先説優點吧：觀看馬特洪峯的絕佳view point，露台外面就能看到，在餐廳吃早餐也能看到，視野非常好。房間距離火車站步行大概10分鐘，拖着行李箱走還是有點吃力，不過退房去車站時有免費taxi接送～ 再説其他感受就是，房間好小…早餐種類很少，尤其是住完sunstar後，早餐的落差有點明顯。此外，大門有點難找，要上幾級樓梯走一條走廊才到，那天到了采爾馬特好累了搬行李上樓梯有嗲痛苦。 總之推薦指數三星半。

Fantastic place to stay in Zermatt, located in the middle of the village quite convenient to the Glacier Paradjse and Gornegratt access points. Rooms are spacious, new and very clean. Highly recommend especially with their included breakfast with includes views of the Matterhorn! Would be even greater if kettles or a shuttle service from the main station was available.

The family run hotel promoted their sustainability ethos, in the choice of building materials and the food provided at breakfast. Very helpful staff went out of their way to ensure a great stay.

這家酒店簡直是我們的lucky酒店！我們在這裏結束了瑞士的悽風苦雨，終於看到了馬特洪峯！這家酒店自己本身也很棒，室內的佈置和設計，都很小巧思地用了馬特洪峯的元素，而且我們昨天晚上六七點才臨時預訂，前台小姐姐給我們升級了房型，房間好大，還帶一個大陽台，房間有免費的咖啡和茶，她們家的早餐也很棒，因為早上趕着去上山，都沒有拍照片，但早餐非常豐富，草莓、獼猴桃等各種新鮮水果，培根、烤腸等剛煎好的肉食，還有西蘭花、蘑菇等蔬菜，以及各種麪包，果汁牛奶，甚至是可以鮮榨橙汁，還可以去吧枱點一杯卡布奇諾，總之就是能吃的很滿足了！最最最棒的就是這家酒店還有接送服務，本來我們要拖着大箱子走十幾分鍾去火車站，小車車直接就送我們去啦，幾分鐘，超快就到了！我保證，下次來采爾馬特，絕對還住這家！

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

Good facilities, high class restaurants & bar with a very comfortable and relaxing environment included with a live DJ and enjoyable music at night, great services, friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay very much! Will be glad to visit again and recommend it to friends!

the location was good. u can see matterhorn clearly but unfortunately there is a big construction crane block some view. On the way to hotel from zermatt station if you follow the google map, it gonna lead u to hard way, very high upslope hill. it will be better if hotel provide u the easy path way to hotel.

The hotel was in 5 minutes walking from Zermatt train station and it offered free shuttle for check in and out as there was a steep path to the hotel entrance, not good to walk with luggages. I booked 2 bedrooms family suite but only with one bathroom which was the downside. However, the total space of 60 meter sq with a decent living room and a small balcony facing Matterhorn were a plus to the overall stay. There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking. So bring your swimming suit. However, please note that in there culture, no clothes are allowed to enter the sauna room and it is in mixed genders. The breakfast buffet was lack of choices. But I had to specially name Mr Fernando, he always welcome us with very good coffee and of course his warm greetings in the morning. Suggestion to the hotel: 1. Stated clearly the number of bathroom/ toilet in the booking details regarding my booking is a 2 bedrooms suite. 2. More choices for breakfast, my family stays 4 nights there. Everyday, the menu is same. 3. The pool was closed at 8pm, will be better if it closes at 9pm as it was rather rush for the guests to use after dinner. Overall, I recommend this hotel to family. I will come back again.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.
