Nice hotel, seems very new and in good condition. Super helpful reception staff who spoke good English and helped me book the massage and recommended a great Izakaya nearby for dinner. The massage itself was however pretty average. Breakfast not bad although the male staff seemed annoyed after I entered around 8:50am, but continued eating until after 9:00am. Perhaps the hotel should make it clearer if 9:00am is the last entry time or need to leave by 9:00am.

I had an exceptional stay at your hotel! The room was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly and professionally. The amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The location of the hotel is near to Miyajima island, just need to take a ferry at the ferry terminal beside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She gave good advises on which transport to take to the places of attraction. There are also good eating places or restaurants near the hotel. We have a good stay. Will recommend friends who want to visit Hiroshima and Miyajima island. 😄

It was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea. Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast. With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.

The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help when you enter the hotel. They also understands English when my Japanese fails me haha. They have a coffee machine that one can use once a day behind the staircase. They also have breakfast in buffet style only for ¥500. I find it quite delicious, you can purchase the ticket at the counter. You have buy in advance as it might run out. The location is very convenient its less than 5 minutes walk to the closest tram station. It is also close the atomic bomb museum. You can also borrow mama chari(bicycle) from the hotel for up to 4 hours. It is convenient for getting food or go to the peace park. They have sleepwear and amenities you can take opposite the front desk.

今回初めて利用させて頂きました。駅からも近く施設も全体的に綺麗で過しやすかったです。フロントにいらっしゃったスタッフの皆様も会う度に挨拶して頂きとても感じが良かったです。朝食もバイキング形式で好きな物を選べとても美味しかったです。次の機会もまた利用したいと思いました。ただ、一つ強いて挙げるなら部屋のシンクを利用した時にハンドソープが見当たらなかったです。もしかしたら気付かなかっただけかも知れませんが、もし無かったのなら置いておいて頂けると嬉しいです。

Came back to this place a second time. Breakfast was outstanding. We had a river view room which was on the 15th floor - spectacular view. We were fortunate and got a double (maybe slightly larger - almost a queen sized) bed. The room was not huge but it was big enough, we weren't cramped. The only real downside is there is no onsen or swimming pool.The staff are friendly and helpful. We would come back again.

Het hotel ligt tegenover de ferrydock. Het hotel is mooi en onze kamer was ruim met mooie badkamer. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Vanuit het hotel liggen de toeristische punten op loopafstand.

The location is great, very close to the square and park. Room is a bit compact but has all the things I need. The breakfast is great, with beautiful view. The only thing I can complain is the quilt, which uses a piece of sheet for pretection and it is very easy to move. I think a proper quilt cover is better.
