Loisir Naha Resort is a comfortable, decent, and relaxing place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the overall vibe feels calm — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Okinawa. Not too fancy, but definitely cozy and worth it for a peaceful stay.

This particular stay at LeQu Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort became a genuinely memorable experience for one defining reason: Ms. Jacob at the front desk. Without her presence, this would have been a comfortable and well-designed hotel. Because of her, it became something far more meaningful. From the very first interaction, her manner was composed, perceptive, and quietly attentive. There was no sense of routine or obligation in her service—only a sincere awareness of the guest as an individual. Her professionalism was subtle rather than performative, and her warmth felt entirely natural. I have stayed in many hotels across different countries, yet it is rare to encounter a front desk professional whose presence so clearly shapes the emotional tone of an entire stay. In this instance, the quality and value of my experience were defined almost entirely by Ms. Jacob. It is because of this stay—and because of her—that I know I will continue to choose LeQu whenever I return to Okinawa. She embodies a level of hospitality that cannot be reduced to procedure, and her contribution deserves formal recognition. The hotel is dated, however, it remain the charm of the past. The breakfast is very interesting, with Japanese, English and Chinese food available. We enjoyed our meals there. The location of the resort is out of the place. You need private transport to commute between places and the resort. Grand Mer means Great Sea, and we can see the sea from our balcony. The view is beautiful . There is an indoor heated swimming pool in the second floor. It is quite small for a swim but good to relax after a day travel.

Çok şık bir otel, sade ve zarif. Çatı katındaki yüzme havuzu fotoğraf çekmek için güzeldir, hoşgeldin içeceği ise lezzetlidir. Çatı katındaki yüzme havuzu yüzmeye uygun değildir ve daha küçüktür ancak akşamları bir içki içip güzel manzaranın tadını çıkarmak güzeldir. Büyük bir hamam da bulunmaktadır. Kahvaltı çok zengindir. İyi yiyin ve sonra oyun oynamak için dışarı çıkın. Kocam ayrıca sonraki diğer otelleri iptal etmek istediğini, bunun için birkaç gün daha rezervasyon yaptırmak istediğini söyledi.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are in Naha on vacation, close to restaurants, a monorail station and the bus station. The services that the hotel provides are good, in particular the pyjamas and slippers they offer for free, and it is commendable their effort to have the bathrooms always impeccable. As a negative point, I must say that the mattresses are extremely hard.

Hotel is quite packed during my visit around end of June. There’s this one famous cat at the front step of the lobby. Which makes an attraction to many. Very close by to the metro station & walking distance to convenient store, daiso & further down there’s the main shopping street. Room size is quite small, as well as the shower room. Overall great. There’s many plug point in room that convenient to us.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!

Güzel ve rahat bir otel. 4 kişilik bir aileyiz ve 4 tek kişilik yatak güzel, yumuşak ve oldukça büyük ve rahattı. Oda da genişti. Daha fazla gün kalırsanız, oda sadece 3 günde bir hazırlanıyor. Check-in kontuarından alınabilen self servis (ücretsiz akışlı) tuvalet malzemeleri sağlıyorlar. Tuvalet kağıdı, terlik ve tarak da ücretsiz akışlı. Banyo jeli, şampuan ve saç kremi de güzel. Banyoda küvet var. Araba kiralıyorsanız, otele bağlı yalnızca 4 otopark olduğundan park sürecini daha dikkatli kontrol etmeniz gerekir. Bölgede nispeten ucuz olan başka halka açık otoparklar var ancak müsaitlik için şansa güvenmeniz gerekir. Yakınlarda bir Lawson var, böylece ihtiyacınız olan yiyecekleri oradan alabilirsiniz.
