"Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences."

"This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better."

"We had a great stay, the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Kids enjoyed all the activities onsite. The hotel grounds are amazing, and it is within walking distance from the village. We had an English speaking customer representative, Rachel, which was great because she helped us order a buggy whenever needed and also answered other practical questions. The only part which was more complicated was the service at the western restaurant, we waited a very long time for our food and there were a lot of misunderstandings… but otherwise I fully recommend staying at this hotel!"

抵達酒店後，從前台到接駁車司機，每一位工作人員都客氣又熱情。特別想提的是，入住期間圓圓每天早晚都會準時送來問候，並貼心提醒當天的活動和用餐安排，酒店的環境非常好，窗外的風景美得像畫一樣，陽光透過窗户灑進來，窩在房間裏看看山景發發呆，身心都被治癒了。這次出行因為大家的照顧變得更加舒適！"

Tüm sorularımızı yanıtladı ve çok dikkatliydi! ! Servis personeli otelin her yerinde görülebilir ve kabinden lobiye çok hızlı gelen bir servis otobüsü vardır! Hizmet Haidilao ile karşılaştırılabilir! ! ! Otele kendimiz gittik. Üç katlı bir otopark binası var, bu yüzden park etmek çok uygun! Oda ayrıca çok rahat, çocuk malzemeleriyle dolu ve yatak takımları beş yıldızlı otellerde kullanılan karanfilin aynısı, sanırım Ritz-Carlton ve Intercontinental bu markadan. ! Havlu bornozunuz da karanfilden yapılmışsa mükemmel olur! ! ! Yaz tatilinde su parkına erken gitmemiz gerekiyor. Sabah 9'da gittiğimizde çok fazla insan yoktu ama öğlen daha fazla insan olacak, bu nedenle yoğun olmayan seyahat deneyimi daha iyi olacak~ Kahvaltı Rainforest Restaurant'ta ve saat 8:30'dan sonra kuyruk olacak. Çok fazla çeşit var ve ayrıca çocuk büfesi alanı da var, bu da oldukça ilginç~ Sıcak ve düşünceli hizmetiniz için kahyaya tekrar teşekkür ederiz! Yaz tatilinde Kaiyuan Senbo'ya gitmeye değer~ Bir dahaki sefere tekrar geleceğim."

"We had a fantastic stay at Elephant and Moon resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout the stay, they helped with accommodating our needs, including bringing extra cutlery, glasses, ensuring the jacuzzi was in good condition and ready for use, and delivering food from the restaurant to our room. The breakfast had many options and the dinner menu was very good. The beds were very comfortable and black-out curtains were provided. The facilities were very clean and the surrounding environment truly captures the natural beauty. We truly enjoyed our stay. The Rainfield Pavilion Rachel House exceeded our expectations. We look forward to visiting Elephant and Moon again."

"Great hotel !!! Kids were happy with the animal farm , ridding horses , feeding the Llama, goats, chickens and a big ostrich. The food has a good taste. The pool is clean and next to the mountain. Activities for the kids ( like paint a hat ) The kids area is amazing with 2 donut slides and a net walking between the trees . For sure we will be back soon ! The attention of the personal was outstanding I was extremely pleased."

"The hotel is inside the Scenic spot area, hence it is reqd to register the Didi car license beforehand with the hotel so they can get the free tickets. We got the hotel's WeChat contact beforehand and everything was arranged smoothly. The room is clean, spacious with a gorgeous view facing the sunrise. Totally worth the amount paid. A special shout-out to hotel manager Damon, he didn't speak English but went above and beyond to help us with our queries. Would definitely live here if I went back to Moganshan!"

"這次入住莫干山雲谷德信開元名都度假酒店，真的是一次超棒的體驗！從進門開始就被金盛經理的熱情服務打動了，精神面貌特別好，全程細緻周到，讓人感覺特別親切。 酒店的遊樂設施豐富到讓人驚喜！我們體驗了足球和乒乓球，運動出汗的感覺特別暢快。最難忘的是去垂釣場玩，本來衹是隨便試試，沒想到真的釣上來一條小毛魚！看着小魚在魚鈎上撲騰，成就感滿滿，這種親近自然的樂趣太治癒了。 早餐更是豐盛到讓人驚喜！種類特別多，中西式都有，最有趣的是還能自己動手做DIY華夫餅，香香脆脆的特別好吃。還有挖蜂巢的體驗，感覺特別有意思，玩得很開心。 更讓我們感動的是，在踢足球的時候我父親不小心崴了腳，酒店工作人員知道後，立刻給我們送來了雲南白葯止痛噴霧，還一直關心我們的情況，後續也特別照顧，這種貼心的服務真的太暖心了。 整體環境也很棒，山水田園風的設計很雅緻，住着特別放鬆。下次來莫干山，肯定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給大家！"

"硬件驚艷！戴森風吹髮，Lelabo洗護，馬歇爾音響。最愛那扇可開啟的落地窗，細節滿分。最人性化的是早餐了，最後一天工作日住宿的人很少了，但是還是會貼心準備一人一份中西式都有的早餐餐點，餐廳的小姐姐會等到最後一個客人走了才走。用心對待每一個客人了。總之還會再來！！！"
