The hotel is in a very good location. There were too many ladies at the reception area. However, there was only one person at the Concierge, check in and pickup of luggages took awhile. The food was not that great since had limited choices. But the food servers gave very good service.

Me & my family's flight back to davao was delayed so I thought we won't be able to check in at the hotel as we arrived late but fortunately they still allowed us to check in even if we didn't make it at their last check in time at 10pm, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Red planet for the warm welcome.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.

Hotel location is very ideal since it is less than 10mins to the airport. Hence, if you carry luggages, you need to climb a staircase. I will still comeback and stay at the hotel though for my next early morning trips..

Travelling with a toddler This place is perfect!!!! Our flight arrival was 7:10am. We were welcomed by Kuya Alec (airport transfer driver) straight to the Welcome Center. First trip to the hotel was at 11am but Kuya Alec said we can join the employees’ boat at 9am. So we were at the resort as early as 10am swimming in the beach. Check in was at 3pm but we were given room at 12nn. Such a breeze. Our favorite were the heated pool. We were at the pool and the beach from 10am to 8pm. The weekend fire dance show was awesome. The breakfast food was so good and variety is wide. I love the whole truffle cheese wheel! Check in and check out were a breeze. Miss Jelay, of Front Desk was so accommodating to my hyperactive toddler. Also Ms Vanessa and Ms Daphne. We will definitely go back again

Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to People’s Park (5mins), Bangkerohan (7mins), San Pedro Cathedral and Osmena Park (15mins). Nearby Mercury drug store which opens until 10pm. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang. Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.  Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.  Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.  No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries. Really happy with our stay at Park Inn Davao, the unit was tidy and we love how it’s adjacent to SM mall. The staff was accommodating and we will come back again!
