One of the most amazing stays I’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredibly helpful and prompt to respond, they went above and beyond to help me with all requests. All staff were so kind and the boss is also a great man! Highly highly recommend experiencing a stay here, the hot spring is also 100% natural water and makes your skin feel amazing.

Will start woth the positives. Amazing location, most of the staff were very kind and helpful, the gardens are fantastic and the play area is great when waiting between outings, the room was spacious enough for a family of 4. Unfortunately the hotel left a sour taste though. During checking the reception staff decided to stop communication in English and instead to speak chinese to my partner although she had nothing to do with the trip organising and proceeded to ignore my questions until my wife asked again in chinese. We were not told any of the usual check in information such as WiFi, breakfast times, facilities, etc. Our room wasn't ready at 2:30pm as the previous tenants just checked out, told to wait 40 minutes. Waited an hour and a half, no check ups, no apology. We tried to get a late lunch at the market (all day dining) it is infact not all day, it's only breakfast and dinner. We got to the room, it had ***** hair and blood in the toilet. Broken electrical outlet with the facade falling off (very dangerous for a family room) and water damage on the wall. The cleaners did do an amazing job in the following days. Breakfast and dinner and the market had undercooked meat causing myself and my wife to get food poisoning and spend the next 24 hours stuck in the room being sick. The children's play areas floor it broken with no warning and my child tripped and hurt her self. We have stayed at many intercontinental hotels and not experienced staff this before, especially from receptionist. Luckily the rest of the staff were amazing and the general facilities were ok. We hope it was just a bad day for them and we will be staying at intercontinental again for the next leg of our trip in xishuangbanna.

It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

Was there with for 2 nights. Good swimming and natural hotspring facilities. The rooms are a little old but the towels and sheets were very white and clean. Beds are spacious. As they ran out of non spiking rooms that can accommodate three pax, we checked out the smoking room. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room did not smell of smoke. Good selection for breakfast. Location is excellent as it’s within walking distance of the night market with lots of eatery options

The swimming pool is a great fun.. Perfect place for a short holiday. What impressed me the most is the cleaning lady. I hang my daughter’s swimming clothes at the balcony and couldn’t find it. I called to check if it fell to the room downstairs. The cleaning lady came to help.. when she finished work.. she dropped by to check:. And when she realized that I still couldn’t find it. She immediately asked for my daughter’s size and ordered for me.. when she delivered... I gave her money.. but she left it on the table. I didn’t see her again. she was so kind.

昆明古滇半山温泉酒店的入住體驗完全超出了我的預期，必須給個大大的贊！👍 酒店園林環境真的太棒了，沿着石板小徑漫步，四周綠樹成蔭，各種熱帶植物錯落有致，處處都是景。我入住的是彩雲軒單卧温泉別墅，私密性很好，最驚喜的是別墅自帶泡池！清晨、傍晚泡個温泉，聽着鳥鳴，聞着花香，水波映着樹影，這種親近自然的感覺太治癒了。 工作人員的服務也特別貼心，從入住引導到日常問候都讓人如沐春風，能感受到酒店每位工作人員的真誠和熱情。 早餐出品很精緻，尤其是那碗地道的米線，搭配特色醬料，放在藍色餐墊上顯得格外有食慾，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 整體來説，這裏將自然景觀與度假體驗完美融合，是放鬆身心的理想選擇，強烈推薦！

我們是來雲南過年的 這邊天氣比貴州好太多了！在攜程上看到這家漫水居評分很高，剛好是泡温泉的季節 就迫不及待來入住了～結果讓我很驚喜這家水滙酒店一點都不輸東北那種大型洗浴哎～我們從長水機場來這邊衹需要30分鐘左右，很方便不説進門體驗感直接滿分，好熱情的客服呀～全程微笑服務而且是一對一服務我們，真的有賓至如歸的感覺。坐飛機太餓了，進門就直奔餐廳🍴，有很新鮮的水果哦，車釐子🍒奶油草莓🍓還有陽光玫瑰哎～都是我愛吃的應季水果哦。去的時候餐廳還沒開餐，但是還是有不少精緻的下午茶哦，誇誇他家這個金錢肚！太太太好吃了，還有水晶蝦餃！和我在廣東吃的早茶完全沒區別哎。一出門更是有哈根達斯🍨消消食太棒了👏 後來管家就帶我們去房間了，聯排別墅房！🏠私密性超級棒 我們不喜歡太吵的環境 因為睡眠很淺的 這個也是加分項目！讓我沒想到的是在市區還能打造一個綠植草坪的獨棟別墅➕天然温泉♨️讓人感覺像穿越到東南亞一樣哈哈哈 搭配上昆明這個20度的天氣太舒適了。這個價格給我們配套私人管家 戴森吹風機還有香奈兒和海藍之謎的護理套餐 我覺得一點都不貴 太划算了 等我下次來昆明轉機還要來他家！

I came to visit Kunming with my mom and my kid. This hotel is fantastic! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful; location of the hotel is right by Dian Chi and Haigeng Park. Hotel provides rides to the Yunnan Nation Villages which was super cool! The breakfast was great - lots of choices for the whole family. We ate four dinners at the hotel restaurant. They are delicious! Would definitely recommend it to others!

Overall amazing, free access to hot spring and hotels are so clean. Hot spring in hotel room. Restaurants and room service available. Just come prepared kinda in the middle of no where

A very good hotel. Checking in was a breeze by a bespectacled smiley young man (I think his name is Li) and a pretty young lady whom I didn’t get her name. Service is great from Zoey and Eva. Zoey added me on WeChat immediately upon check-in and asked me to contact her for any needs. She is very helpful and kind. Eva sent us off and helped us with our luggages when we were leaving for the airport. The unlimited hot spring usage is truly amazing. All in all, a remarkable experience. The only area for improvement that I can think of is probably the breakfast in terms of taste, variety and speed of replenishing the food. Waiters, waitresses and the cooks (especially the auntie at both the noodles and egg stations) were awesome though. Thank you everyone at W.
