The hotel is only 14km from Jiashan Railway Station and 45km from Jiaxing Nanhu Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. With Drunken Garden, Songzilaifeng Bridge and Anjing Bridge all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. "Positives - The room assigned to me on the 2nd floor is big with a double bed that could be a little hard but that is normal for beds in China. There is a huge bath tub and toilet which looks like the Japanese toilet but the bidet function is not working and the flushing function is working. There are the usual amenities such as disposable towels in plastic and slippers. There is a balcony overlooking the river with a table and 4 chairs for guests to seat together. It is a very good location facing the famed covered tiled roof street and many eateries around. I checked that the prices sold are reasonable when compared to same items sold in Shanghai. Area for improvement. The location of the inn is quite difficult for me to find as there is no map to indicate where it is and there is no English signage to show the direction. I have to ask around and I managed to figure out the street name in English. I wish there is a drop-off location mentioned for the taxi drivers to follow. The owners cannot speak English at all and I rely on Google translate to converse with them."

"天氣下雪很冷，酒店的服務很暖，絕對是加分項，還沒到酒店就接到客服尹小姐的電話了，辦入住的王小姐全程有耐心又周到，詳細介紹早餐時間，有問必答。房間衞生乾淨整潔，有免費5瓶礦泉水。雖然有點小瑕疵但是戴經理處理地很好，我很滿意，下次還會光顧。另外酒店在市中心，周邊配套設施齊全，夜景很美，停車場很大，停車方便，早餐也很美味。"

"My short two days stay is the end, but feel reluctant to leave—really wish I could stay a little longer, This is the most wonderful Jiangnan water town I have ever visited—Xitan—natural,nostalgic, and peaceful.Everything here from food to accommodation, is incredibly convenient. The “Lao BanNiang” hostess is warm,attractive and thoughtful,making me feel the warmth of home even while traveling. In this fleeting journey of life,meeting kind and hardworking people is a true blessing and a stroke of fate. Xitang is beautiful because of its scenery, and genuine because of its people. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time."

"The location is good, very clean but some disappointment. I booked river view and can see the river view from my room as I attached the photo. I booked the room with some inclusions like full mini bar included which gave us 1 can of cola and 1 small packet of juice, no welcome drink given to us, the complimentary soup is not worth at all. Except all these it’s worth to stay here. Better book it without the inclusions or all these and save money."

"Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative"

"親子游：帶孩子和母親到嘉善巧克力莊園玩，本想入住景區附近，結果景區附近的酒店要麼很貴，要麼很差。總之沒看到滿意的。後來靈機一動，還是去縣城找亞朵酒店吧。畢竟作為亞朵的老會員，還是一直相信亞朵的品質的。開車快到酒店的路上看到有一個超級大的夜市，奈何天色太晚，長者和孩子困的不行，我們沒有下車去參觀。有點遺憾。下次來這裏，一定去看看這個夜市。住這個酒店的朋友可以去這裏逛逛，步行就到了，很熱鬧。酒店環境：不用説了，乾淨，衞生，品質高，一直都是高標準！贊！服務：也是超讚的，前台小哥哥小姐姐也是很熱情的，餐廳服務人員，客房打掃人員都有專業的素養在身，主動服務意識很高！總之一句話，不知道選啥的時候，亞朵一定沒錯！"

"大廳有兩個半開放式的六到十人座位區可以使用，房間走道就像一望無際的藝術廊一樣，有洗衣機洗烘功能可以使用，可惜的是，沒有其他全季酒店一樣提供茶包-洗衣液-洗衣袋可以直接自取，但是可以打電話跟櫃臺要，房間有提供礦泉水，還有茶包及一顆大白兔軟糖，跟一顆牛軋糖，因為入住的是兩個人，不夠分就又打電話給房務部，請他再送上來，整體的空間及清潔度看起來不錯，但就是房價太高，你覺得這個房價應該不是在嘉善地區的房價，一個晚上360是網上定的價錢還沒包早餐，第三張圖是我走到對面的土菜館點的菜"

"元旦期間也衹要300一晚，價格方面真的沒得説。房間不算小，浴缸嬰兒床等五臟俱全，水壓可以，大環境尚可。不知道為什麼全是好評，帶娃家庭注意‼️如果是想找個可以純泡酒店的親子酒店，尤其是小月齡父母，這絕對是我做的非常錯誤的決定。 1，小童樂園看起來是經營不善因此放棄了無人看管，空調上鎖不開，需要穿羽絨服玩還很冷。內部都是一次性投入無法撤回的設施，該壞的壞，我猜測應該也無人打掃，衞生堪憂。 2，酒店健身房游泳池是外包的，路途中不開空調很冷。衹有一個大泳池，水温34度，但是大環境很冷，成人可以遊，小月齡玩耍不行。 3，連住了兩天，第一天住客並不多，但checkin時仍然拒絕給我兩片床圍欄。 4，第二天人節假日人非常多，早餐的麪和蛋餅都要排隊十幾個人。人一多很多東西都是一搶而空。 5，酒店離西塘開車10分鐘，沒有別的周邊了，萬聯城、銀泰等大商場開車25分鐘左右。"

The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the main street, food market, shops, bars, restaurants, and one of the many beautiful canals and scenic spots. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with the concierge available at any time and always ready to help. They even went the extra mile by picking us up at the entrance gate and escorting us back to the taxi after check-out. Overall, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. I would highly recommend both Xitang as a destination and Shenyuan Boutique Inn as a place to stay. 这次入住体验非常棒。酒店位置极佳，步行几分钟即可到达主街、美食市场、商店、酒吧、餐厅，以及众多风景优美的河道和景点。房间和公共区域都非常干净，卫生状况无可挑剔，服务更是超出预期。工作人员热情周到，管家随时待命，耐心细致、乐于助人。入住和退房时，他们还贴心地在入口处接我们，并在退房后护送我们到出租车处，细节之处令人感动。整体来说，这是一家非常用心、专业的精品客栈。我非常推荐来西塘旅行的朋友入住 **慎园精品客栈**，也强烈推荐 **西塘** 这个美丽的古镇。

Good sized bed and tv. Good breakfast selection & coffee in dining area. We got free ride to the heritage park area from the hotel. You can call the hotel for free pick up at Parking lot #1 only.
