Park Yeri İçeren Karlovy Vary ili, Çek Cumhuriyeti Otelleri

Bu otelde ikinci kalışım ve beklentilerimi yine aştı :) Daha erken giriş yapabildik, kahvaltı için kruvasanlar hazırdı, çay, kahve yapma imkanı, mikrodalga fırın vb. ihtiyacınız olan her şey. Banyoda tartı bile var!!! Çalışıyor :) Bolca havlu, çok temiz daire, üst katta rahat bir yatak. Sadece tavsiye edebilirim ve kesinlikle tekrar kalacağım :)

The services are good, the breackfast was excelent (very good home made cherries pie). The only downside are the pictures from trip.com and other booking sites: they are misleading. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. It is only near a public one.

Sauberes Hotel, Bad im Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Perfect except for paid car parking. Excellent room. I wished I could stay for more nights. Did not try any of the facilities. Had a view of them. Very nice. Would stay in the same hotel in future.

Das Hotel Continental liegt direkt im Herzen von Marienbad. Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt ein kleines Schwimmbad und eine Sauna. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Abendessen ist empfehlenswert, die Salate ausgezeichnet. Es gibt viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Auf den Fotos wirkt es luxeriöser als es ist. Das Bett ist seht klein für zwei Personen und es ist etwas staubig. Aber der Service war sehr gut und super angenehm und hilfreich. Das Hotel ist zudem nur 3 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Frühstück hat auch mehr oder weniger alles was man braucht. Nur der Kaffee schmeckt sehr wässrig.

Hotel Palacky besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Karlsbad. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, mit allem was dazu gehört und die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück ist gut, bietet Abwechslung und ist reichlich, am Buffet zur Selbstbedienung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus und kommen gerne wieder. Erhaltungsmaßnahmen erforderlich in punkto Fensterrenovierung, diese benötigen dringend eine Aufarbeitung. Ein Dankeschön an das Team des Hotels Palacky Frank und Kerstin Müller

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

Самое главное - это местоположение отеля, рядом с гейзером. Надо учитывать, что завтраки предоставляются в другом отеле, недалеко. Завтраки достаточные. В номере есть кофеварка, но нет чайника. Кто любит выпить чай, рядом кафе. Доступ в отель и номер без ключа, по коду, надо не забывать брать с собой распечатку, иначе будут трудности с доступом. Персонал приветливый.
