"The hotel is nice and to Changbaishan visitors centre is close by. The town to main street if walk takes about 20mins so better to get hotel shuttle service to drive around. The good thing about this hotel is that can arrange train station pick up and return but the arrangement is very troublesome. You need to have WeiXin and arrange 1 day before. The department that in charge for this service respond a little slow. Check in hotel process is smooth. Breakfast spread is ok. The driver that came to pick us was great and patients. We even engaged him to drive us to Yanbian for day trip where the national Park was close due to bad weather. Overall stay was good."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy. The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent service, a convenient location, and a personal touch, I highly recommend Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel. "1. Free Pick-Up from Railway Station The free pick-up service from the railway station was smooth and incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set the tone for the rest of our stay. 2. Room The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather. 3. Hospitality The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!"

"非常開心的一次旅行✈️來長白山旅行和出差的朋友們推薦這家民宿。首先民宿位置好，距離長白山高鐵站車程10分鐘（悄悄告訴你老闆提供免費接站哦，貼心的幫我提了行李）距離長白山北坡景區買票處車程10分鐘，長白山太美了拍不夠（交通方式可以滴滴，可以公交車直達，可以騎行，如果你喜歡運動可以沿着步行綠道走路3.5KM腳下踩着皚皚白雪發出嘎吱嘎吱的聲音）樓下不遠處就是美人松公園，中華秋沙鴨公園（拍照巨出片）。當然，附近還有親親燒烤店和韓式炸醬麪店，早餐店，葯店和超市。👍（麪妥妥滴延吉口味，擼串滿足你的味蕾）。民宿非常的乾淨，設施也齊全，有洗衣機，電子馬桶是我必須的選擇，房間也超大。房間巨暖和非常舒服，把門外的冰天雪地擋在了窗外👍冬天現在窗前看雪那種感覺沒有哪個南方小朋友拒絕的了噠～這一塊槓槓滴。我在房間的陽台可看雪，玩雪（冬天帶小朋友的可以堆雪人啦，我想看夕陽圍爐煮茶也可以衹是我太忙了～）很愜意😌最後説一下服務很好呀，民宿住的就是私密，舒適，隨意。民宿還可以定漂流票（兩個字形容漂流“刺激”）5分體驗。 A very enjoyable trip ✈️ Friends traveling and business trips to Changbai Mountain recommend this Airbnb. First, the guesthouse is conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station （whispering to your boss, helping me with my luggage）. It's too beautiful to take photos at Changbai Mountain Park （where you can walk 3.5 km on the greenway）. Of course, there are also KinKin BBQ restaurants, Korean fried sauce noodle shops, breakfast establishments, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby. 👍 （Faceful and delicious, skewers to satisfy your taste buds）. The Airbnb is incredibly clean with all necessary facilities, including a washing machine and an electronic toilet. The rooms are also extremely spacious. The room was incredibly warm and comfortable, blocking the icy cold from outside the window 👍 Now, in winter, watching the snow by the window feels like nothing Southern kids can refuse. This is a piece of amazing stuff. I can watch the snow on the balcony of my room and play with it （you can build a snowman with kids in winter, but I just want to watch the sunset over the fireplace make tea too busy~） 😌 Finally, the service is great; the Airbnb is private, comfortable, and casual. The Airbnb also offers a rafting ticket （two words describing the rafting as ”stimulating”） for a 5-star experience. 너무 즐거운 여행이었어요✈️장백산에 여행과 출장을 오시는 분들은 이 펜션을 추천합니다. 우선 민박집 위치가 좋고 장백산 고속철도역에서 차로 10분 거리（사장님께 몰래 무료 픽업 알려드릴게요, 짐 들어주셔서 친절하게 도와드렸습니다） 장백산 북파경구 매표소에서 차로 10분 거리, 장백산은 너무 아름다워서 찍기 부족합니다（교통수단으로는 디디, 버스 직행, 라이딩 가능, 운동 좋아하시면 산책로 따라 3.5KM 발밑에서 하얀 눈을 밟으며 삐걱삐걱 소리를 내시면 됩니다） 아래층에 미인송공원, 중화추사오리공원（사진 거출편）이 있습니다. 물론 근처에 뽀뽀바베큐집과 짜장면집, 조식집, 약국, 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다. 👍（연길의 입맛에 맞게 꼬치를 발라 입맛을 돋우세요）. 민박은 매우 깨끗하고 시설도 완비되어 있으며, 세탁기가 있고, 전자 변기는 제가 반드시 선택해야 하는 선택입니다. 방도 매우 큽니다. 방은 따뜻하고 매우 편안해서 문 밖의 얼음과 눈을 창밖으로 막아주었습니다👍 겨울 지금 창가에서 눈을 보는 느낌은 남쪽 어린이들이 거부할 수 없을 정도입니다. 저는 방 베란다에서 눈을 보고 놀 수 있습니다. （겨울에 어린이와 함께 눈사람을 만들 수 있습니다. 저는 석양을 둘러싸고 차를 끓이는 것을 보고 싶습니다. 단지 제가 너무 바쁩니다.） 매우 편안하고 자유롭습니다. 😌 마지막으로 서비스가 매우 좋습니다. 민박은 개인적이고 편안하며 자유롭습니다. 민박은 래프팅 티켓（두 글자로 래프팅의 ”자극”을 묘사함） 5점 체험을 예약할 수 있습니다."

"酒店房間不錯 很暖和，服務也挺好，去長白山也方便。酒店有接送站服務特別方便，酒店管家特別負責，提前就安排好了司機師傅，保證我們到了就有車，不會受凍。給派的司機楊師傅（吉HOK985）老好了，特別負責，特別實在，非常幸運這次旅程遇到楊師傅。主動幫我們拿行李，對二道白河鎮也熟，給我們分享的景點的玩法一點不踩雷，真心為遊客着想，就怕我們玩的不好。車技也是嘎嘎好，我一個暈車的人坐着一點不暈，師傅對路也熟，我們趕時間的行程都完全不怕。主要還是楊師傅人特好，車上氛圍特別輕鬆、温暖，給這次旅行的舒適度完全質的提升！"
