Excellent staff - professional, pleasant, helpful, good English . Chic design city boutique hotel , by Omicho Market and the main tourist sights. Very clean, and comfy beds. Roof top Onsen is beautifully designed with marvellous views of the mountain . Would highly recommend for stay in Kanazawa.

Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location is 10mins walk from main train station. Room is clean but small as expected. Hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in main block. Onsen is located on 2nd FL at adjacent block which is not so convenient. Need to bring own towels to onsen. You can take the sachet facial wash, facial cream for free which is of good quality.

The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant atmosphere and warm hospitality. The location is perfect—right next to Kanazawa Station—making it extremely convenient for travel, dining, and sightseeing. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering stunning city views both day and night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring Kanazawa. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Their attention to detail truly elevated the stay. Overall, Hotel Nikko Kanazawa exceeded my expectations in comfort, service quality, and convenience. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Kanazawa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium hotel experience.

Very close to everything, right next to the Omicho Market — excellent location! The staff were great and everything was very clean, but the room was extremely small. You can’t fit more than one open suitcase in the room.

Excellent location with train station and attractions such as Kenrokuen Garden and Osaka Park within walking distance. We love the complimentary coffee offered at the reception area. Spacious and tasteful room decorations and arrangements Friendly customer service team. We will stay at this hotel again for our future trips to Kanazawa. .

Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren, bu otelin çevre koruma ve akıllı teknolojiye önem verdiğini anladık. Resepsiyonda sadece bir personel vardı ve misafirler giriş ve çıkış işlemlerini kendileri yapmak zorundaydı. Odalar çok küçüktü ve sadece diş fırçası ve diş macunu tabletleri (çok elverişsizdi) vardı. Tarak ve pamuklu çubuk gibi diğer eşyalar resepsiyondan alınmak zorundaydı. Ortak banyo birinci kattaydı ve duş bonesi veya tarak yoktu (bunlar da ayrı olarak alınmak zorundaydı). Girişten çıkışa kadar hiçbir hizmet sağlanmadı, sadece temiz bornoz ve diş fırçası verildi. Diğer otellerin aksine, en azından misafirler için yatakları hazırlamıyorlardı. Girişte, misafirlerin diş fırçası dışında (ki aslında yoktu) hiçbir şeyi eve götürmemeleri gerektiğini, aksi takdirde bunun için ödeme yapmaları gerektiğini hatırlatan bir not vardı. Girişte atkuyruğu saçlı genç bir kadın çok sabırsızdı; beden dili gerçek duygularını ortaya koyuyordu. … Kısacası, tavsiye etmiyorum.

1 Perfect location connected the Crossgate Mall which is connected to another mall, where is connected to the Kanazawa station, outside of which you can take buss to all the places you want to go. 2 Huge room, compared to many other Japanese hotel. 3 Reasonable price as it’s Hyatt Centric, not premium brands of Hyatt, but have all u need. The breakfast is superb! Very happy staying here.

I originally planned to stay for three nights and was very satisfied with my stay. However, due to unexpected circumstances, I asked the front desk around 3 a.m. on the last night to extend my stay by one more night. Since I made the request directly at the front desk (not through a third-party site), I believed it would be handled as a simple extension. The staff accepted payment, but only after that told me I would need to change rooms. I was informed that I could speak with the front desk again in the morning to arrange the room change. When I went to the front desk around 9 a.m., I was told there were no rooms available and that I would need to wait until 3 p.m. to check in again. I found this quite confusing — if that’s the case, it doesn’t really feel like a “stay extension.” In that case, I could have chosen another hotel. In the end, because I needed more time to pack, I was charged a 2,000 yen late fee. I understand hotel policy, but considering I had already paid to “extend” my stay, it didn’t feel very reasonable. I don’t mind paying, but the situation itself left me a bit disappointed.

room spacious & clean, have free coffee, can get ice from ground floor, near 711 & family mart washing machine and microwave in room was nice to have :) area accessible, 12 min walk from kanazawa sation we walked to Higashiyama Chaya, Samurai District, Kenrokuen Garde, 21st Century Museum will stay here again when we bring the family to Kanazawa

Yamanaka onsen is the best town for leisure. Shirasagiyu Tawaraya is a good choice to stay with good service and tasty meals. Its onsens are very nice with indoor and outdoor public baths. They provide both yukata of your choice and nightwear. Dinner and breakfast are worth every penny. The surroundings are very good. Free shuttle bus to and from the Kaga station Love to come back again.
