Room Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day.
Comfort: The bed was large and incredibly comfortable.
Staff Service: The staff were friendly and attentive.
Location: The hotel was right on the river and just a short drive from the city center, making it perfect for both relaxation and sightseeing.
Hotel Environments: The best greenery and big space and feeling so fresh.

I had wonderful moments staying at this place, it was an amazing 2 days spending over there, the swimming pool at Montagne Residence is top-notch, however the one at Montagne Boutique should have some taking care of. The staff were informative and friendly, BUT the security guard was way too unprofessional and impolite.

Clean room and somewhat private location.
However, beware of false advertising. It says the ”Sky Cottage King” has an ”LCD TV” but there was no TV at all.
I called front desk to check and the only explanation was that all the other ”Sky Cottage King” rooms also don't have a TV.
I suggested front desk to inform management to update the information so it's accurate but he didn't respond.
In the end, I asked for an extended check out time which he granted but he didn't sound concerned or apologetic about the guest's concern / suggestion.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my 8 year old son. Nice location by the small river with free kayaks and a free speedboat trip. Our room was riverfront with a nice balcony and everything was very clean and well maintained. Would I say good 4 star hotel needs a bit of service improvement like no fish or chicken available even though menu. But would definitely stay again.

The hotel is not far from the river front and although the rooms are small they are comfortable.
Walk in shower, small fridge (could not get it to work) but not good for working as there is no desk space.
Downstairs has a coffee shop and there is a restaurant for breakfast on the 7th which also provides room service throughout the day. It has lovely view towards the mountains.
Small pool on the ground floor.

Really great venue with a great price considering. Basically th draw here is that you have your own pool. A little out of town, but thats why it is such a good deal.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe had an amazing stay at Nataya Round House this week. It's quiet, right on the water, and the service is so wonderful. Many thanks to Min Pai, who made our stay so nice. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. He even found out it was our wedding anniversary and arranged a romantic dinner on the waterfront for us. He is a great manager, and his staff is well trained. The facilities are well maintained and clean, including the cute bungalows, which afforded privacy and comfort. It's a great place to escape for a few days. Just a couple of notes to make everything clear. First, there is no beach with ocean swimming at this hotel. There is a sandy area and a fabulous swimming pool, but you cannot go in the ocean. The salt water pool is currently closed. Secondly, Nataya is about 40 minutes by tuk-tuk out of Kompot, so it's kind of secluded. That was great, as we were looking for a little retreat to relax. But it means the only meal choice is the restaurant, which we found to be quite yummy and reasonably priced. This is a fantastic place for families to play together or couples/singles to find a retreat. If I lived in Cambodia, it would be my ”go to” place for a long weekend.

Front desk and hotel staff are over the top, excellent, amazing beyond all expectations, they were happy to help with every aspect of our trip. Five stars all day long, beautiful little pool, amazing breakfast, massive bathroom, great for couples, a lovely stay, no complaints. Thank you to all.

The facilities are exceptional — from the stunning swimming pool and the spacious, flower-filled yard with fruit trees, to the well-equipped gym and charming restaurant that serves delicious foods whole day. The outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.
What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, I’d like to mention one of staff Saly, who greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. He even connected us with a friendly and English-speaking Khmer tuk-tuk driver who took us on a fantastic private day tour to five major landmarks at a very reasonable price. They helped us to book tickets to Phnom Penh and to use their motorcycle to the downtown.
I’ve uploaded plenty of photos to capture the beauty of this resort — it truly leaves a lasting impression.

The pool is simply gorgeous! Warm and very clean. Swimming in the evening under the stars is a delight!
Very good rooms (all the houses are two-storied). VIP rooms are located right by the pool, but the rest are no worse (perhaps even more suitable for those who want more privacy). The rooms have a refrigerator, strong air conditioning, and really hot water in the shower. The hotel opened recently, so everything is new. Staff take care of the territory every day.
The only thing is that the city center is about ten minutes away by transport. But it's possible to rent a bike or use a taxi.And you can relax in a not busy, quiet area.
I can really recommend this resort!

SSmilishkaGreat hotel! Clean room, a really great shower, all staff are super friendly and helpful, big and clean swimming pool. They even have a free tuk-tuk driver to bring you to places around. Not too far from the center, many restaurants and cafes around. I will definitely be back to this hotel again!

Reception staff were friendly and proactive; they offered kayaking tips after overhearing our conversation. Our room and bathroom were clean on check-in. Breakfast met international standards, with slight variations each morning. We only used the swimming pool, so we can't comment on other facilities. Note that the boutique is about 100–200 meters from the main road, where there’s a 24-hour 7-Eleven. Some form of transport is helpful, especially since the path isn’t well lit at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay and would happily return.
