"Konum turistik yerlere ve Mavi Hat'a biraz uzak. Otelin önünde bir nehir bulunan sakin bir yerleşim bölgesi. Girişte verilen tek kullanımlık banyo malzemelerini bilmiyordum, bu yüzden kullanmadım. Genel olarak temiz ve düzenli görünüyordu, ancak köşelerde toz vardı ve önceki sahibinden kalma bir toka yerde kalmıştı. Sorun duş ve musluktaydı. Duş alıp yarım banyo yapmaya çalıştığımda, duş başlığı ile soğuk su çıkışı arasında kir sıkıştığını gördüm. Temizlemek için tek kullanımlık bir diş fırçası ve sabun kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Verilen hafızalı köpük yastığı beğendim."

"Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well. They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient"

"日産スタジアムライブ参戦のために利用しました。 ライブグッズを買うためにスタジアムに行く際、チェックイン時間前でも荷物を預かっていただき、大変助かりました。 スタッフ対応時間外の入室の仕方も大変わかりやすかったです。 部屋は少し狭く感じましたが、創意工夫がされていて、機能的な作りでした。ベッドは清潔でふかふかでライブ後の疲れた身体を優しく癒してくれました。 また機会があったら利用したいです。"

"The amenities in the rooms were a little old, but I was impressed on the cleanliness. I’m very picky in this aspect and thought this hotel did a good job. The workers were very nice, and would use a translation app in order to help us. They have a lot of toiletries free downstairs. Good location, just right next to to a subway stop. And also there is a Lawson right down stairs."

"Great location near Chinatown, while not tall, had a good view of the harbour. The breakfast is two styles, but it is a no brainer to choose the Japanese style with the famous curry that all reviews rave about. A healthy salad bar with fresh juice and other drinks, felt very value for money getting the breakfast via Trip.com. Very tastefully furnished room with dark wood and a nice double bed. Overall a great experience."

"Excellent hotel in the area of Yokohama Kannai. Room is a little small which is common in Japan but everything is available and functional. Shower, WC, Safe, Public Bath, spacious lobby, laundry room, ice machine etc. The subway station is only 5 mins walk away and you can take 4 stops to Yokohama station. A short 10 mins walk to the famous Yokohama Chinatown. Staff are very polite and provided excellent service."

At the same time, it was also my first time staying alone in a hotel. Everything was fine, the information about the facilities are very clear in English & Japanese. Breakfast has a great value since you can try the local specialty whitebait bowl (Shirasu-don) & other things. I'm fully satisfied The room is very clean. The refrigerator will always on (even when you go out from the room) as long as you turn on the switch. I just hope that the air conditioner do that too. Pretty much understandable though since air conditioner drains so much electricity The only problem during my stay is the toilet. I had to flush like three times and aim the shower at the toilet for the feces to go down completely. Three times + shower help is crazy no matter how you look at it Also, i lost my 10.000 yen during the breakfast time and came back 2 hours after the checkout to check. They found it and handed it over to me without undergoing a long process I don't know about staff's english since i used japanese during the entire process. But i heard them speaking to another foreigner well. I'm in Fujisawa for my Seishun Buta Yarou's pilgrimage and the hotel pretty much helps accomodate it. It's close to Don quixote, which sells Seishun Buta Yarou merchandise in their 4th floor. It's also close to Fujisawa Station which allows you to transport easily for the pilgrimage. I recommend buying the Enoden one day pass for 800 yen if you want to cover all the spot. I'm a hotelman from Beppu myself (Only an intern actually) and this hotel helped me so much for my last blast before my internship ends, thank you!!"
