We stayed nights at Noa, I love it. Value for money and implacably clean. The creative and industrial design is fantastic. We stayed in the joyful gathering room, every detail is thoughtful and creative resulting in a experimental and comfortable stay. Mary from front desk was amazing and took great care of us. I would certainly stay here again in Shenzhen. Well done 👍

佳佳 (Jade) need to be celebrated and given proper recognition for her kindness and accommodating spirit. I have a rare genetic disease and cannot walk strongly anymore so I require help even though I’m only 40. I’m a mom of 4 and we all came here to attend a study and get genes tested. It was difficult to find a proper place for our family that was suitable. We were so so happy to find this hotel. It is quiet, the rooms are beautifully decorated and great for people with allergies because it’s so clean. Jade made sure we had everything we needed and was so responsive to our needs. I cannot say enough good about this place and the special lady who feels like family already, Jade. We will be back everytime we followup with this hospital.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during the festive season. The hotel was beautifully decorated with warm and cheerful New Year decorations, creating a cozy and joyful atmosphere everywhere. What made my stay truly perfect was the excellent service from Kiki. She was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. She greeted me warmly, helped me check in smoothly, and always responded quickly to my needs with a lovely smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole environment was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to Kiki for making my trip so enjoyable and memorable!

We were so impressed of almost everything about this stay. I will recommend to my friends, and the my relatives to come and pay a visit. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

五分是給環境給設施，服務覺得要打個折扣。前台基本上都是坐着的，客人全程站着。入住的時候前面有兩組客人，我和朋友提着很重的大包在後麪排隊，保持了一定距離。然而前面客人走掉之後，前台完全沒有抬起頭來看看後面的狀況，坐在椅子上一動不動。和朋友站在那裡蠻尷尬的。後來是主動走過去問能不能辦理……以及最後退房的時候看到有客人在和前台交涉一些問題，前台全程坐在椅子上仰視很傲慢。無論是非如何，這絕對不是服務業處理事情的姿態。 由於總體體驗還是蠻好的，餐廳價格實惠口味不錯，遊艇和非洲鼓項目都很有意思，所以也給滿分。不過希望酒店管理者可以梳理一下前台服務流程了。

Bu sefer otele doğum günümü kutlamak için geldim. Trip.com başlangıçta isteğimi reddetti, ancak sonunda otel doğum günü için düzenlemeler yaptı. Otelin konumu çok uygun, caddenin karşısındaki manzara ortalama, karşı tarafta ise inşaat devam ediyor. Otelin gönderdiği kekler çok lezzetli! Alt kattaki kahve dükkanının insanlarla dolu olmasına şaşmamalı.

In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. The hotel receptionist is helpful, patiently answering our questions and requests. Thanks go to Davis, who explained the detailed arrangements the hotel has prepared for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary.  The guest room's view overlooking Qianhai Bay is magnificent. In-room amenities live up to JW Marriott's branding. However, the room's decor looks aged, and particularly, stains are found on the tiles in the bathroom area. We visited the hotel’s Chinese restaurant for lunch. Maybe it was a Sunday, and the venue was packed with customers. Improvement is necessary for easier table arrangement. We waited for 20 minutes and left for our room. After 15 minutes, we returned and found that our ticket number had past due. Finally, the receptionist found us a table for two as the high customer traffic had subsided at around 1:45 pm. We are a bit disappointed with the dim sum we ordered and realized that it is a consigned restaurant to which JW Marriott has outsourced. Their service and food standards cannot be compared with those of Man Ho Chinese Restaurant. The hotel location is quite accessible, within a 10-minute walk to the Oh Bay waterfront park and shopping complex, which is full of shops and eateries. It has been a very pleasant stay for us. We will recommend the hotel without reservations.

A very solid stay overall. I would rate this property 5 out of 5 across the board for cleanliness, location, service, and amenities. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Rooms and common areas were consistently in great condition, and everything felt well managed and organized. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It sits right next to Windows of the World, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone planning to visit the theme park. If that attraction is on your itinerary, it is difficult to find a more convenient place to stay. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very easy without needing to travel far. On top of that, the property is located right at the exit of a metro station, so getting around Shenzhen is extremely convenient. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, and the amenities were exactly what you would expect from a well-run Westin property. Overall, this is a highly convenient and comfortable hotel, particularly for travelers who want easy access to Windows of the World and the surrounding Nanshan area.
