"Location is simply excellent. Just off shoot between Tanikikoji 5 and 6 chome. Opposite the hotel is the pick up point for Airport shuttle bus to New Chitose Airport. The hotel itself is pretty old and the room is small. Book a twin room and barely have enough space for two 28 inch lugguages. The breakfast was touted as one of the best in Sapporo with posters within the hotel and lifts. In reality, nothing close to it. The actual sashimi selection looks unappealing. The salmon role is closer to light brown than the usual orange red colour. Some of the staff are not so friendly perhaps of tourist fatigue? The exception was a lad serving at the entrance helping guest with their lugguages and transport. He was good and courteous. I hope the management notice his service. 👍"

"A brand new hotel offering rooms larger than the typical Japanese standard size. Excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Railway Station, with direct access to the subway station and the underground passage."

"A good location near train and shopping street. Free coffee and ice cream was a great touch. We ate at pizza restaurant in the hotel. It was also good."

"The accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. From the accommodation, it’s easy to walk to the tourist areas, and even Sapporo is not far on foot. Transportation is very convenient, the view is great, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and truly relaxing."

"Overall experience was good, location is excellent. Very convenient to go to and from New Chitose airport by bus, Susukino metro is 5 mins walk. I like that they have coin laundry, vending machine and public bath in the hotel. Water in the public bath was a little too hot (probably over 45oC) but I guess that's normal to Japanese. The only thing I don't like is that the check in time is stiff 15:00 whether the room is vacant or not, but that's still acceptable."

"Fantastic hotel nestled @ the bustling city centre of Ssukino where the prominent Nikka OOH billiboard is. The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo. Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻"

"As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby. Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful. Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem. Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift. Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)"

"The hotel is strategically located near to metro station (walking distance) and yet it's not too near to the tourist spot as it will be too noisy at night. I can just walk an extra mile to reach the center of Hokkaido. There is also a beautiful park with children playground next to the hotel, and it looks amazing with snow! The part I don't get used to initially was I have to pass the key to the lobby whenever I leave the hotel (I didn't ask much on the reason, I just accustomed to the practice). So far, they have been very helpful too! You can choose not to housekeep your room and they will offer you a free drink for that! But I still need them to housekeep my room everyday because we need the cleaner to clean the dustbin with diapers and tidy up the messy room with kid. My experience was pretty good!"

"Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too"

Luggage storage service was very convenient, allowing us to explore the city without worry before and after our stay. Amenities were sufficient and thoughtfully provided, adding to the overall comfort.
