasant! We went in the middle of winter and during the week so it was quite peaceful and empty. I'm sure in the summer it must be gorgeous and buzzing! The staff were all very accommodating and even gave us a free upgraded room - which was too big for us as a couple and so we asked if we could have a smaller place again and within a few moments it was quickly settled thanks to a very kind staff member named Adrian. The thing that really stood out to me above everything here was how kind and willing the staff are to make things as easy and convenient as possible. It felt like we were being spoiled which was very different to what we are used to! All in all, a lovely experience but I'd definitely advise choosing some nice weather where everything is green - although the winter had its own charm too. Thanks again Adrian for all your help and understanding 🙏

I had a very pleasant stay at W hotel! The service from beginning till the end was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. Very nice gym with amazing views and lovely pool! I also love the location as it’s just by jingji lake, 5-10 min walk from the fountain light show which is everyday in the evening! At the check in I received little gift which is two vouchers for drinks in their bar. Although surprising very quiet bar consider it was Saturday evening but free drinks so no complain 😁 Also, most of the stuff spoke English which is great. Breakfast was ok. It’s a buffet. I would say not many western options however Chinese varieties makes up for it! Overall very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay there again :)

Lovely new hotel, I feel so spoiled by them it’s going to be hard to go back to normal hotels. The room is so so spacious, even without considering the courtyard space. The room was designed with relaxation in mind - bath tub with bath salts, all sorts of tea bags and tea leaves, incense, essential oil. We even got fragrance pouches when we arrived. The hot tub in the courtyard is also really nice to soak in, just a bit cold in winter because you have to walk out from the cozy bedroom into the courtyard. On Christmas Eve they even gave us a cute bamboo muffin cupcake with a snowman topper. Our room came with breakfast, which was a good thing because the hotel is very far from everything else. Breakfast quality is passable, but the restaurant manager on duty on our first two days was much more attentive than the one on our last day, which is ironic as there were more customers on the first two days due to a tour group being there. There are two malls that are about 5-10 mins drive away, but I recommend paradise walk over golden eagle as the former has more shops operating. Apart from the location of the hotel being one downside, another downside was the location of our room as we had to pass through a flight of stairs. So we had to get the staff to help with the luggage since there were too many steps to climb to get to the hotel lobby. Nonetheless it was a very nice hotel! Would recommend for short stays to pamper yourself!

It's very nice hotel and has door direct access to the mall which is very convenient. Bed area full cover with carpet make it warm and cozy. It has iron for clothes inside the room with iron board which is good. As for breakfast, it has lots of variety food that I can choose and try.
