Good location. One minute walk to the train station and Toyota rental. Front desk staff is a girl who is a new staff. She is very friendly and helpful. She offers great assistance to solve my car rental problem.

Yoğun kar yağışı olmadığı sürece kayak merkezinde çok az insan var. Otelde birçok restoran var, akşam yemeği için rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekiyor, lezzeti güzel. Birinci katta ücretsiz kayak dolapları bulunmaktadır. Dost tavsiyesi, kendi ayakkabı ve tahtalarınızı getirmeye çalışın.Kayak merkezinin kiraladığı ayakkabılar çok bol ve tahtalar ağır ve sert.

Very good deal for Ski in ski out!!
Room in building 4 is smaller than expected but no complaints with such discount.
Restaurants inside are nice, but heading out to the village once a while is good too. The walk to village is like 10 mins and very do-able!

We stayed here for 1 night but unfortunately the aircon in my room was spoilt, we informed the hotel staff and instead of fixing they told us to live with it and tried to struck off the matter… seriously even though we stayed only 1 night we shouldn’t be treated like that

Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

Nice place to stay a couple of days. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with salmon. Free unlimited tea.

Great stay, had free breakfast and free bicycle rentals. Room was simple but clean. 3-4mins walk to the station.

Hotel room was good and massive,facilities are abundant as well. The onsen is super spacious and it's thru the night.
Food selection are quite a few but do try to get to Eki for more selections... Just take note of the last shuttle bus back to hotel.
In all the stay was good, just need to take note that this hotel is only allow SKI in / SKI out... But NOT SNOWBOARDING.... That you have to take shuttle bus to other resort location thru its skiing shuttle bus services...

Wonderful hotel, very clean, comfortable and great location.
The front desk staff was just lovely and made us feel very welcomed and helped us with parking our bicycles in a secure and sheltered area.
100% would come back.

Near the train station, so it is very convenient. However, my room happened to be facing the izakaya opposite, so there were loud voices and laughter late into the night. Soundproofing is also not the best. Other than that, everything else is good! Strong wifi connection and modern room.

SShu KaiseiVery nice place to stay! Quiet during the spring/summer period due to the area being more popular in winter. Very near Echigo Yuzawa Station within 5min walk. Was welcomed into the hotel nicely with complimentary matcha and snack. Upon check in there was even a cute Gachapon game in which you could win one of their special Niigata/Yuzawa stuff! I won a small pack of Niigata rice.
Room was clean and spacious with a comfy futon bed. The public baths were so nice and well maintained! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. If you did not reserve their special dinner/breakfast set, you can still do say with 2 days advanced order over the front desk. I also love that they provide free shuttle to the station at check out upon request! Definitely staying here again if ever back in the area 🫶🏼

MMisafir KullanıcıTravelling with my mom. Had a brilliant stay even though there were super strong winds on that night. There was perfectly delicious restaurants nearby, only 2mins away was ootoya- excellent food and service. The man who was running the hotel reception was so kind and friendly and went to extraordinary lengths to help us with our luggage and shipping to our next hotel. The breakfast was also yummy, simple flavors but wonderfully traditional japanese fare. My mom has some mobility issues too, so we were glad to see the relatively spacious room and wider than normal bath tub. 100% recommended!
One small issue with trip, not the hotel, I would have appreciated a more obvious flag out that the payment made online was a DEPOSIT. The man was quite flustered when I said I paid online already because you have to pay again when you get there then get a refund from trip after checking out. Please be aware of this when you book! But it was my oversight - although trip PLEASE emphasise these things a little more!

MMisafir KullanıcıVery bad experience, my husband placed his glasses into the ski-googles packing box, then we go out skiing at the morning, when we back after dinner and hot spring at night. we found the packing box is lost in the room. But we surely haven’t brought it out. We asked the staff, the staff help to ask the cleaners, but they just said have seen it. So we lost the glasses mysteriously. And we haven’t found it at last. My husband love this glasses very much and it lost unexpected in the room.

部屋の広さはよくあるビジネスホテルと似たような感じですが、清潔に保たれておりベッドの寝心地が良いように感じます。
立地はインターに近いのであちこち行ったりするのに便利です。

3. Front desk have a local Japanese staff that can speak English. Pretend to be nice not. Anything else , he will tell you don’t know. Go find yourself. Besides selling tickets that he will earn money. You’ll get no information from him
4. 1st day check-in, my in room hot spring tub is slimy n dirty stained wil algae. I scrub a lot out and took video. Same Japanese man came and nothing. Till I show him the algae I’ve scrub and the video, he kept quiet. Housekeeping do scrub off within 30mins
5. Breakfast is same everyday
6. Dinner, slight changes but still 99% same.
7. Child meal is hopeless.
Stayed for 5nights, same meals daily.
8. Want to bring a cake to dinner to celebrate my Daughters Birthday, we were forbidden to do so. Nothing besides what they bring to you.
9. Onsen was good
10. Basic ice cream treats.
11. Simple ramen in the evening
Hotel is too rigid. It’s really expensive during our visits. The rules at dining and the same meals daily, it’s unbearable. Kids have nothing much to eat
For the price, I’ll not stay in this rigid property. Many other Ryokan resort for lesser price and better options. It’s not ski in ski out and yet price are too high.

MMisafir KullanıcıOne of the nearest hotel from the shinkansen station. Next to the carpark is the skiing area where you can play with the snow. The public onsen are great. One with huge indoor pool and 2 hot and 1 cold outdoor pool. Another one with only indoor pool. The dinner is really good with lot of varieties and delicacies. The room are big with two beds and tatami for 3 and with onsen type bath tub. The checkout time is quite early but the hotel provide free luggage lockers, good for those waiting for the train after checkout.

MMisafir KullanıcıStaffs are very friendly, even though they don't speak much English, they would try their best to communicate with you.
The hotel is located on a little hill side, so there's a lovely view, one side of the room has the ocean view (see image), the other side of the room has the spectacular snow mountain view (didn't take image).
The hotel building itself believe is a bit old, so the rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated, but you can tell they try to modernize as much as they could, like very new aircon, new hairdryer (there's one old one attached to the wall which doesn't work, but the new one is in the drawer), TV etc. Bathroom is a little rundown, but it still function fine. The room key was really a ”key”, which you also have to insert into the wall and turn it for lights and electric in the room, it's quite retro and interesting, and it's the first time I've came across this kind of system.
Hotel restaurant was the same one as the we stayed in an other city, and food standard was the same - which was good.
Breakfast was superb, we loved it.
Overall the experience was good and we were happy with our stay.

OOlivier M. 林伟Nothing very new to tell since all the previous reviews say it all. The price is too high for the service. The best aspect of this hotel is its closeness to the slopes. The rooms are so-so, the lack of hooks is astounding for ski-oriented accommodation, the beds aren't particularly comfy, the breakfast isn't super good nor well supplied, there's hardly any WiFi reception anywhere, the common spaces are chilly, and let's not talk about the onsen.
The staff do try hard to make a difference, but meaning well doesn't always cut it. I'm still a bit disappointed by being offered no meaningful commercial gesture after agreeing graciously to switch rooms at the manager's request; in retrospect, as I'm writing this review, a ¥700 bottle of wine I didn't ask for made me feel a bit cheap. I ended up offering it to the staff during check-out.
We decided to ignore all the previous comments because we organized our trip late and are usually easy to please. But quite frankly, I don't understand why some issues haven't been fixed yet, even simple ones such as adding WiFi repeaters and adding hooks in the rooms.
