因為感覺萬達度假區的酒店都比較老舊，非常慶幸自己定了煥森酒店，酒店的一切都非常舒適，工作人員非常專業有耐心，我們定的是三晚套餐，包含了滑雪，冰上活動，雲頂天宮門票，這三天幾乎不用再自己操心，一價全包。更貼心的是他們把活動接送服務也全部包括了，滑雪回來還可以在露天泡温泉，真的非常舒服。酒店的早餐也非常的豐盛，周邊吃喝應有盡有，極力推薦。

We are so pleased we choose to stay at this property, feels so welcoming, feels like home. The owner is so kind and helpful, she will arrange free pick up from the train station and always will follow up if we needed any help. This smart house is clean.Downstairs is mini mart (open 7plus morning to 10pm). Just few short distance away is bus stop for Bus number 1 (to railway station). We are already missing this small town.Thanks to the owner and the town people for their hospitality.

ประทับใจการดูแลจากที่พักมากๆค่ะ มีปัญหาเรื่องการเที่ยว โฮสต์ก็ช่วยให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยเหลือตลอด ที่พักก็อยู่ใกล้ทางเข้าอุทยาน สามารถเดินไปได้เลย และที่พักใหญ่ ตกแต่งสวย และสะอาดมากๆค่ะ ตอนเช็คเอาท์ลืมของไว้ที่ที่พัก โฮสต์ก็รีบส่งพัสดุไปให้ที่พักอีกเมืองนึง และได้รับของทันก่อนจะเดินทางกลับบ้านพอดี ที่นี่เป็นที่พักที่ดีที่สุดที่เคยพักในจีนเลย ถ้ามีโอกาศได้กลับไปที่ Changbaishan อีก จะกลับไปพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน ประทับใจมากๆค่ะ

The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

This hotel even has more than 4star hotel. The front desk woman was so caring n help with everything we need. She even help us to order food in meiduan using her account. The smart robot in room made kids happy and fun. The amenities and appliances (the haidryer and shower was so good) has the best quality. I think the owner is so detail and such a tech enthusiast :) The river just next to it spend morning jogg with very beautiful scene The driver and the manager also so kind made our travel so much easier. People in northeneast just so touching with their kindness.

從高鐵站打電話給老闆，就安排了師傅來接，一路貼心又温暖。到了民宿瞬間被戳中——小院子裏積着厚厚的雪，門口還堆了個圓滾滾的雪人，隨手一拍都是冬日氛圍感大片！ 到哪裡都挺方便的 老闆太熱情了，剛放下行李就給我們送來了凍梨，冰爽清甜超解膩。接我們的司機師傅更是寶藏，不僅一路給我們安利本地好玩的地方，還推薦了一家超划算的飯館，六個女生吃到撐，人均居然沒超過50！（胃口小的姐妹完全夠，男生可能要多點兩道菜~） 最後悔的是沒找魏師傅學滑雪！他説可以教，結果我們自己去雪場“踩坑”了，早知道就聽他的。晚上我們還在小院裏放了仙女棒，對於江浙滬習慣了限煙花令的人來説，這份快樂真的太難得！ 從頭到尾，民宿的每個人都特別好，熱情又不打擾，這趟冬日旅行因為這家民宿幸福感翻倍，已經推薦給其他同學了！ 歡迎水果:凍梨 長白山高鐵站免費接站服務:有的 設施：因為人比較多 私隱問題就沒有拍攝

I went to Changbai Mountain with my family. Unexpectedly, the rooms in the homestay were very clean. The toilet was equipped with a full set of smart-home system and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The host is very nice, helped in car booking, provided information about scenic spots at reasonable price, etc. Worth to mention, the host gave me a jingsen when sending me off. Will definitely go back the same place for the next visit… highly recommend this place.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

We are 4 people from Cambodia. My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort. 1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal. 2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river 3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang. 4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍 Thank you hotel boss for everything. We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

Everything perfect apart from the location! I visited here with my family, and enjoyed ourselves with lots of things to have fun. Gentle staff with smile, clean facilities, nice breakfast, and indoor even outdoor spa!! But I don't understand some guys were smoking in the indoor pool right in front of their kids. By the way, good experience!
