這次入住的體驗真的太棒了！強烈推薦給來昆明玩的朋友。 📍地理位置絕佳 酒店離昆明老街超級近，步行大概衹要十分鐘左右，逛吃逛喝特別方便。晚上去老街散步、找小吃，隨時都能輕鬆來回，對於遊客來説位置真的是無可挑剔。 💁服務貼心周到 從入住到離店，工作人員態度都特別親切，主動幫忙提行李、解答疑問，響應速度也很快，讓人感覺賓至如歸。 🧹衞生乾淨整潔 房間和公共區域都打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，浴室也很乾凈，住起來非常放心。 🌿環境舒適安靜 雖然靠近老街，但酒店內部隔音很好，晚上睡覺很安靜。裝修風格雅緻，大堂和走廊都有設計感，氛圍放鬆。 🛋硬件設施到位 房間裏的設施很新，空調、熱水器運作良好，電視、Wi-Fi信號都很穩定。衞生間乾濕分離，用品齊全，入住期間沒什麼可挑剔的。 ✨細節服務暖心 免費礦泉水、小零食準備得很及時。客房阿姨打掃時還會細心整理衣物，這些小細節真的讓人印象深刻。 🍳早餐豐富多樣 早餐種類很多，從中式點心、米線到西式麪包、水果都有，味道也不錯，吃完之後能量滿滿地開始一天行程。 整體來説，這家酒店在位置、服務、衞生、設施等方面都做得很到位，性價比很高，下次來昆明一定還會選擇這裏！

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

Highly recommended for short stay near Kunming airport. For the price I paid, the CP is very high. Location is great, many hotels in the same area hence there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Though its lobby area and carpet in common area is showing its age a little bit, the room I stayed in is impeccably clean, modern and comfortable. Room size is big, has view, bathroom is also big and water pressure is great. Only inconvenience is the lobby is not reachable directly by car, you will need to go down a few short steps to reach it. It is a small inconvenience considering it is a great value.

A relatively new hotel. Perfect for a overnight stay for people rushing to the high speed the next morning. Room was big and comfortable. We booked for the non smoking level but there is an ashtray on the living room table and u can smell cigarette smoke along corridor. Really wished this country makes more effort in advocating for non smoking despite signs beinf put up. We managed to search for a little night market, Shilin night market about 10 mins taxi ride away from the hotel. Maybe hotel can provide more information about places around for tourists. It is also a short walking distance to the metro which is linked to high speed as well. Managed to book the free pick up from high speed to hotel however the next day's hotel to high speed is already fully booked. We also didn't managed to have breakfast due to timing of our high speed.

We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Dongfeng Square. The staff were helpful and even upgraded us to a bigger sunshine room, which was a nice surprise. We managed to do our laundry easily before we departed to airport, it was really convenient and hassle free, The breakfast was tasty with a good mix of options and overall, the room is clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was just what we needed to recharge before we back home.

We (two friends) arrived by bicycle, having cycled from Guiyang, but our arrival caused a fuss, about five staff members came out not knowing what to do with our bikes, it wasn’t a nice welcome and was poorly handled. Anyway, nice rooms, amazing big gym, decent size pool. Great view across the city. Reception staff were nice and a guy called Wilson was very helpful.

The swimming pool is a great fun.. Perfect place for a short holiday. What impressed me the most is the cleaning lady. I hang my daughter’s swimming clothes at the balcony and couldn’t find it. I called to check if it fell to the room downstairs. The cleaning lady came to help.. when she finished work.. she dropped by to check:. And when she realized that I still couldn’t find it. She immediately asked for my daughter’s size and ordered for me.. when she delivered... I gave her money.. but she left it on the table. I didn’t see her again. she was so kind.

老城區靠南一丟丟的四星酒店，離省博官渡古鎮和世紀金源不遠；車位挺多，就是剛到時的引導員略有些愣，早上離店時那位好很多；前台一堆人，但是辦入住的效率仍有待提升；房間特別暖和，怕冷星人強烈推薦；空間大衞生好隔音也不錯，住着沒啥問題，推薦

總結放在前面：很久沒有過這麼滿意的體驗了 設施：帶温泉的度假酒店，老而不舊，10號別墅位置優越，設施維護水平相當在線，所有滑軌拉門沒有一處失效或卡滯，難能可貴，不過入户門鎖若能升級一下會更趨完善 衞生：非常乾淨，非常滿意 環境：在園區到處都走了走，景觀秀麗，除了開闊的湖景視野，還有寶藏落羽杉小池塘 服務：絕對超五分，超五星，堪稱完美。電瓶車隨叫隨到，夜床服務細緻，特別感謝前台楊女士幫助協調安排送站行程，為美好旅程又添一筆 下午茶體驗:味道絕美，甚至擔心可能別處再也吃不到那麼好吃的茶點了 接送機服務: 接送車好，司機車技也好，服務周到 體驗露天園林温泉:温泉不錯，洗浴區還貼心地幫長者找了凳子，惟更衣區燈光實在過暗，看不清號碼 餐品也不錯，正餐的菌菇蘿蔔很喜歡，烤鴨有特色。早餐米線絕贊！鷗糧也深受鷗歡迎

The hotel is one of the newest to open in Kunming, which attracted me to choose Jen for my stay in the city.  The hotel is well located, with the MRT just beside the hotel, making travelling on the train very easy.  However, check-in/check out can be a lengthy affair, especially if you cannot speak Mandarin fluently, and the limited staff at the check-in desk.  As I booked this room using Trip.com, which comes with several benefits like breakfast and welcome drinks, I had a problem getting the reception to agree that my room includes breakfast and the welcome drinks.  And when I asked where I can claim my welcome drinks and dessert, I was initially told that it was already sent to my room.  But when I came down to the reception and asked where in the room my welcome drinks and dessert were was, I was informed by another reception manager that I had to have the drinks at the 'Open House' cafe besides the reception.  At the 'Open House,' I was shown the welcome drinks menu, and instead of offering me a seat inside to enjoy my drinks, I was given my canned soft drinks selection in a plastic bag to take back to the room. The most uncomfortable part of my stay was the toilet, which made a loud shuddering noise whenever the cistern was filled. Initially, I thought it was another hotel guest slamming the room door hard.  But I later realised it was coming from my toilet.  I didn't complain to the front desk as I would have guessed that the previous guest would have already done so, and nothing has been done to fix the problem yet.  And I didn't want to change rooms again given my short stays ( I had upgraded to this room from an earlier booking direct with the hotel).  Another issue was the room water dispenser was not working, and it was only when we informed the reception that it was not working, the reception subsequently sent up a kettle.  And on my last night of stay, the emergency white light came on several times briefly in the middle of the night. Breakfast had a good selection offering local, Asian and western options.  I especially like the freshly made wonton noodle soup and congee. Overall, I like the hotel  despite the slight issues I encountered and would like to stay here again.  I believe these are just teething issues of a new hotel which would be ironed out in due time.  I would highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Kunming.
