Güvenlik sıkı, ancak oda kapılarındaki ve büyük hamamın kapısındaki kilitler benzersiz ve açmak için biraz beceri gerekiyor (lol). Misafir odası koridorlarının iç kısmı açık bir alandır ve dışarıdan hava girmesine izin verir, bu nedenle restorana, büyük halka açık hamama veya otomatlara gitmek için odadan her çıktığınızda bir palto giymeniz gerekir. Büyük hamamın duş odası sadece üç kişinin yıkanmasına yetecek büyüklükte olduğundan, eğer doluysa orada çıplak durup beklemeniz gerekiyor. (Önce yıkanmadan banyoya giremezsiniz...) Ama kaplıcalar ve düşük sıcaklıktaki sauna harikaydı. Odada ayrıca bir adet banyo da vardı. Yemekler hiç de ev yapımı gibi hissettirmiyordu ve lezzetli olan tek şey kahveydi, ancak akşam yemeği ve kahvaltının konaklama fiyatına dahil olduğunu düşünürsek güzeldi! Odaya girdikten sonra klimayı kendiniz açmanız gerekiyor, bu yüzden ilk başta biraz soğuktu ama ısındıktan sonra oda ferah ve temizdi, bu yüzden fiyatını da göz önünde bulundurduğunuzda iyi bir odaydı, bu yüzden sonunda değdi!

I recently stayed at Capsule Hotel Cube Hiroshima for a few nights—this was my second visit. Overall, it’s a great place, but a few small issues have started to surface. Positives: The staff are wonderful—friendly and attentive. You receive fresh towels, pajamas, and cleaning amenities daily. Good location, making it convenient for exploring Hiroshima. Areas for Improvement: Limited showers: Only three per floor, shared by many guests. At peak times, you might wait over an hour, and by then, the showers can be a bit dirty (e.g., hair left behind). Laundry bottleneck: Each floor has just one washer and dryer. The dryer is especially slow—it took four 30-minute cycles just to dry six t-shirts. Vending machines lack variety: No cola or Pepsi—just beer and water. Not a major issue, but worth noting. Fridge access is inconvenient: The communal fridge is behind reception, meaning you must hand over items to staff. A small fridge on each floor would be much more practical. Worn-out mattresses: The memory foam mattresses have sunk in from overuse. They haven’t been flipped or replaced, which leads to uncomfortable sleep and back/hip pain. Final Thoughts: Despite these downsides, I would stay here again. However, guests should be prepared for some minor inconveniences. If the hotel made a few simple upgrades—like replacing mattresses, improving laundry facilities, and adding accessible fridges—it could easily be one of the best capsule hotels in Hiroshima.

Great location, just opposite to Fukuyama train station. Very spacious and clean room.

Came back to this place a second time. Breakfast was outstanding. We had a river view room which was on the 15th floor - spectacular view. We were fortunate and got a double (maybe slightly larger - almost a queen sized) bed. The room was not huge but it was big enough, we weren't cramped. The only real downside is there is no onsen or swimming pool.The staff are friendly and helpful. We would come back again.

Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.

It was among the best hotel i stayed through out japan. Great location, excelent food and the staff that deserves my conpliments (from the cleaning lady to the recepcionist, everyone extremely polite). The best thing was the breakfast. Not because of the food (although it was great), but mainly die to the breathtaking paisage of the City you could apreciate while eating. Another great thing was the location, despite being a few minutes away from the street cars station, being able to walk to the main touristic points was extremely convenient.

The most affordable last minute stay we could find in Hiroshima and we were not disappointed. Easy to reach by bus 24 from Hiroshima station and easy to find. The staff speaks very good English and was very kind. Our room on the 7th floor was spotless and had all the amenities we needed: big towels, many toiletries. What we loved was the quietness as we could sleep really well and the morning view on the river. We could also leave our luggages for a few hours after the check-out. We wish we could have stayed more nights. Strongly recommended.

The hotel was located across from the train station, which allowed easy travel to Hiroshima. The area was really nice. The beds are as hard as a board.

Excellent stay, 3 mns from Hiroshima station. There's a 7/11 in the building and a supermarket next door. The hotel itself is located on 13th (lobby) and up, the view is great. The room is super clean with a big bathroom. Amenities are great, except they do not provide shower cap anymore. Also, you need to goto reception to get your coffee. Will definitely stay with Daiwa Roynet chain again
