差評！嚴重差評！很反感用顧客手機偷偷點好評，要好評一定會給的，但是偷偷點好評就過分了，入住2天，分別拍了2個訂單，第一天到酒店時候半夜11點了，門鎖鎖不上，防盜拉鍊也沒有，工作人員一頓修，也沒修好，換房間還沒有就這樣將就了一宿，第二天打電話我説説給我們換個房間，很痛快就換了，還送了一份伴手禮（2袋涼皮➕3瓶飲料），入住的都很愉快，第三天退房的時候，前台可能怕給差評，臨走時候説，姐幫忙給個好評，我説好的好的，我着急趕飛機，回頭給你們點，結果前台説，姐那麻煩你把攜程訂單調出來下，我看下您的訂單，結果手機遞給她們時候，就看到她們點了一下還給我，我一看原來是給評價點的好評，當時着急去機場就沒來的急評價，很反感這種行為，拿客人都當**嗎？全國漫心這麼多家，頭一次碰到這樣的員工，是不是應該提高下員工素質？

I loved my stay at Yunzhong Charoen Pavilion, it is a great hotel, I got an upgrade when I arrived, such a great room! The location is great as well, lthe hotel is located at the south west corner of the old town, the area is still being developed so it is quiet! But it is close to all the major attractions in the old town. The staff was great and attentive, they couldn't wait to help. They greet you when you come in the door and leave, really great staff! The owner was great as well, he got up early to drop me off at a tour pick up point! I think what made my stay memorable was the staff! If you ever decide to visit Datong, I recommend staying at Yunzhong Charoen Pavilion,

Very clean and modern rooms. Close to Train Station and therefore a good Choice for the Late checkout as well as going to the hanging temple (slightly better than from city center) Friendly and helpful staff 👍🏼

The staff at as warm and helped us check in quickly during the cool weather. The room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast and snacks provided in room. The hostel is in the ancient city so it was convenient to go around by foot.

The service was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. There isn’t very much around the area but the stay was comfortable. The bed could be more comfortable and offer better refreshments in the room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
