The hotel is conveniently located close to the dock. The hotel includes breakfast and can provide lunch and dinner. All dishes are made from local production. The dishes are good. The host and the staff are all very accommodating and try their best to help and are always available. The hotel was fully refurbished when we came. It was clean, well furnished and well maintained. The cost appeared reasonable even during the national holiday. We chose a room with a balcony. The terrasse adds a lot of convenience and is really enjoyable. We used it often. We did spend a pleasant time there. An important reminder comes as the hotel is close, maybe one of the closest to the dock. Therefore the activity around the hotel is intense, starts early and finishes late. This can affect light sleepers and is reinforced by the fact that the island is a heaven of silence. The island is perfect to reconnect to the nature, the slowness of life. We did appreciate our time walking around the island, visiting every small street and enjoying the pleasant view. People are very nice, organisation in the island is good and provides all the necessities. A good place for one or few days stay with or without children.

來到柒月很值得！ 進門就令你置身不同的天地！生活的/工作的不管好的壞的情緒，在進門那一刻彷彿隔絕，徹底的放鬆開始！ 我是個對住宿很苛刻挑剔的人，但是這裏的衞生從房間角角落落到泳池的水，都讓你無可挑剔！孩子們尤其喜歡泳池，衹要不下雨就下去泡一泡；下雨了跑上來，窩在一角看看書，或者假裝打打🎱 而我就喜歡這份不用帶娃，衹要全身心放鬆沉浸在這份滿滿的高級感與舒適感之中。 遇到的住客也很友好，老闆更是nice。 這是住了這麼多民宿，我覺得最滿意的體驗！ 用一句話概括就是：價格與價值相符才是最好的選擇！

Nice serene area. Hotel is well maintained. Aircon is not switched on all the time as the weather now is hot and cold (temperature can vary drastically). Room becomes a little stuffy as there is no circulation in the room. Will recommend this hotel though!!! friendly staff :)

Lovely new hotel, I feel so spoiled by them it’s going to be hard to go back to normal hotels. The room is so so spacious, even without considering the courtyard space. The room was designed with relaxation in mind - bath tub with bath salts, all sorts of tea bags and tea leaves, incense, essential oil. We even got fragrance pouches when we arrived. The hot tub in the courtyard is also really nice to soak in, just a bit cold in winter because you have to walk out from the cozy bedroom into the courtyard. On Christmas Eve they even gave us a cute bamboo muffin cupcake with a snowman topper. Our room came with breakfast, which was a good thing because the hotel is very far from everything else. Breakfast quality is passable, but the restaurant manager on duty on our first two days was much more attentive than the one on our last day, which is ironic as there were more customers on the first two days due to a tour group being there. There are two malls that are about 5-10 mins drive away, but I recommend paradise walk over golden eagle as the former has more shops operating. Apart from the location of the hotel being one downside, another downside was the location of our room as we had to pass through a flight of stairs. So we had to get the staff to help with the luggage since there were too many steps to climb to get to the hotel lobby. Nonetheless it was a very nice hotel! Would recommend for short stays to pamper yourself!

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff understood and spoke English. The room was excellent, exactly as shown in the pictures on trip.com. The room service was excellent and very fast. We needed an extra bathrobe for our child and it was brought very quickly. The pool is nice, but the water was quite cold. The children's area in the pool is a big plus, as is the playroom, where we had a fun time in the ball pit. The breakfast is good. There is Western cuisine and Chinese cuisine. The reception here was very courteous. Unfortunately, the floor in the breakfast room was very sticky and the table was not cleared in between meals. However, the food we ate tasted very good. Check-out was just as quick and easy. We were even able to take advantage of a late check-out. It was a very successful stay and I will definitely recommend the hotel to others. The surrounding area offers lots to do with children.

My husband and I were met with the warmest of welcomes here! The hosts and staff were all really friendly and willing to even prepare some dinner for us after we arrived late in the evening. The gardens are beautiful and well-tended and lovely to just walk around in or sit and enjoy. We had a queen bed room Mountain View - which was quite spacious, smelled fresh and was exceptionally clean, with sufficient amenities even a balcony and mini-sauna. Breakfast was local-style and very filling. This location is great for a remote getaway experience, for some peace and quiet and if you want to explore nature. The only thing to note is that the surrounding village is rather small so there aren’t many other food options/ stores etc, so best to come prepared. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are hoping to return in the spring!

I was very satisfied with this May Day trip. It doesn't feel crowded on May Day, which is very suitable for vacation. The reservation was made about 2 days before, and I called in advance to confirm the reservation. I was able to communicate with the hotel through WeChat. Throughout my entire stay the staff were very friendly and was a call or text away. If I needed help with anything, within seconds they were at my door to assist. 🐾 As a solo traveler I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and had public and private hot springs. I booked a private hot spring room. The room was very large. The private hot spring in the room was very good, with a suitable water temperature, especially suitable for relaxation. The log style design is warm and advanced. The floor-to-ceiling glass door face the small lake view. The feeling of being woken up by the sun and birds in the morning is so healing! 🎉 Rich activities: It seems they have activities everyday. But with my short stay I was able to do the cooking class. The aunty is very patient, and took me through step by step until it got it . ✨ I must also mention the great SPA service. The day before I left I got the most amazing full body massage. After which I decided I needed a face massage also. Because they only open at 1;30pm on Monday. I had to wait a little while after my check out to get my face massage. And it was worth the wait. 2 days later I still get compliments about my glowing skin. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxation, nature embracing, quiet hotel. Recommendations: 1.Have more variety meal. not much options for vegetarian and people who don't eat pork. Introduce more western meals for your foreign visitors 2. Can provide delicious pet snacks, or send a special breakfast for dogs. Can have a pet play area on the lawn.

They are attentive, friendly, and genuinely care about their guests’ well-being. Affordable Green Tea: I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having green tea available at a fair price. It’s a small detail, but it made my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, Suzhou Xunyi Holiday B&B is a gem.
