"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"關於入住體驗的友好反饋：位置與接站服務很貼心，期待細節更完善 感謝這次入住期間的安排。整體來説，這是一次便利與遺憾並存的體驗，我們也看到了民宿的用心與可提升之處。 讓我們感到滿意的方面： 1. 地理位置十分便利：周邊出行、用餐和逛一逛都很方便，為民宿加分不少。 2. 接站服務很周到：免費接站安排得很及時，司機師傅態度也很好，讓我們一下車就感到安心。 3. 樂於幫忙解決問題：雖然不包含送站，但在我們提出需求後，很快幫我們聯繫了去延吉的車輛，非常貼心。 幾點真誠的小建議，供參考： 1. 服務互動可以更主動些：工作人員態度是友好的，不過溝通比較簡短，大多是我們主動詢問。如果能在入住時多介紹一下週邊，或日常多一句問候，體驗會更親切。 2. 關於早餐的小遺憾：預訂時確認是包含早餐的，不過入住第一天沒有提供。第二天我們詢問後，才得知是做早餐的阿姨臨時身體不適，之後改為外賣送餐。第三天雖然問了我們想吃什麼，但還是以外賣形式提供。連續兩天用外賣代替，和我們預期的民宿早餐有些不一樣，略感遺憾。 3. 房間內缺少基礎的衣物收納空間：我們住的這間房不僅沒有提供衣架，甚至連一個可以掛衣服的掛鈎、衣櫃或懸掛區域都沒有。臨時存放的衣物衹能放在椅子上，對於多日入住的客人來説確實不太方便。如果未來能在房間內規劃出簡單的衣物懸掛處，體驗會舒適很多。 總體感受： 這是一家地理位置優越、交通安排貼心的民宿，特別適合看重便利和接站服務的旅客。如果在服務主動性上能更進一步提升——例如讓前台的互動更加熱情友善，同時在早餐落實和房間物品規劃這些細節上再完善一些，一定會給客人留下更温暖、更完整的印象。"

"位置很好，在恩施裏裡邊，不愁吃的，隔壁不遠就是商業街，可以直接點外賣，晚上還有恩施裏的表演和煙花秀可以看，還包接送站，就是離雪場比較遠。 老闆人也挺好的，住起來的話房間比較大，體感上好像沒有地暖，衹有一個空調，剛進去會有點點冷。評價隔的時間有點長了，印象中雖然是智能馬桶但是好像也沒有加熱來着。。。 喜歡貓貓的可以沖，附贈的擼貓體驗的貓咖就在酒店隔壁，因為住的很近而且是淡季，所以獨享了所有貓貓hhhhhhhhh ps：恩施里門口那個杏一豆腐很一般，就維維豆奶味，不推薦。隔壁漢堡還行。唯世炸雞那個甜辣的好吃，雪花芝士的一般，粉裹太厚了。"

"The counter promised to send the parcels to hotel when the parcels reached the collection center. Finally, they asked us to go center to collect ourselves. Their reason is not enough workers working on holiday. But why they promised us before we reached the hotel? If they cannot make it, we will ask the seller send to our next station hotel. The transportation here inconvenience to book and expensive. End up we took a taxi to the collection center to collect the parcels and cost us 80 RMB."
