The receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

I left my wallet at a grab car and the driver didnt want to give it back. The front desk was EXTREMELY supportive in helping me get it back. The service was indeed top notch and the free spa was incredibly relaxing the view was also nice especially during summer time. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Room was very generous in size, bathroom was as big. WiFi was excellent. Location was good-accessible to the subway and bus stop. Price was very reasonable for that quality of hotel. I’d stay there again next time I am in Busan.

Located at a strategic location , nearby Haeundae Beach Lots of f&b nearby, walking distance as well Hotel is clean and staff are friendly Only downside is the room be extremely stuffy at times as the air conditioning does not work. The staff accommodated me with a portable AC/Fan to help with the situation. Other than that, overall no other complaints.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to the beach. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel, so it's easy to go anywhere. I especially liked the body lotion from L'Occitane—it smelled wonderful. However, the laundry room has too few washing machines, and I had to wait in line for a long time. Breakfast: It was quite mediocre and didn't feel worth the price.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. we have booked deluxe with harbour view, view was fantastic. and that’s all. windows are dirty, motion sensor turns on during the night when you go to bathroom, very annoying, and small narrow window in bedroom is very strange. i can’t sleep with any light. we have asked to solve the problem, staff was very helpful. moreover main curtains are short. i couldn’t sleep well. pillows are not comfortable for us. for this price there isno toothpaste, toothbrush. towels are dirty.

Spacious room. Great service frkm staff. They let us store our luggage early. Requests for calling a taxi and late checkout was easy. Friendly staff who spoke some english. Location wise, we didnt shop or eat around much but they were plenty of restaurants listed. Its on a main street so busing around was easy. View from our 18th floor room attached.
