Had an amazing stay at Chalet Ivy, a new modern ryokan with traditional feels. The room is very spacious with comfortable modern amenities, with an in-room private onsen, with unobstructed snow covered views. Dinner and breakfast here are one of the best, the sequencing of dishes and the amount are just right. Your get to explore various dishes and each dishes are so meticulously done. One of the best perks here are the lounge, the snack bar and drinks bar are awesome. Stocks with best Sapporo snack and drinks for you to grab at any time. Definitely one of the best resort ever, will return for sure.

We'd the most amazing stay at Sosei Hotel M Gallery. It is a very beautiful hotel with nice amenities & a host of friendly & great staff. Especially a very sweet Nepalese girl, Maisara. She helped us with our heavy luggages & at breakfast the next morning, introduces the best offerings at breakfast buffet. The seasonal sweet persimmons, matcha latte & smoothies was served by her to our table. She really made our day with her warm hospitality. The hotel has a underground way to Sapporo factory Mall & was 10 mins walk to Airport Bus at ANA Crown Plaza. It's also near Sapporo Beer Garden for Ghenghis Khan Buffet. We took cab( less than 1000Y) to where all activities are when too tired to walk.

Standart ikiz yataklı oda, yemek için küçük bir kanepe ve sehpa ile iyi bir alana sahiptir ve kahvaltısı çok iyidir. Japon otelleri biraz küçük olsa da, buzdolabı ve kasalarla tam donanımlıdır. Ulaşımla ilgili özel bir not: Aslında, JR Sapporo İstasyonu'nun Doğu Kapısı'ndan (bilet kapısı) çıktıktan sonra, Şekil 2'de Kuzey Kapısı'nı (Hokkaido Üniversitesi'ne doğru) bulun. İstasyondan çıktıktan sonra, kırmızı ışığa doğru on metre ileriye (istasyon yönüne dik) yürüyün ve yolu geçin, ardından başka bir trafik ışığından sonra yaklaşık yirmi metre yürüyün ve 711'i göreceksiniz. Daha önce yorumları gördüm ve metro istasyonundan otele kadar 15. Çıkış'a kadar yürüyüşü takip ettim, bu yaklaşık 20 dakika sürüyor. Zemin aslında çok basit ve 5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Otelden JR Sapporo İstasyonu'na nasıl gideceğinizi tekrar anlatacağım: Otelden sonra sağa gidin ve ikinci trafik ışığı kavşağında sola bakın. Şekil 4'te gösterildiği gibi JR Sapporo İstasyonu. Sadece yolu geçin ve yürüyün. 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Umarım size yardımcı olabilir. Hizmet: Çok iyi. Aynı oda tipini rezerve edemediğim için bir kez oda değiştirdim. Oynamaktan döndüğümde bagajım odaya teslim edilmişti.

I have stay this hotel for 5 nights. gotten a free upgrade , and the room size is spacious. The room is very comfortable and clean. However, the TV cannot play YouTube, this is one of the shortage

Travelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable. I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

Beautiful hotel at a very convenient location. We were able to walk everywhere . The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices. We would recommend this hotel !

The room is spacious and the location is super convenient as the bus stop just in front of the hotel, but the meal is just so so but not impressed. However the lounge is impressive with free drinks and dessert which also with massage chair, that is really the best part of the hotel.

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

This looks like a higher-tiered hotel, but the amenities they provided were sorely lacking. For example, they did not provide any lotion or emulsion or essence in the room or at the reception desk. And for the razor and hairbrush, they were chargeable. Even the onsen was chargeable too. I thought the onsen should be included in the stay. My child and I used it for three times and I had to pay more than 5,000 yen.

学会があったのでいく用事あったが、子供にも楽しい思い出をと思ってプールがあるここに子供連れて泊まりました。 朝のブッフェも美味しかった。ウォータースライダー2本やってないから週末のウォータースライダー毎日今月だけらしい。なくても21:00までプールで遊べてその後温泉でゆったりでした。
