Personel çok nazik ve ulaşılabilir. Odalara 2 anahtar kartıyla erişim imkanı vardır. Geç uçuşunuzu beklerken, check-out işleminden hemen sonra eşyalarınızı bırakabilirsiniz. Eksileri Mininal sadece saç kurutma makinesi yok, TV kanallarına sınırlı erişim, çanta taramada bayan güvenlik görevlisi yabancı turistlere göre yerli halka kaba, belki de yorgun görünüyor. Yine de genel olarak tüm iyi deneyimler. Yakında tekrar kalmak isterim.

Excellent services of the staff, sea view room is superb where can see the CCLEX bridge and a lot of variety food to choose. They have welcome drinks, fruits in the room and sweets.

I recently stayed at Bluewater Maribago and had an overall pleasant experience. The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere with strong hospitality standards and several standout features, though there are also areas that could benefit from improvement. What I Liked 1. Excellent service and hospitality, especially at the Oyster Bar. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, which truly elevated the dining experience. 2. Newly refurbished modern rooms that feel fresh, clean, and well-designed for comfort. 3. Convenient buggy service around the property, which makes getting around easy and enjoyable. 4. Lifeguards stationed at all pools and swimming areas, providing reassurance and a strong sense of safety for guests. 5. Anuma Spa’s ambience and treatment selection, which offer a relaxing environment with a wide range of spa services to choose from. Areas for Improvement 1. Breakfast management during peak hours needs significant improvement. Around 8:30 AM, the breakfast area becomes very busy, and food replenishment is slow. For example, while there are three hot steamers dedicated to eggs, bacon — a hot favorite — is served on a small plate that gets wiped out within seconds. Food supply and quality control during peak periods should be better managed to ensure consistency. The bread selection, however, is excellent and deserves recognition. 2. Security procedures may unintentionally compromise guest privacy. Guests are frequently asked to state their room number when leaving the lobby, and again when entering through the guardhouse — first to taxi drivers and then to security officers. This means multiple strangers may overhear room numbers, which raises safety and privacy concerns. A more discreet verification process would enhance guest security. 3. Spa promotions for in-house guests are lacking. While the spa experience is excellent, there are currently no exclusive perks for staying guests. Introducing options such as an early bird discount (e.g., 10:00 AM–3:00 PM) or curated half-day and full-day “head-to-toe recharge” packages would be attractive. The spa pricing is relatively high compared to comparable standard spas outside the hotel, so value-added incentives for in-house guests would make the experience even more appealing. Overall, Bluewater Maribago offers a comfortable and well-maintained resort experience with strong service standards. With improvements in breakfast management, privacy-focused security procedures, and enhanced spa promotions for in-house guests, the resort could further elevate its guest experience.

Kudos to all the staff. Very friendly and accommodating made sure they satisfy their guests. Adhere to all of my requests. They even allow us to pack a breakfast (light snacks) for my kid who didn’t eat at buffet breakfast.

Perfect resort for a getaway, with friendly and super helpful staff! We had a great time there!

This is a wonderful hotel for families the pools and facilities are fantastic and great for kids and families. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. On check in you do have to deposit 2000 pesos per night, but while you are eating at the restaurant you can charge it to your room and pay out of the deposit. There is not much outside the resort so most meals will most likely be spent there. The food is very nice with a good selection and breakfast/dinner buffet available or have a la carte.

There is one staff that disappointed us. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels,  Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu

Hi! It was my first time in Tsai hotel and Residences. I can say that the first thing we noticed is the staff (information desk). We have entered the hotel with a happy face since finally after a long ride we arrived, so yeah we exchanged greetings at the front desk asking to confirm our booked room but the staff is not so good in response like no smile at all just talking randomly like asking ID naa I don't feel good talking to her 😐 not like other hotels kakarating lang sa door ang good vibes nila just saying my experience lang naybe from other guests hindi ganito anyways it's not big deal then all in all Tsai Hotel is good, clean and nice👍👍tho sometimes if there's someone talking outside the room you can hear them a little bit siguro pag malakas mga boses. So thank you all Tsai hotel especially kay manong guard (the Tatay look) so kind..
