The breakfast offered a delicious and impressive variety of hot and cold options to start the day. After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs. Highly recommend!"

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"Everything perfect apart from the location! I visited here with my family, and enjoyed ourselves with lots of things to have fun. Gentle staff with smile, clean facilities, nice breakfast, and indoor even outdoor spa!! But I don't understand some guys were smoking in the indoor pool right in front of their kids. By the way, good experience!"

"The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to many good restaurants. The hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, are a highlight—very relaxing and well-maintained. It’s also a family-friendly place, making it a great choice for those with kids. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but it can get quite crowded and busy, which might be a downside for those who prefer a more relaxed morning. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent hot spring facilities!"

"It refurbished building, surrounding still have many construction going on. Room is ok, clean and comfortable, have tianmojinlling (Home AI). The hotspring pool not all is open cos maybe when we stay is off peak season. The hot spring like no flowing water current, but have shower room, locker, soap, shampoo, hair dryer and to dry our swimming suit. The staff all nice and friendly and helping us w/ call taxi back to train station."

"這是我這次去東北十天旅遊體驗住過最好的酒店了，還沒到，酒店經理就提前打電話問我們什麼時候到，到了酒店和退房那天，都安排了保安叔叔幫忙提行李那些，真的服務特別周到細緻，環境也很乾凈！！！贊👍住酒店還能免費泡温泉，不然就得花268元一人的門票，送的水果也是我住過的酒店最多品種的，早餐也很豐富，牛肉湯特別好喝，湯鮮肉多，隨便喝幾碗都行，哈哈～温泉真的特別舒服，湯池很多，室內室外都有，也很乾凈。一下水，就有服務員來幫忙把拖鞋擺放好，整的我去另外一個池子泡的時候，都不好意思亂放拖鞋了，嘿嘿！雖然相隔千里，但泡温泉，真的就得去長白山，而且還是要去臨溪火山温泉，吃住玩，温泉酒店裡都有，下次我還要來，並且多住兩晚才行。"
