"Замечательное расположение для тех кто устал от суеты и хочет быть ближе к природе. Великолепные виды на горы и долину. Минус могу поставить за то, что не работал интернет в номере, пришлось подключаться к соседнему бунгало. Очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал (отдельное спасибо Вангу, пару раз он нас очень выручил). Завтраки скромные, но вкусные, так же можно хорошо поужинать. В целом осталось очень приятное впечатление."

"Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies."

"Firstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice."

"The Homestay owner is very friendly and helpful. He let me use his kitchen to prepare my own breakfast because I could not have what he prepared. If you want to be close to the city center then this might not be the right place but if you want to relax and enjoy the garden it’s perfect."

"Location was extremely great! Near the sapa station. Front desk was extremely helpful. They helped us booked all the tickets for the journey up fansipan. This was really fuss-free. There are a number of food options around as well. Breakfast was great too with a decent spread. There is even shower facilities available after check out, allowing us to clean up before boarding our sleeper bus back to Hanoi. Thank you for the great stay!"
