Bar İçeren Cancún Otelleri

Bu oteli rezerve ettiğimde, sadece fotoğraflara ve fiyata baktım. Bence bu pahalı otel mükemmel olmalı. Ama... 1. Bu 3 yıldızlı bir otel gibi. 2. Personel çok kötü. Ödemezseniz, kimse sizin adınıza hizmet etmez. Sadece bir kez size meyve suyu veya başka bir şey verebilirler. İkinci seferde 20 dakika beklemeniz gerekir 3. 2 kişilik oda ayırdım. Ama içeride her şey bir kişi için. Bir sabun veya şampuan daha getirmeleri için defalarca sormam gerekir. Ve kesinlikle ödemeniz gerekir... 4. Hiçbir olanak yok. Sadece havuz ve restoranlar. 5. Normalde bu parayı Dubai veya Türkiye'de öderseniz, 5 yıldızın ne olduğunu görebilirsiniz. Hiçbir yıldız göremezsiniz. 6. Bence bu kadar yüksek fiyatın tek bir nedeni var. Erotik bir gösteri. Adı erotik. Başka bir şey yok. Sadece adı:):):):) Yani, paranız varsa ve dinlenmek istiyorsanız. Bu otele gitmedim. 5 günlüğüne rezervasyon yaptırdım. Ama orada sadece 1 gece kaldım.

One of my fav spots during my time in Cancun and I stayed at 5 different places. Super fun vibes highly recommended and the rooms were magical the view unreal and the restaurants and shows perfect atmosphere.

I love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences. What I liked: Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options. What I didn’t like: Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly. Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place. When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that. The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind.

Great value all inclusive hotel! The hotel is connected to the Royal Solaris and you have access to amenities and restaurants at both hotels. However, the GR Caribe is the more modern and more exclusive hotel. The vibe is notably nicer for couples without kids as the Royal Solaris pools are usually full of families.

We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location   of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Bu oteli çok sevdik ve özellikle konaklamamızı son derece konforlu hale getirdikleri ve bizi çok sıcak karşıladıkları için personele ve Rocio Escovar'a teşekkür ediyoruz! Onun sayesinde başlangıçta planladığımızdan iki kat daha uzun kaldık ve daha sonra iki gece daha geri döndük. Okyanus muhteşem. Güvenlik iyi, Arjantin restoranının yemekleri ve servisi süper. Beğenmediğimiz küçük şeyler arasında havuzun sadece 22:00'ye kadar açık olması (bizim için çok kısa çünkü uyumadan önce yüzmeyi seviyoruz) ve yetişkinler havuzunun sadece 12:00'ye kadar açık olması vardı. Mükemmel olurdu. Ayrıca sadece yetişkinler için olan bir havuzda çocuklar da var - daha sıkı kurallar uygulanmalı. Bunun dışında her şey iyiydi.

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

We’re room 620 with beach club access the location of the hotel is perfect it’s close to everything you need, mall, restaurant, hospital, money changer and a lot more! You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! I love my stay at Krystal Urban Carlos and Itzel are super nice! And the breakfast is superb!

Nice ,clean hotel , located 15 min from Langusta Beach, my room was good, air conditioner works, good Wi Fi, good bedding Excellent deep swimming pool, with plenty of beach beds Good simple buffet breakfast Stuff is supportive I would recommend this hotel
