"Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price."

"The location of the hotel is good, not far from the famous eateries area. The basement of parking is limited and parking in another building js available. There is a free shuttle connecting parking B to the main building. However it only runs between 8am till 11pm. There is a 7eleven convenient shop at the lobby. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a pantry in every floor for water refill."

"This is my first time booking this place. Location wise, quite easy to find with waze. However, their restaurant signboard somehow has outshine the hotel. I only know when I enquired from a staff at the restaurant the hotel reception is just next door 😅. Generally ok but the breakfast was average couple with limited tables. Limited choices of food and staff don't even bother to check and refill until guest ask them to do so. Should train your front desk staff to answer more professionally instead of telling me he was taught so by his senior to answer like that 🙄"

"After check-in, I was taken to the first room on the 3rd floor. The water pump that might be located above was very loud and noisy. It is too loud to sleep. I asked the staff to check and change the room for me. Luckily, there is a vacant one that I can move to. There is no elevator, so I do not recommend to anyone who has a big luggage."

"The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there."

"Super nice apartment. The only drawbacks, rooftop pool is close during our visit. Trip.com or host need to make an announcement on this platform before guests make any booking. The stay without pool access somehow ruined the holiday. Please call the property before making a booking. Above all will definitely come back here again."

"(Unit 6-13) I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The sofa and dining chairs had noticeable dirt, and the toilet and kitchen appeared yellowish. I also felt uncomfortable using the kettle and ended up purchasing water from 7-Eleven instead. Additionally, I noticed that our unit was on the same floor as the children’s playground, which is connected by a fence. However, the fence does not have a lock, allowing anyone from the playground to easily access our unit and anyone can see from outside if the living room curtains are left open. Furthermore, the sliding door lock was broken, making it easy for someone to enter from the playground. Although a technician came to address the issue, I still felt uneasy since the screw was loose, and for an expert thief, this kind of sliding door is quite easy to open. I checked in around 8 PM after a long day of traveling, and it was frustrating to deal with these issues upon arrival. Resolving the sliding door problem took about an hour, which added to my stress. I believe it would be beneficial for owners to check these aspects before guests arrive. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by the photos. Despite I opting for a higher-priced for Muji unit for a better experience, but I found it lacking. Regrettably, I will not recommend this unit to my friends based on my stay. "The overall stay was excellent. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the deposit was refunded promptly on the second day after check-out. The property is conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and offers pleasant views from the higher floors. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Ipoh and highly recommend this accommodation."

"Staying in Level 13 with street view. Dual keys units hence its well equipped and clean house. The 2 bedrooms unit come with dining hall, living hall, 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. Big bedrooms and can fit 4 person comfortably. Easy check in with clear instructions given Washing machine is available for long traveller like us.
