"I had a wonderful stay at La Valse Hotel. The service was warm, attentive, and consistently helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and offered a beautiful view, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring Busan. The location was convenient, with easy access to the bridge, cafés, and nearby attractions. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and the front desk staff were always friendly and accommodating. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my stay and would definitely choose La Valse again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Busan."

"we have booked deluxe with harbour view, view was fantastic. and that’s all. windows are dirty, motion sensor turns on during the night when you go to bathroom, very annoying, and small narrow window in bedroom is very strange. i can’t sleep with any light. we have asked to solve the problem, staff was very helpful. moreover main curtains are short. i couldn’t sleep well. pillows are not comfortable for us. for this price there isno toothpaste, toothbrush. towels are dirty."

"We are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time."

"The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Centum subway station, making it very convenient to get around. We also enjoyed the view of the river and bridge, which was a nice bonus. The room felt a bit old and was somewhat cold overnight since the floor was carpeted rather than ondol-heated. The air conditioner was okay but not very strong; even though we set it to 26°C, the room stayed around 24–24.5°C. That said, the space was adequate and comfortable overall, and we liked the desk in the room. The staff were friendly. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for business travellers and also a solid option for families looking for a reasonably priced stay."

The receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

I left my wallet at a grab car and the driver didnt want to give it back. The front desk was EXTREMELY supportive in helping me get it back. The service was indeed top notch and the free spa was incredibly relaxing the view was also nice especially during summer time. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Ananti @Busan Cove is a must visit. Situated away from the bustling city but has everything you need. A 9/10 hour experience for me. Hoping to come back 😍 The hotel premises are very big. There are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, convenient store, book shop and gift shop on site. As well as a gym, swimming pools, and concierge The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Speaks English There is an outlet mall not far from the hotel so you can pick up some good brands at a discounted price. Note: there is a deposit paid when you arrive. This will be given back at checkout.

The staff accommodated me with a portable AC/Fan to help with the situation. Other than that, overall no other complaints.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. The hotel room was really clean and spacious. It has everything you need to stay for a few days. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, plus only a 5 minute walk from the metro line 1. Having the ability to wash clothes was really nice, and there was a drying rack conveniently provided. Don't check in when travel-tired or hangry though, it's a high-tech check in process and a smart apartment that required translation if you don't speak/read Korean, and I did not have the patience required!

Spacious room. Great service frkm staff. They let us store our luggage early. Requests for calling a taxi and late checkout was easy. Friendly staff who spoke some english. Location wise, we didnt shop or eat around much but they were plenty of restaurants listed. Its on a main street so busing around was easy. View from our 18th floor room attached.
