"We had an absolutely great experience here! When researching where to stay in Suzhou, Pan Pacific came up in most reviews, so we had high expectations and the experience completely lived up to them.
We stayed for two nights and would love to return whenever we come back to Suzhou. It’s truly worth it. The property is grand and beautiful, just like in the photos, the room and amenities felt like a five-star hotel at an unbelievable price.
In-house guests also get free access to the ancient Panmen Gate, which the area is directly connected from the hotel.
The check-in process may take a little longer if arrive at the same time as groups, but all the staff were friendly and helpful. Not every one speaking fluent English, but they were all friendly.
And shout out to lovely Concierge named Ivy 郑明泽, when we were trying to ask for help to buy the yoghurt drink as we couldn’t find in any places we went before, she was the one helping us by using her own mobile and even delivered us by the door herself 🥹"

The front reception desk is open 24/7 and everyone working there was friendly, nice and receptive to our demands. You can have breakfast from 7 to 10 am, both Chinese and Western food. You can also easily order food delivery. The hotel is well-located, nearby Nanyuanbeilu metro station and not too far away from Suzhou Railway Station. I would definitely recommend."

"My stay at Anshe felt just like being at home. The environment and hotel design are very relaxing. Although the room is on the smaller side, it is fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom, but personally, that wasn’t an issue for me.
The location is also very convenient — it’s close to the “Lindun Road” Metro Station (Exit 5), and there’s an elevator at the station, which made it easy for us since we had luggage.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is really nice overall. New and clean. The interior decoration is stylish, with a modern Chinese vibe. The amenities are thoughtful. The even provide a drainage cover. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the owner kindly gave us some snacks.
The location is excellent, right on Guanqian Road. Pingjiang Road and other attractions are within walking distance, and it’s very easy to find restaurants and get around. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
That said, if you plan to do laundry, plan carefully. There can be long queues, and the dryer kept adding time despite the small load and thin fabrics, and the clothes still weren’t dry. We reported the issue so it could be checked, as other guests might run into the same problem. However, the response we received was to “take the clothes out and air-dry them since the weather is nice,” which wasn’t practical for us as we were leaving the next day."

"Staff was extremely helpful and service was prompt. They helped us to carry all our luggages up to the second floor and they were extremely warm while hosting.
We booked a family room and the room was very big and very clean, although I felt that the shower/toilet could be brighter as the lights was a little dim, and hoped that it could be more clean. The outside rooms were great though. Heating worked fine and our trip was kept warm throughout. Loved the bathtub and it was most importantly clean. Overall loved our stay and hope to come back again next time."

KKuang KuangIt got off to a bad start; we were dropped off at the end of Daru Lane and the hotel was just across Shengli Brigde. Unfortunately there was a minor repair work along Pingjiang Road leading to Hotel, so we have to make a detour via Pingjiangli, Xiaojia Lane and Xuegao Bridge.
We were checked in with amicable and heartwarming hospitality. The receptionist provided us with extra breakfast coupons, helped with luggages, and showed us to our room. She gave us directions on where to go to hail taxi and the drop off points closest to the hotel. The housekeeping auntie was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had strong air conditioning.
The location is perfect for exploring Pingjiang Road, Guanqian Steet and nearby attractions. We wandered along Pingjiang Road, explored alleys/stone bridges and attractions. We also did a walking tour for Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove Garden.

MMisafir KullanıcıBest hotel service throughout my trip in China this time! Hotel staff are really attentive, friendly and helpful.
They patiently answered my questions, helped me carry my luggage to the room, helped us book a grand canal boat trip (near the Confucius Temple) and drove us to the location and waited until we finish the boat trip and drove us back to the hotel.
No telephone in the room, so make sure to add the hotel wechat to communicate with staff.
They also helped me visit a silk mini museum/factory/store, since I wanted to buy a silk quilt (again they drove me to location, waited, and drove me back to hotel). Very happy, since I successfully bought a 5 pounds-weight silk quilt (equal to 2.5 kg of silk) for a good price! I've tried the silk quilt at home, very soft and comfortable, and had a very good night sleep.
In front of the hotel there is a road construction (government project), so when I left for airport, staff again drove me to the main street and waited until my didi car arrived.
As you can see in the picture, the hotel is really pretty. It was converted from a historical mansion. The hotel is next to pingjiang road, so don't be surprised if in the afternoon there are street photoshoots (girls in hanfu and photographer) in front of the hotel.
Bed was comfortable, and there is a wide sofa next to the window. The room is equipped with coffee machine, and there is an air purifying machine so you can drink water from the machine (can be set for warm, cold, or hot water). There is a mini refrigerator with beverages, mostly free for drink (milk, soda, water), while for beers need to purchase. They also gave a welcome fruit and biscuits in a basket. The room key was very pretty. Bathroom was divided into 3 parts (WC, wash basin, shower room) and also really pretty. When I left, they still gave me a packet of souvenir containing Suzhou's snack (nut, preserved fruit, biscuit, etc).
For breakfast, staff will ask your preference (chinese or western style). I chose chinese style and they provided noodle, pork, etc. Very delicious!
Staying in pingjiang road is very convenient. Many attractions are in walking distance (from several meters to 2 km), such as pipayu performance, kunqu museum, humble administrator's garden, etc. Many performances nearby in the afternoon and evening that you can choose.
Overall I really in enjoy my stay in this hotel. Will stay here again if I visit Suzhou in the future. Thank you!

Also no lift but the guy receptionist was so quick and steadily Carey our bags up when we check in and with just a call to the reception he came up immediately and help us carry our bags down when we check out ! Giriş yaptıktan sonra bir kapıcı bizi odaya götürecek. Bu sefer su manzaralı geniş bir yatak odası ayırttık. Ön büro bizim için üçüncü katta yer aldı. Oda geniş bir manzaraya sahip ve olanaklar çok yeni, mini barda ve küçük buzdolabında içecekler var. Çay ve kahve de ücretsizdir. Taihu Gölü'nün Batı Dağı'ndan gelen Biluochun çayı oldukça kalitelidir. Ayrıca odada Suzhou gezi rehberi kitapçığı da bulunacak, bu da çok güzel bir detay. Oda kartı çok benzersiz. MMisafir KullanıcıNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

WwindhunterWe stayed at Artyzen Habitat Suzhou and overall, we were very pleased. The location is excellent — convenient for getting to major attractions. The interior design is absolutely stunning — modern, stylish, and tasteful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. Breakfast was also a highlight — delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients.
However, unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. For a hotel positioned as 5-star, the service was, frankly, far below expectations — even by 3-star standards, it would be considered poor.
When we arrived, no one greeted me at the entrance, and no help was offered with my luggage — I had to pull a heavy suitcase out of the taxi myself. Things got even more surprising: I had to walk around the hotel looking for staff to check in, because at 9 PM there was no one at the reception desk.
At check-out, the same story repeated itself — no assistance with luggage, no farewell.
The hotel is genuinely beautiful and comfortable, but the level of service does not match the advertised standard. I hope management takes note of this, because the hotel truly has great potential.

The hotel is located smack in the heart of Pingjiang pedestrian Road which is of cobbled stone. Hotel staff are most willing to assist those travelling with many luggages (and myself with an octogenarian), it is located between Tongli bridge and Chaohuxu Lane/ bridge. (depicted in photos).
Fresh and sweet cherry tomatoes are always ready by the frontdesk - pop a few in the mouth any time to guench thirst.

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating.
The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel.
Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!
