"The unit is clean and spacious, with facilities quite new and satisfying a family stay. The rooms are pretty the same as shown on the website. Though the location is a little remote, but it’s near a train station and quite easy to get a taxi using apps like GO. It’s sad that the nearby outlet is not open fully, with most of its shops closed. We had a wonderful stay and our family enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Located right next to Chitose station, check-in was done via self check-in machine after obtaining a QR booking confirmation code from the front. A public bath one for male and one for female are located at level 2 with a lounge where complimentary hot coffees are available. Room size just right for two pax and was clean and quiet. There are two 7-11 fight next door to the hotel and short walking distance to food places like soup curry, grilled meat, ramen etc. as well as Chitose salmon aquarium."

"Ok la, overall its decent. Just that you have to find parking space yourself if you are driving. Most hotels do not offer that, the counter staff were friendly enough to guide us on finding available parking spaces surrounding the hotel. Grateful for that! Overall all’s good!"

"Hotel are elegant and japanese style design. Room are clean and big, beds are comfy, toilet are clean, TV got lots of local channels.

We take the midnite flight to CTS domestic airport, Hotel are located at international terminal. I am quite surprised that the walkway between domestic and international terminals will be shutdown after midnite. Luckily, I told the airport security we go to hotel, they open the gate and let us thorough.
Overall, the hotel are great and everything beyond the standard. Definitely, one of my choice when I back to sapporo."

"the location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful."

"Brilliant. Very easy to navigate to find the place. And it has 7/11 just around the corner for some snacks.
This was our first stop after arrival to Japan, and it was late checkin too, so having the reception offering a free parking just right next to the place gave me a peace of mind. Very professional. English level is just enough to communicate about your needs. Thank you for your kindness."

Breakfast buffet spread was good and food was wonderful for the price, stats very early too. The staff in the restaurant was also good & welcoming. All in all a great stay and looking forward to stay again & explore more."

"They provide free shuttle bus to the airport. But only for specific time schedule.
They have onsen, which is great. Location is near to Aeon which has everything you need.
Only problem is they split all our 3 rooms far apart. Hence the deduction in service mark. 2 rooms both at opposite far end of the corridor. And another room on a different floor. Tried to talk to the counter to put us all on the same floor at least, but he couldn't understand our request. Only keep informing me that we have 2 rooms on 1 floor and 1 room on a different floor. Which was exactly my point to request for change of rooms."

2206237****什麼都挺好的，餐食很精緻，儀式感拉滿，不過就是吃精緻，實際口味和食材普通，無功無過。整體體驗給予肯定。預訂前，在評論區看到過帶小孩的收費不超過1000一位，我結算時，看到價格都驚呆了，一位小孩每晚差不多加了4000人民幣，我們帶了兩位小孩一晚加了8000人民幣，相當於一晚房費，我特別想知道酒店是一直這麼收費的嗎？我們住了兩晚，加了差不多16000人民幣，我們在攜程預訂的房型還不包晚餐。簡直當了冤大頭。僅給後面的國人同胞一個參考，不是一定要住，可以不住。酒店方方面面都可以，公區還算漂亮，房間大但是缺乏設計感。比較居家吧！但是設施少，不適合親子，價格對親子勸退。在日本京都住了柏悦，非常好的酒店，小孩就衹收了早餐費，碧之座收小孩的費用太誇張了。另外，酒店旁邊的支笏湖挺漂亮的，衹是這裏的交通真的不方便，酒店在千歲機場有接送，下午衹有16:45分，衹有一個時間，想銜接上真的有點難度，我們打車去因為晚上車很少，打的大概500人民幣。從酒店打的去札幌JR1000人民幣左右。因為預訂時，可以參考的訊息太少，所以把我原來特別想了解的訊息發佈給大家參考。

YYi ShieanFrom the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity.
Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence.
Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled.
Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze.
As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional.
The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship.
Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight.
For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

Hotel is clean but old. The rooms are huge as compared to other hotels. Stayed in a triple room. There is also free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning only. There are many small restaurant around and also convenient stall opp the hotel. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel from the airport (Bus 6) from domestic terminal.

But hotel makes it up with their amenities, decent breakfast, and the women's onsen even had a shampoo bar where you can select your own shampoos (named shampoo and conditioner brands) for showering before the onsen.
