Bu otelde ikinci kalışım ve beklentilerimi yine aştı :)
Daha erken giriş yapabildik, kahvaltı için kruvasanlar hazırdı, çay, kahve yapma imkanı, mikrodalga fırın vb. ihtiyacınız olan her şey. Banyoda tartı bile var!!! Çalışıyor :)
Bolca havlu, çok temiz daire, üst katta rahat bir yatak. Sadece tavsiye edebilirim ve kesinlikle tekrar kalacağım :)

Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!

Auf den Fotos wirkt es luxeriöser als es ist. Das Bett ist seht klein für zwei Personen und es ist etwas staubig. Aber der Service war sehr gut und super angenehm und hilfreich. Das Hotel ist zudem nur 3 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Frühstück hat auch mehr oder weniger alles was man braucht. Nur der Kaffee schmeckt sehr wässrig.

Locatie is hoog gelegen t.o.v.centrum&horeca e.d. en te voet minder aantrekkelijk. Geen gebruik gemaakt van evt. Faciliteiten, maar de kamer w.o.bed, douche e.d. was fantastisch

Perfect except for paid car parking.
Excellent room. I wished I could stay for more nights.
Did not try any of the facilities. Had a view of them. Very nice.
Would stay in the same hotel in future.

location is not in the middle of the tourist part of the city (hot springs), you will have to walk ~10min

Самое главное - это местоположение отеля, рядом с гейзером. Надо учитывать, что завтраки предоставляются в другом отеле, недалеко. Завтраки достаточные. В номере есть кофеварка, но нет чайника. Кто любит выпить чай, рядом кафе. Доступ в отель и номер без ключа, по коду, надо не забывать брать с собой распечатку, иначе будут трудности с доступом. Персонал приветливый.

Tesisler iyiydi ve manzara güzeldi. Spa hizmeti aldık ve sürenin kısa olması ne yazık ki hem çocuğum hem de ben memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı biraz hayal kırıklığı yarattı, ancak genel olarak fiyat için tatmin ediciydi.

O hotel fica exatamente no centro, ótima localização, mas não esperem estacionamento. Um pouco complicado para quem chega com malas e afins. O hotel é bem velho e eles não renovaram nada com o passar do tempo. Há pouco descrito em alemão ou inglês nas acomadocoes. Secador de cabelo do tempo da pedra, chuveiro quebrado, cabine para tomar banho entupida, onde a água depois de 30 segundos forma uma lagoa... Bastante desagradável. TV super pequena no quarto. Não há como esperar muito pelo preço aqui, ao menos cortesia do pessoal, mas sequer amáveis eles foram.

Sauberes Hotel, Bad im Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

NNataliaValeThe hotel is centrally located, a bit up to the hill. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Staff members, especially the young lady at reception, are friendly, polite and professional.
The reception front desk closes at 6 pm. If you checking in later, you have to contact the property well in advance.
Unfortunately,I didn't, and had to make around 40 calls on 3 different numbers provided.
They answered only after 50 minutes of waiting. This was really annoying, just because I was tired after the trip, hungry and desperately needed to use the toilet.( Sorry for the details).
After my calls answered, I got the access code and my keys. Easy.
The hotel is situated in the quiet area, unfortunately, some customers at the hotel made a big noise in the middle of the night:at 3 pm, loudly kicking in the neighbours door, trying to get in, for a very long 40 mins... I had to get out and prevent it,if they did not stop, I'll call the police.
I definitely had bad luck with this stay, it's not at all the hotel's fault, just my poor experience:(

SSogolWe were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading.
Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay.
In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations.
The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

MMisafir KullanıcıEinfach wunderschön ein Traum großes Zimmer vom feinsten und ein wunderbares reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal vom Frühstück bis zur Rezeption einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen und mehrmals etwas klein aber dennoch das Schwimmbad benutzt da kann man relaxen und es sich gut gehen lassen wir kommen garantiert wieder.

GGary0423The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2.
My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night.
The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

Breakfast spread was also very nice (selection and amount). We were really impressed with the value of the stay here. We did opt to pay extra for the included dinner, which was well worth it. I would rate the dinner 3.5 to 4 out of 5.
This is a 160 year old hotel, so expect things to be dated. However the keep it in good shape so that adds to the charm. You will not be disappointed here. I only wish the shower was a bit bigger…other than that, I thought it was great!

AAnonim KullanıcıIt was absolutely amazing experience to stay here. The hotel is located very centre of tourist area with lots of choices of restaurants and cafes. The interior and the room were stunning. Limited time slots if check-in and out might be inconvenient for some, but we arrived and left during daytime, so it was not a problem for us.
The breakfast was also very tasty, albeit service was a bit inconsistent (the menu was provided on the first day but not on the second day and limited choice).
Overall, we had very good time and we would love to stay here again.
