Güvenlik sıkı, ancak oda kapılarındaki ve büyük hamamın kapısındaki kilitler benzersiz ve açmak için biraz beceri gerekiyor (lol). Misafir odası koridorlarının iç kısmı açık bir alandır ve dışarıdan hava girmesine izin verir, bu nedenle restorana, büyük halka açık hamama veya otomatlara gitmek için odadan her çıktığınızda bir palto giymeniz gerekir. Büyük hamamın duş odası sadece üç kişinin yıkanmasına yetecek büyüklükte olduğundan, eğer doluysa orada çıplak durup beklemeniz gerekiyor. (Önce yıkanmadan banyoya giremezsiniz...) Ama kaplıcalar ve düşük sıcaklıktaki sauna harikaydı. Odada ayrıca bir adet banyo da vardı. Yemekler hiç de ev yapımı gibi hissettirmiyordu ve lezzetli olan tek şey kahveydi, ancak akşam yemeği ve kahvaltının konaklama fiyatına dahil olduğunu düşünürsek güzeldi! Odaya girdikten sonra klimayı kendiniz açmanız gerekiyor, bu yüzden ilk başta biraz soğuktu ama ısındıktan sonra oda ferah ve temizdi, bu yüzden fiyatını da göz önünde bulundurduğunuzda iyi bir odaydı, bu yüzden sonunda değdi!

It was a first time for me and it went very well infeed. The location is on a main street within walking distance of the station. On a tram and bus stop too. The young staff spoke English and were very helpful. All amenities are provided. Excellent facilities too. Once you got the hang of the place, it was easy to get used to the wsy of life. I stayed 2 nights. Somewhat pricier than other capsules, but I couldn't fault anything. Would consider staying there again.

位置就在JR福山駅對面，近鄰有停車場和多間便利店及食肆。酒店很大，附設宴會廳，是日有幾架旅遊巴搭載一群年輕的棒球手入住，但升降機只有兩部要排長龍，另外客房樓層走廊通風不太好，雖有一部空氣清新機，但一出升降機就一股難聞汗味，揮之不去，非常難受…. 房間大小適中，整潔、舒服。又提供兒童梳洗包，早上亦有報紙放房門

Right across the river from the main Hiroshima station, quiet area with a nice riverside promenade in front. Very accessible, although dining options in the immediate area are limited, you are a stones throw from the little izakaya area near the station, which is always a lot of fun. Not super convenient if you are doing peace tourism but great for a quick overnight on the way to somewhere else. Facilites quite basic, but it has everything you need, quite new, no complaints on the facilities.

I loved the hotel for its great location near all the important landmarks. The hotel is super clean and the staff was friendly. I was disappointed to not be allowed to use the pool because of a small tattoo on my ankle and the price to use it was excessive.

Staff is very helpful from checkin. Check in is processed on machine with staff assistance. Room is big in Japanese standard. Very clean , it comes with fridge and good amenities. Location quite central and easy to get around. Highly recommend!

The location is great, very close to the square and park. Room is a bit compact but has all the things I need. The breakfast is great, with beautiful view. The only thing I can complain is the quilt, which uses a piece of sheet for pretection and it is very easy to move. I think a proper quilt cover is better.

唯一是入住時候浴室去水地下有一條頭髮 其他設施比想像中好 隔音就一般 樓上大動作 也有聲音 位置一流 －出西條駅口 就找到 北口近機場巴士 非常方便 附近有寺廟 也很靚 有24 小時便利店 松本清 入住是雙床房 房間比想像中大及新 床單乾淨衞生 好舒服 放2 個行李就稍為迫 其他一般日常用品也齊全 雪櫃也夠大 充電位亦充足 早餐也值得一讚 隔單早餐 基本蛋 腸 湯 飯 飲品也有提供 性價高

I had an exceptional stay at your hotel! The room was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly and professionally. The amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. Our assigned room 1425 was very small, doesn’t match with 21 square meters as per hotel room description.  Hotel breakfast was quite poor and often times, it’s empty. Hotel location is really good, close to Hiroshima station.
