Balkon Olanağına Sahip Kunming Otelleri

A wonderfully appointed hotel, with incredible views, large modern rooms, and all the facilities you expect from a quality hotel. However, the staff, made my stay exceptional. Friendly staff, who work well together and go the extra-mile for their guests, are a sign of excellent management. I want to especially commend and acknowledge Kenny for making my stay so special. His English skills were a godsend, and supported by Alex, Kenny helped with advice on where to visit, dining options, and how to download and use Didi. The night team even organised late night food delivery for me, as I arrived very late, and in-house options had closed. I highly recommend Papman Hotel. Kunming was my first destination on a multi city visit to China, and Papman Hotel, and the wonderful clean friendly modern city of Kunming, has made me a big fan. I will definitely be back. Thank you again to all the team of Papman Kunming. You were so all very polished and professional. Keep up the great work. Thanks again Kenny, you have a bright future ahead of you!

The owner is very kind and helpful. This is the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed. The location is good, near metro and bus station. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Dongfeng Square. The staff were helpful and even upgraded us to a bigger sunshine room, which was a nice surprise. We managed to do our laundry easily before we departed to airport, it was really convenient and hassle free, The breakfast was tasty with a good mix of options and overall, the room is clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was just what we needed to recharge before we back home.

The swimming pool is a great fun.. Perfect place for a short holiday. What impressed me the most is the cleaning lady. I hang my daughter’s swimming clothes at the balcony and couldn’t find it. I called to check if it fell to the room downstairs. The cleaning lady came to help.. when she finished work.. she dropped by to check:. And when she realized that I still couldn’t find it. She immediately asked for my daughter’s size and ordered for me.. when she delivered... I gave her money.. but she left it on the table. I didn’t see her again. she was so kind.

This hotel is wonderfully located right in the center of Kunming city, making it perfect for exploring local attractions, shopping, and dining. We especially loved that it’s close to halal food options, which made meals very convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself is well-maintained and comfortable, with lovely rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional, dedicated, and always willing to help with any request, their service truly stood out. The view from the hotel is beautiful, adding an extra touch to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again!

I came to visit Kunming with my mom and my kid. This hotel is fantastic! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful; location of the hotel is right by Dian Chi and Haigeng Park. Hotel provides rides to the Yunnan Nation Villages which was super cool! The breakfast was great - lots of choices for the whole family. We ate four dinners at the hotel restaurant. They are delicious! Would definitely recommend it to others!

A very well located hostel, with many food places around. The common areas are great, including a bar, an area for reading, a terrace wirh a view. . Bed is comfortable. I like that the toilets are the sitting sort. Perhaps it might help to have more hairdryers OR more electrical outlets at the sink / mirror area. I had to wait more than ten minutes with my hair wet cos a guy was shavinh ever so meticulously (unplugged the hairdryer and there waS no othet outlet) & another girl was styling her hair with the other hairdryer. Staff is well-trained and professional. Not always as cosy a feeling as in small home-run hostels but this is a bigger property. That said, they were still helpful , especially this young lady called Li3chan2 who gave info on dining options and really went the extra mile.

Hotel was pretty good. The location is fantastic and the rooms were clean and the service was above average. We had an issue with temperature control- the air conditioning doesn’t work in the winter, and this was not indicated on the temperature control panel. The staff graciously provided a portable device when the issue was brought up. All in all pretty good hotel.
