"A very 'mixed' experience at this hotel- good parts and bad parts. The good: Very convenient location, quite close to the airport! Beds in the room were very comfortable and spacious- felt like we were sleeping in the clouds! Kitchenette is also very convenient! The bathroom is well designed, with a bathtub, even! The Bad: our room.(403) felt like it hadn't been cleaned/used in a while. There was a dead cockroach (a small one, thankfully!) in the bath/shower. When I walked from the bathroom to the bed with dry feet, my feet were very dirty just from walking those few meters! The hotel room is also quite old-style and could use a bit of renovation."

"Solea Mactan Resort Hotel, Cebu Adası'ndan bir köprüyü geçerek ulaşılabilen Mactan Adası'nda yer almaktadır. Ayrıca havuzu da vardı, mezuniyet tatili için mükemmeldi. Otelden taksi çağırmak için 100 peso ücret ödemeniz gerekiyor, bu yüzden pahalı, bu yüzden Grab (uygulama) ile çağırmak daha iyi 🙆🏻♀️ Ayrıca check-in yaptırdığımda benden 2000 peso depozito istendi! Çıkış yaptığınızda size iade edilecektir. (Ödeme nakit veya kartla yapılabilir.) Her gün temizlik yapılıyor ve arayıp yeni havlu isterseniz veriyorlar ama çarşafları nedense değiştirmiyorlar. Yatağı topluyorlar ama hep aynı çarşafı kullanmak rahatsız edici. Odadaki saç kurutma makinesi soğuk hava üflemiyor ve hava akışı zayıf. Saçlarım kurudu, muhtemelen deniz meltemi yüzünden, ama Cebu'dan hediyelik olarak sıkça tavsiye edilen bir saç yağını denedim ve düzeldi! Kullandığım saç kurutma makinesi (Panasonic Nanocare) transformatörle bile çalışmıyordu (ve bozuldu, hıçkırık), bu konuda endişeleriniz varsa, yurtdışı kullanımına uygun bir saç kurutma makinesi getirmelisiniz. İngilizcem pek iyi değildi, bu yüzden tercüman kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Personelle bir fikir alışverişinde bulundum. Herkes duygularını yüzlerine vurmayı başarıyordu ve aşırı nazik değillerdi ama sanırım bunu oldukça iyi idare ettiler. Aşağıda çocuklar için sığ bir havuz vardı."

"This is so good cheap hotel. It’s a solo room, but the rate is for like dormitory only. Everything is inside there. You can buy foods and drinks inside. Public transportation is just around the corner."

"The hotel location is excellent. It is accessible to public transportation and is close to several establishments. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, but the furniture showed signs of some wear and tear. Hotel staff were very professional, helpful, pleasant, and courteous. The food and drinks served at the breakfast buffet were tasty and varied enough to accommodate people with different tastes and diets. There is a bar on the roofdeck that serves food and drinks and also hosts bands. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and colleagues."

While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!"

"Good size hotel with affordable price. We only stayed for a night and there is an included airport transfer service. On arrival to the hotel, staff are pleasant and accommodating. It has a good size room with clean amenities. The toilets are clean and the furnishing are of good quality. Good size bed and the mattress is comfortable. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel and a coffee shop. There are also nearby fast-food chain. Although it was a night stay, the experience is great. I would stay there again. "

"Service is good, food was good and aquapark pool was great. However, water pressure in the room was low and the pool with inflatable wasnt that nice and a little dirty, not worth it. I still recommend the place for its good price and if you have kids who enjoy swimming. Enjoyed our stay, its our 5th time in Solea."
