"Luckily this onsen hotel has a Family Mart right next to it. Everything there is clean. Onsen on 6/F is also very clean, loved it very much. The best part was to bring my family to the Yunessun swimming facility right across the road. Free entry if you get tickets from the hotel front desk."

"I haven’t stayed in this kind of hotel before, so I don’t have much to compare it to — but our experience was great. We did the typical sightseeing route around Hakone. While you can get closer to the Mount Fuji, it takes more time and an earlier start. The hotel had everything we needed, so we didn’t even need to go to a store. Breakfast and dinner were both filling and had a good variety. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the station and mountains. The hotel is right next to the station, which made getting around very easy — and the trains didn’t bother us at all, the sound was even kind of calming. The public onsen baths were excellent, so we didn’t actually need a private bath in the room."

"Otel, Gora İstasyonu'na çok yakın, sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Bölge düz, bu yüzden bagajları itmek kolay. Oda harikaydı! Ocak ve tabaklar vardı ve her şey özenle düzenlenmişti. Banyo tezgahı da genişti ve cilt bakımı ve makyaj için bolca alan vardı. Banyoda ayrıca istediğiniz zaman ıslanmak için mükemmel bir kaplıca küveti vardı. Kahvaltı, Japon ve Batı yemeklerinin bir karışımıydı. Akşam yemeği ise üç ana yemekten oluşan yarı açık büfeydi: ördek, domuz güveci ve balık güveci. Açık büfenin geri kalanı geniş bir seçkiye sahipti ve ayrıca geniş bir alkol yelpazesi de vardı. Yakınlarda, cam eşyalarınızı kendiniz yapabileceğiniz bir alana sahip, güzelce bakımlı, peyzajlı bir park olan Gora Park bulunuyor. Fiyatlar Çin'dekinden çok daha uygun. Çocuklu aileler için harika bir yer. Eksileri: Demiryolu hattına yakın olduğu için geçen trenlerden hafif bir titreşim oluyor. Ayrıca biraz pahalı. İki yetişkin ve iki çocuk için kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği dahil iki gece için 9.000 NT$'ın üzerinde harcadık. Genel olarak, şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Hem hizmet hem de ortam, gerçek bir tatil hissi veriyor. Tamamen dinlendiriciydi."

"Good location and okay rooms. Parking staff were very rude and condescending when we couldn’t understand where to park our car since their parking lot was very small and quickly filled up."

"One of our favourite place in Japan, onsen directly on the balcony in your room. They provide with everything from kids slippers to any amenities you can think of they have it. We went to the water park just across the building. Eateries inside the restaurant & other just nearby. Suitable for family to stay in, my boys love this place. Free drinks & ice creams. Breakfast was sumptuous. Just love this place."

"Ailem bu otelde kalmaktan gerçekten keyif aldı! Personel güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımsever. Oda temiz ve ferahtı ve odamızdan Fuji Dağı'nı görebiliyorduk. Bahçe geceleri çok güzel ve Fuji Dağı'nı izlemek için de harika bir yer. Açık büfe akşam yemeği harikaydı ve kaplıca deneyimini çok sevdik! Otel, çıkış yaptıktan sonra bizi en yakın Ubako istasyonuna götürmek için ücretsiz servis otobüsü bile sağladı. Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalmayı umuyoruz!"

"It’s up in Gora, so I have to be non biased on this one. The location is not fantastic, but there are shuttle services ferrying you to the train station. The buildings kinda old, and there are 2 separate ones where you have to go over for onsen and/ or dining. Onsen is small compared to other ryokan. Overall, it was a memorable experience for me, if not the best one yet."

"If you have extra money, this could be a nice way to indulge. However, a word of warning. If you're arriving at Odawara train station, there's no way to get to the hotel except by the hotel shuttle. Taxis won't take you. And the hotel shuttle won't take you unless you've placed your name on the reservation list ahead of time. Nobody warned me about this. I'd read online that a connecting train takes you near the hotel, but this isn't true either. I arrived during a snow/ice storm and waited over 3 hours before I could get a ride to the hotel. The shuttle driver wouldn't let me on. I called the hotel front desk 3 or 4 times, but they weren't very helpful. I suppose this is the language barrier. They meant well. But regardless, if a shuttle reservation is the only way to access a remote mountain top hotel, it's pretty important to make sure your guests understand this. Once I did arrive, I have to admit the room was beautiful. The buffet dinner was fantastic but not included in the price of the room - a little disappointing, since the room is already so expensive. Lots of extra costs, so be careful. I received a really great massage in my room. The onsen hot spring was very nice, and free (included in room charge). Breakfast the next morning was also included in room charge. The hotel bar was closed, though. There wasn't much opportunity to socialize or meet people. I did check out the lake the next morning, which was beautiful in the snowfall. I'm sharing photos of that. There wasn't time to check out much else because I had to get back on the shuttle bus at 10:30 to catch my next train. I suppose if there hadn't been an ice storm, I would have checked out more of the surrounding area and appreciated it."

"設施：設施比較老，泡湯住店很多是日本長者和本地一家多口，可以看出是在箱根湯本比較老牌的湯泉。 衞生：衞生很乾凈，工作人員作業很及時。 環境：環境很安靜。坐落在半山上，從箱根湯本站步行15分鐘左右。 服務：服務人員非常好。餐廳人員很熱情，會用中文問好與告別，並主動推薦食物的位置。 PS: 我認為4.1的評分被低估了。如果距離可以接受，這是一家非常具有性價比的選擇。另外，自助早餐和晚餐很豐盛，推薦！"

"We enjoyed the rather spacious room and the view of rolling hills. With large beds and a tatami room, it felt rather luxurious. The entire place has an 80s vibe, but good thing we liked the nostalgia it brought for us. The room was quick clean too. Only that the outside balcony and windows had a few rather large spiders and spider webs. Good thing we don't have arachnophobia. They have two locations for their onsens at different timings. So that needed some getting used to. The onsens themselves are decent enough. Getting to the place was a little tricky as we didn't know what was the best bus to hop onto. We hopped onto the bus that Google Maps indicated was the most direct, only to realise as we were boarding that that bus was not covered under the Hakone Free Pass. On hindsight, to utilise the Hakone Free Pass, one should take the bus to Yunessen, the hotel next door and walk a short distance uphill. For the price we thought it was quite worth it, especially compared to some of the other hotels nearby."
