"Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets.
Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good.
I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones.
The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions.
The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative"

The “Lao BanNiang” hostess is warm,attractive and thoughtful,making me feel the warmth of home even while traveling.
In this fleeting journey of life,meeting kind and hardworking people is a true blessing and a stroke of fate. Xitang is beautiful because of its scenery, and genuine because of its people. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time."

"The location is good, very clean but some disappointment. I booked river view and can see the river view from my room as I attached the photo. I booked the room with some inclusions like full mini bar included which gave us 1 can of cola and 1 small packet of juice, no welcome drink given to us, the complimentary soup is not worth at all.
Except all these it’s worth to stay here. Better book it without the inclusions or all these and save money."

"元旦期間也衹要300一晚，價格方面真的沒得説。房間不算小，浴缸嬰兒床等五臟俱全，水壓可以，大環境尚可。
不知道為什麼全是好評，帶娃家庭注意‼️如果是想找個可以純泡酒店的親子酒店，尤其是小月齡父母，這絕對是我做的非常錯誤的決定。
1，小童樂園看起來是經營不善因此放棄了無人看管，空調上鎖不開，需要穿羽絨服玩還很冷。內部都是一次性投入無法撤回的設施，該壞的壞，我猜測應該也無人打掃，衞生堪憂。
2，酒店健身房游泳池是外包的，路途中不開空調很冷。衹有一個大泳池，水温34度，但是大環境很冷，成人可以遊，小月齡玩耍不行。
3，連住了兩天，第一天住客並不多，但checkin時仍然拒絕給我兩片床圍欄。
4，第二天人節假日人非常多，早餐的麪和蛋餅都要排隊十幾個人。人一多很多東西都是一搶而空。
5，酒店離西塘開車10分鐘，沒有別的周邊了，萬聯城、銀泰等大商場開車25分鐘左右。"

"Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the main street, food market, shops, bars, restaurants, and one of the many beautiful canals and scenic spots. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with the concierge available at any time and always ready to help. They even went the extra mile by picking us up at the entrance gate and escorting us back to the taxi after check-out.
Overall, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. I would highly recommend both Xitang as a destination and Shenyuan Boutique Inn as a place to stay.

"臨時起意去西塘轉轉，開到景區愁停車乾脆選個酒店住下，沒想到這毫無規劃的行程如此滿意，主要酒店體驗很棒
位置：在唐家弄入口，步行5分鐘入園，且是園區較中心位置，晚上買個糖水回來還是滾燙的。當然住景區裏更近，但由於帶娃，品牌酒店的衞生還是更放心
環境設施：酒店比較新，園區環境很漂亮，房間設施現代化很方便，電動窗簾電動馬桶。娃很喜歡這裏，小童洗漱用品很可愛，小童樂園也很乾凈

This hotel offered clean spacious bedrooms with individual toilet/washroom . We liked this layout. Our room has lakeside view with electric motion sensor curtains. Good sized bed and tv. Good breakfast selection & coffee in dining area. We got free ride to the heritage park area from the hotel. You can call the hotel for free pick up at Parking lot #1 only.

位置不錯，不在景區裏但出了門就是景區入口，很方便。床品很舒服，一家人都睡得很好，因為入住前門都是打開的，而且是大落地窗，冬天空調得開一陣子才能暖和起來，晚上睡覺温度倒是剛剛好。老闆是個小姐姐，人很好，特意給孩子拿了小拖鞋等一次性用品。

We had an amazing stay at Naera. We stayed in a few different hotels during our visit to Shanghai and this was by far the best. Room was large with a huge bathtub and a closet and packed with all the amenities we needed, including LOTS of bottled water, including Evian, fruits, snacks, bath supplies, a Dyson hairdryer, stationery for the kids including a magnifying glass, etc etc. The back hotel is also linked to a modern (gentrified) part of the water town with cool pop up booths and shops. It’s also a short walk to one of the entrances to the Ancient Xitang town. Staff were also warm and nice. We also went to the Organic farm but was let down by the drizzle = not much activities for the little one. Only downside I can think of is that the menus / maps provided etc are all in Mandarin and playroom, while clean and large, was totally packed and chaotic. Would love to be back.

親子游：帶孩子和母親到嘉善巧克力莊園玩，本想入住景區附近，結果景區附近的酒店要麼很貴，要麼很差。總之沒看到滿意的。後來靈機一動，還是去縣城找亞朵酒店吧。畢竟作為亞朵的老會員，還是一直相信亞朵的品質的。開車快到酒店的路上看到有一個超級大的夜市，奈何天色太晚，長者和孩子困的不行，我們沒有下車去參觀。有點遺憾。下次來這裏，一定去看看這個夜市。住這個酒店的朋友可以去這裏逛逛，步行就到了，很熱鬧。
酒店環境：不用説了，乾淨，衞生，品質高，一直都是高標準！贊！
服務：也是超讚的，前台小哥哥小姐姐也是很熱情的，餐廳服務人員，客房打掃人員都有專業的素養在身，主動服務意識很高！
總之一句話，不知道選啥的時候，亞朵一定沒錯！

毫不猶豫的五星好評！這次入住「西塘花間府·巨海書院」，遠不止於住宿，更是一場沉浸式的江南文化微度假。
環境與設計｜住在書香與花間
酒店本身就是一處絕美景點。由百年古宅巧妙改建，完美保留了徽派建築的粉牆黛瓦、雕花門樓與幽深廊巷。推門而入，彷彿瞬間從喧鬧的古鎮街區“穿越”至一個靜謐、風雅的舊時書香院落。天井裡疏影橫斜，房間內是精緻的新中式設計，現代設施的舒適與古色古香的韻味結合得恰到好處。
服務與體驗｜温暖如歸，細節滿分

The best location in Xi Tang! No doubt about it. Room with picturesque river view and tea at balcony transports you to ancient Ming/Qing dynasty feeling. The person in charge has been very helpful and communicative. Stay here. Dont look further.

The hotel is in a spectacular position inside the old city, very close to the love bridge.
Our room had a fantastic view on the river and was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was super kind and helpful. They were ready to gently satisfy all out requests, and came to pick us up from the North gate on the check-in day and they walked us back to the gate at the check-out. We loved staying here, thank you.

A bit difficult to locate if you don't use Baidu maps, and can't speak Chinese to ask for directions. But location is great, as it's inside the scenic area (which means you need to pay an additional 95RMB, the gate fee to enter the scenic area if you arrive before 5pm. After 5pm is free and once you're in, you can roam around for free for the entirety of your trip.)
Back to the hotel, I initially thought I'd have a view of the river, but was disappointed when I found out my room didn't have that. But still enjoyed the bathtub and the little courtyard. Nice host and cleaners, lots of places to eat and drink close by.
