"If you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy. Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped. Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights. Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her. But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am. Breakfast is horrible though 😆 Overall, it's still a good option."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"We really like this place .The hostess is very welcoming and kind, always ready to help. She kindly provided a free transfer from the railway station and also helped us get to the hot springs. The location is excellent — there are many cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment is cozy, and the heated bed was a great bonus, especially in cold weather."

"The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!"

"來長白山玩果斷選了松悦宮民俗客棧，體驗感直接拉滿！客棧藏在二道白河鎮的煙火氣裏，出門步行就能到美人松公園，地理位置也特別棒！一進門就被朝鮮族風情包圍，原木色裝潢搭配傳統彩繪，像住進了韓劇裏的温馨小屋，重點誇一下衞生，房間打掃得一塵不染，床單被罩沒有一點褶皺和污漬，衞生間也沒有異味，連角落都乾乾淨淨，看得出工作人員打掃得很用心 。最驚喜的是全屋智能設備，喊一聲“小度”就能調燈光、拉窗簾，智能馬桶和恆温熱水也超加分。老闆簡直把“貼心”刻進了服務裏：提前聯繫高鐵站免費接站，幫忙規劃遊玩路線！！地暖烘得屋子暖融融的，玩了一天回來往鬆軟的床上一躺，疲憊全消！下次來長白山必須二刷！"

"服務：長白山我最喜歡的酒店，酒店客服會提前聯繫，長白山站接站到酒店裡麪。王巖大哥會熱情地給我們介紹長白山的玩法以及周圍景區，耐心的介紹酒店每個設備設施在哪，時間段是什麼，並且提前幫我們聯繫包車，價格非常合理。 P1，雪人軍團（衹是其中一衹啦），一羣雪人站在酒店大門前，非常壯觀。憑房卡進去近距離拍照，和雪人合影。 P2，酒店自帶的燒酒館，有地方特色菜，也有一些高端食材，人蔘鴿子湯，真的特別鮮！ P3，酒店的露天温泉，有大大小小將近十個吧，還有超級火的“鐵鍋燉自己”，還有蜂窩煤。記得帶上泳褲！ P4，房間乾淨整潔，每天都有水果和茶水（冰糖雪梨和五味子，每天不一樣），每天都會打掃，衞浴乾濕分離，還有超大落地窗，美景盡收眼底！ P5，住了兩次了，這次才知道竟然有“暢飲時刻”，啤酒，飲料在下午特定時間段免費暢飲，玩完回來暢飲一下，然後去泡温泉，真的很舒服！ P6，早餐，麪條，粉絲，水餃，餛飩，腸粉，時蔬，煎蛋，牛奶，麥片，粥，沙拉，還有粵式早點，可選擇性多，開放時間長，早上非常方便。"
