"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room environment was beautifully designed — modern, clean, and super comfortable. I especially loved the in-room facilities, especially the projector, which made the stay feel extra enjoyable. The room also had a big window with a beautiful street view of Suzhou, which made the stay even more relaxing and charming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Every interaction was warm and genuine, and they really made me feel welcome. Overall, everything was so good. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou."

"The Suzhou Anyi Hotel is amazing! My experience at Anji Hotel this time was fantastic, and I must highlight the exceptional service! The front desk staff were efficient and patient during check-in, providing detailed answers to questions about activities and also kindly reminding us about the usage of facilities. The bedding was soft and supportive, and the blackout curtains completely blocked out light, allowing me to sleep soundly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the brand-name bathroom fixtures were of high quality. The hot water supply was stable, and even the hairdryer had a strong power output. The hotel’s convenient location, combined with its smart features throughout the entire property, as well as the warm and timely service provided, made me feel extremely at ease. It has been added to my list of must-stay places in Suzhou, and I will definitely choose it again if I visit next time!"

"My stay at Anshe felt just like being at home. The environment and hotel design are very relaxing. Although the room is on the smaller side, it is fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom, but personally, that wasn’t an issue for me. The location is also very convenient — it’s close to the “Lindun Road” Metro Station (Exit 5), and there’s an elevator at the station, which made it easy for us since we had luggage. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!"

"the location was great. Right next to the tourist spot - Pingjiang road and around 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station. The road from the metro was quite well lit and constantly have people around so it does not feel scary to be walking down. the room was a little stuffy when i first entered and had to turn on the ventilation. the bathroom smells musky. the breakfast was decent choices from traditional chinese breakfast like porridge to breads. i went down at around 9am, the food was cold. generally it is very pretty place to stay at."

MMisafir KullanıcıI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

This hotel has great Chinese style architecture which offers many memorable photo spots and scenes. The hotel service is superb and Selene And Yuki in the front desk are particularly helpful. We were so happy for our 2-day stay here, and then Selene also helped us to extend it into a 3-day mini vacation. She helped to upgrade our room and provided us with guidance and advice of local shopping places and tourist spots. We are very grateful.

EE6675****We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the staff on reception is very helpful, we got upgrade to the lake view room, which was a nice surprise for us. The staff gave us tips for our trip and introduced the hotel very throughly and even gave a map (because the hotel is huge and has a lot of things to do and explore). The room is spacious and the view is just amazing, it had a small balcony to overlook the lake. Breakfast is totally worth it, all staff in the restaurant is very friendly and very caring about us, providing best service ever. Really thankful for them! The outdoor pool has stunning view, but be prepared to see a lot of kids and the pool itself is not as big, need to come early to get a lounge chair. Though I heard that they are planning to build another pool in future. The outdoor pool has nice lights in evening, would recommend to check it out in evening. The guy working on the towel rack is really sweet, first time we came over he helped a lot. Also the hotel staff brings some small treats/ snacks while you are enjoying pool - some fruits, ice cream and water. Indoor pool is spacious and clean, beautifully designed. It also has a heated pool with massage options. Lounge bar: tasty food, good and caring service, wonderful singer (real professional !). Especially want to thank the manager of rooms Cherry for the service and support, she is just great 👏🏼 lovely lady with high quality service 👍🏼

DD0971****確實如網友所言，對服務不太能抱有期望， 1，入住時一般酒店是管家帶看房間並介紹，或者直接在門口等，而我們入住當天，是到了房間門口，發現房間門開着，然後穿着便服的工作人員突然從房間出來，把我們嚇一跳，當然這已經算小細節了； 2，公湯營業時間是8:00-22:30，結果我們晚上21:30都已經沖洗完要開始泡湯了，跟我們説金湯已經在刷洗了，不能泡了。那請問我們進來的時間/洗浴的時候，就不能有人來提醒我們一下嗎？距離結業還有整整一個小時就提前打掃，而且當時女湯裏除了我們還有3-4個客人，大家都面面相覷； 3，週二退房前想再去泡一下，特地早起，結果進了女湯更衣室發現燈都關着（刷儲物櫃門禁能進來，門禁沒關/其次門口沒有任何閉館標識），我後來自己打電話去前台，才知道週二閉館。之前辦入住，和任何時刻都沒有人提醒過我們這件事，入住須知上也沒有，導致我們白白早起。前台的話術是攜程上有寫（確實有，大概要下拉個七八頁才能看到的小字）並且沒有任何補償措施，在我們退房時，還有客人驅車過來想泡温泉，結果被告知當天閉館，人家也是白跑一趟，所以標識不清絕對不是個例。其他性價比還是挺高的，私湯收費也比較合理，但私湯也衹有銀湯。

CCyfer3185Stayed at this homestay for 3 nights in July which is peak season for summer domestic travel in China. The rooms are comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect of a 4 star hotel - comfortable beds, lounging area, balcony, TV, good toiletries, hair dryer. Other positives were very friendly service staff, hearty breakfast from the cafe with is on the same premise. There’s also local restaurants nearby to dine at which are not bad, just 5-10 mins walk down the road. I also enjoyed waking up to run across the bridge which has a great sunrise view. A lot of tourists visit the cafe for the sunset views. The hotel staff can do room service and bring food ordered from the cafe to your room if requested. Note though that location wise it is not as close to other cafes and stuff. You’ll need to travel a fair bit if you want to venture and do other things. I wanted a peaceful retreat with a good view but nearer to mainland (compared to the main 西山岛） so this worked for me. I stayed in 3 different rooms (Rm 1,4,5) for my 3 nights as I had asked for a room with a view but was initially assigned one that was completely blocked by trees. In trying to accommodate my request I ended up having different rooms (to no fault of the staff and property) each night. There are 8 ‘normal rooms’ and one suite room that is round and more suited for honeymoon/romantic occasions. Rooms 3,4,5,6 are the ones with the better view. Room 1 (my first room) has a completely blocked view which is a waste staying by the lake. Rooms 4 and 5 have the best view. Note also that rm 1 and 4 have a skylight that cannot be blocked so by 5 am your room is gonna be bright although they do give you eye shades to help. There is also no laundry facilities on site. Only additional feedback to the property would be that they could consider a discount for guests to dine at the cafe, that could encourage guests to have more meals there. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this for anyone looking for an escape for the buzz and want a tranquil place to rest!

JJudit HUIt's a really pretty hotel, located in the touristic area. We really liked the style of the hotel and the garden. The ladies at the front desk and the hotel staff were all really helpful and kind to us, and were all very polite. When we arrived and when we left, there was a lady who could speak English, she helped us a lot. The only small problem we encountered was, that the fridge in the room was very weak. But the ladies at the front desk helped us, and put my mother's medicine in their fridge, and helped us freeze our ice packs. The breakfast is a traditional Chinese breakfast.
