Wi-Fi İçeren Kanagawa ili, Japonya Otelleri

Japonya seyahatim sırasında kaldığım en temiz, en ferah ve en şık oteldi. Yokohama'yı ziyaret eden herkese bu oteli tavsiye ederim. Ancak odada su yoktu ve su arıtma cihazından su almak için dışarı çıkmak zorundaydınız ki bu inanılmaz derecede rahatsız ediciydi. Konumu Yokohama İstasyonu'na yakındı, bu yüzden yaklaşık 15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi, bu da beklediğimden daha uzun geldi. Banyo tipik bir iş oteli gibiydi. Bunun dışında, otelin güzel bir lobisi vardı ve kahvaltısının iyi olduğunu duydum (denemedim). Hemen alt katta bir Seven Lunch Box ve havaalanına giden bir otobüs vardı (emin değilim... teyit etmem gerek). TV izlemek için Netflix mevcuttu, bu güzeldi. En önemlisi, lobideki konsiyerj çok yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca iş seyahatleri için harika bir yer gibi görünüyordu. Yemekler lezzetliydi ve birçok Japon öğle yemeği için geldi. Bu otel, Yokohama'nın sofistike şehir havasını yansıtıyor. Yanında LG binası da var (giriş yaptıktan sonraki gün ABD'de insanların gözaltına alındığına dair haberler duydum, bu bana tuhaf geldi). Yan taraftaki bina olan KT (tamamen farklı bir şirket olmasına rağmen) da hoş bir manzaraydı. Etrafta dolaşmak için harika bir yer, bu yüzden limana gidip gelmek için sabah koşusu için mükemmel. Yokohama'ya döndüğümde tekrar burada kalmayı planlıyorum.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall quality was excellent for the price. The meals were tasty and well prepared, making the experience even more enjoyable. A very good value and a place I would gladly return to.

My flight from KL landed earlier by 20 minutes. Once I got my luggage, I took an airport taxi to the hotel. It took just 10 minutes to get from Haneda T3, there was no traffic. Arrived at the hotel at about 10:40pm. Upon arrival, the night duty attendant checked me in. It was a very quick process, showed me my room, gave me wifi password, etc and that was it. Although the Hotel is only a 21-room hotel, where room size ranges between 158 sq ft to 355 sq ft, it is very well compensated by the hotel and hotel room’s cleanliness, attentive service and polite and proactive staff. Scherry, the Duty Manager, is a gem and is very knowledgeable of the area. She has given me tips on how to go around the neighbourhood, where to get food, and how to get to the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal, efficiently and cheaply. Thank you Scherry for your professionalism and service. So of you are planning to visit Tokyo and needed a hotel to stay close to Haneda airport (without breaking your bank balance) and before moving on to your next destination, like a cruise or further afield, I highly recommend that you try and stay at Hotel Imalle and look for Scherry. I am pretty sure she will look after you.

The customer services from staff are excellent. However, the hotel room is very old and lack of maintenance. It seems like the physical hardware of the hotel room didn't match with the excellent services from staff.

Very modern Japanese hotel. It is quite new as it is refurbished 2 years ago. Very clean and the onsen in the hotel is very modern. They offer another onsen which is opposite the hotel, which is much bigger but older. Room is small but adequate enough with everything supplied. Free parking and outside is the bus stop for those taking public bus. Overall hotel is great but abit pricy.

Hotel is in a great location. Just a short walk to chinatown and the mega don quijote. Hotel also faces the park so it is really tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle. Will have been even better if hotel has a gym or pool. Service here is great and everything is so new. Will definitely be staying here again if i were to come to Yokohama.

The location of the hotel is amazing. In some reviews, it was mentioned that the hotel is located next to or on top of the station, but what they don’t mention is that the hotel is not only situated above the station, but also located within a shopping mall. It was wonderful to walk out of the hotel and find so many restaurants, clothing stores, convenience stores, and much more, without even going outside. Of course, if you leave the complex, you will find many other stores just a one or two minute walk away. The hotel is super convenient if you want to visit Tokyo, Hakone, Kamakura, and even far destinations like Hiroshima, because the Shinkansen stops right underneath the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the service and staff were all top-notch. Definitely will stay at this hotel again if I return to Yokohama.

The hotel has a wonderful location, very close to the station and surrounded by many nice cafés. It’s also convenient to have a large and clean Don Quijote and a big pharmacy just a couple of minutes away, and there is a konbini right on the ground floor. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western options. One downside was that my special request to stay away from the elevator (I clearly mentioned it when booking on Trip.com) didn’t seem to be noticed, as I was given the closest room to it! No other rooms were that close. I was very tired after traveling and didn’t go back to reception to ask for a change, especially since the staff kindly allowed me to check in an hour earlier than the official time. Surprisingly, it was not noisy at all during the night, so it didn’t bother me. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I would appreciate more attention to guest requests in the future.

Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel: Clean and Comfortable, Despite its Age The Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, even though it may be slightly older. While the rooms might be on the smaller side, they provide a good space for rest and relaxation. A particular highlight seems to be the excellent condition of the showers and the cleanliness of the toilets. These are important aspects of a comfortable stay, and it's great to hear they are well-maintained. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in Shin Yokohama, where a good night's sleep is a priority, this hotel could be a good option, even if it doesn't offer the most spacious rooms.

I stayed for just one night and everything seems ok until I asked for extra bottle of water in the morning. They brought me two bottles but one is completely opened before with the cap cracked a bit. First time ever encountered this very unacceptable service. The room delivery should be more careful and check carefully before delivery. The front desk keep saying the water is safe. However, who would drink from a half bottle? Who knows what’s the content inside? This is not the Hilton standard and nobody should dealt with situation like this.
