"This is like an apartment of other Hotel, there is no reception on this hotel. You have to get everything from the other hotel next to it. this is Swiss Wooden Hotel, so simple and nice. It is not like hotel in the city. My room is big enough for 3. Just have a small table to eat but we mange it. Shower is ok but it is too tall for my mom (she is 5ft 4 ) to climb in. She is old so she needs to sit 1st and climb in. there is left but still need to walk a bit stair with your luggage......... You can ask the reception in the other hotel for hot water, hair dryer."

"Hotel butterfly is very close to Zermatt train station and gornergrat railway within 5mins walk. The hotel also offered hi-tea from 4pm to 5.30pm everyday. The staffs at the restaurant and reception are extremely helpful & friendly."

"1. 這個酒店公寓沒有前台，下午4點葯後無法人工check-in，衹能在機器上self-check-in，機器很慢，我們還遇到信用卡付款出錯的問題，call 服務人員後等了15分鐘人走過來才解決。服務態度非常好，但是這樣self-checkin真的不方便，特別在我們滑了一天雪，還拉着大箱子小箱子很辛苦的走到這裏以後。 如果下午4點才到，建議最好先去旁邊的Alpen Resort hotel（訊息在第一張圖）先check-in再過來，要不然進不去還得挨凍😅 2. 酒店很好，房間很大，可以做飯，我們吃了幾天白人飯實在受不了，去旁邊的COOP超市買了食材，做了最簡單最經典番茄炒蛋，辣椒炒肉，青菜，非常滿足🤭 3. 房間帶陽台，可以坐在陽台上看雪山和小鎮風景喝啤酒，肯定很愜意。不過我們滑了一天雪太累了，而且很冷，就沒有享受👻"

"The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. However, check-in needs to be done at another hotel located behind this one, which can be a bit confusing at first. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that the hotel entrance is accessed via a long and slippery staircase. Guests traveling with large or heavy luggage, elderly travelers, or those with mobility issues should take extra care. The room is very small and the soundproofing is quite poor, especially in the bathroom,even turning around can be a challenge.As the hotel faces the road, there is no view of the Matterhorn. Overall, the stay was acceptable and reasonable for a short stay."

"The hotel was in 5 minutes walking from Zermatt train station and it offered free shuttle for check in and out as there was a steep path to the hotel entrance, not good to walk with luggages. I booked 2 bedrooms family suite but only with one bathroom which was the downside. However, the total space of 60 meter sq with a decent living room and a small balcony facing Matterhorn were a plus to the overall stay. There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking. So bring your swimming suit. However, please note that in there culture, no clothes are allowed to enter the sauna room and it is in mixed genders. The breakfast buffet was lack of choices. But I had to specially name Mr Fernando, he always welcome us with very good coffee and of course his warm greetings in the morning. Suggestion to the hotel: 1. Stated clearly the number of bathroom/ toilet in the booking details regarding my booking is a 2 bedrooms suite. 2. More choices for breakfast, my family stays 4 nights there. Everyday, the menu is same. 3. The pool was closed at 8pm, will be better if it closes at 9pm as it was rather rush for the guests to use after dinner. Overall, I recommend this hotel to family. I will come back again."

"Fantastic place to stay in Zermatt, located in the middle of the village quite convenient to the Glacier Paradjse and Gornegratt access points. Rooms are spacious, new and very clean. Highly recommend especially with their included breakfast with includes views of the Matterhorn! Would be even greater if kettles or a shuttle service from the main station was available."

"This is one of the only affordable options available in Zermatt but I’d recommend avoiding it. The property is at 45meter high which became a challenge to go up with luggage. Then when you reach there sadly i had opted for a 8 bed room which was on the 4th floor which didn’t have lift 🥲. Then when i reached my room it turned out to a common tiny attic again entryway via another stairs with laid out communal style attached beds. It was so bad that if i extended both my arms i’d cover other people. You can imagine homeless people sleeping together. The amenities are available outside and it has good breakfast and WiFi was my savior. If you are really on a budget choose something not the cheapest option here."

"Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay. Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station. Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended."

"Four of us stayed for one night in two rooms at Alpenblick Superior during our trip to Switzerland. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and it was very clean and peaceful, as it's not located near the main street. Do note that you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste."
