"The hotel is nice and to Changbaishan visitors centre is close by. The town to main street if walk takes about 20mins so better to get hotel shuttle service to drive around. The good thing about this hotel is that can arrange train station pick up and return but the arrangement is very troublesome. You need to have WeiXin and arrange 1 day before. The department that in charge for this service respond a little slow. Check in hotel process is smooth. Breakfast spread is ok. The driver that came to pick us was great and patients. We even engaged him to drive us to Yanbian for day trip where the national Park was close due to bad weather. Overall stay was good."

"i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan. when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed. i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us. variety of breakfast :) hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :) thanks so much from 泰国人"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, she personally fetched us from the train station when we arrived. All her food and attractions recommendations during our stay were fantastic and with good price point. There were also hearty breakfast provided every morning even when we had an early train. "首先，先點個讚民宿有提供接車，從長白山車站出來就可以上車直達民宿早餐不錯，還挺豐盛的，有麵包和饅頭可以選，味道也不錯房間超乎想象的大，兩個28吋行李箱攤開還有很大的活動空間下樓就可以玩雪，還能看到山出門走不遠就可以看到當地的循環巴，去鎮上的景點都很方便然後，不足的是房間的陽台門沒辦法打開，稍有遺憾浴室和洗手間是完全分開的，浴室內以及浴室隔壁都沒有可以掛換洗衣服的地方，這點不太方便"

The location : is very near town just only 5mins Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river 3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang. 4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍 Thank you hotel boss for everything. We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏"

"This hotel even has more than 4star hotel. The front desk woman was so caring n help with everything we need. She even help us to order food in meiduan using her account. The smart robot in room made kids happy and fun. The amenities and appliances (the haidryer and shower was so good) has the best quality. I think the owner is so detail and such a tech enthusiast :) The river just next to it spend morning jogg with very beautiful scene The driver and the manager also so kind made our travel so much easier. People in northeneast just so touching with their kindness."

JJoeSGOur family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

SSbbyHighly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

AAlly LiziunThe actual room looks much more older than in pictures. The towel provided looks more likely a floor mat than a bath towel. There is no lift and the stairs is slippery. Not convenient with big luggages. Anyway, we stayed just for 1 night and the price worth what it cost.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

MMelisa Go!We really like this place .The hostess is very welcoming and kind, always ready to help. She kindly provided a free transfer from the railway station and also helped us get to the hot springs. The location is excellent — there are many cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment is cozy, and the heated bed was a great bonus, especially in cold weather.
