"Hotel room is very spacious and clean. Recommended for travellers who likes to have enough space~ toilet is big and the room is clean. Only down side would be that during winter, there is only room heater available (no airconditioner), so to cool the room, just have to open the window (not a big issue anyways). Direct airport shuttle bus service to and from hotel (note that it is not a free service, but very convenient)."

"The location is not at the central Otaru but it is about 15 minutes drive to the central attractions. Service is not the best. Check-in strictly at 2pm. Arrived close to 1pm but was told cannot check-in and need to wait until 2pm. Came back at 1.40pm still told the same statement to wait until 2pm. The upside is the hotel is directly connected to AEON mall. Don't expect much from the AEON. There are around 6-7 eateries only. You can buy some fresh stuff if you like. There is post office in the AEON mall which you can mail you things back. Parking in the hotel is not free. Chargeable at ¥1,650 per day with multiple entry allow. Breakfast option is not great. You can get better food outside for the pricing unless it is included in the room package."

"Beautiful hotel at a very convenient location. We were able to walk everywhere . The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices. We would recommend this hotel !"

"The accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. From the accommodation, it’s easy to walk to the tourist areas, and even Sapporo is not far on foot. Transportation is very convenient, the view is great, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and truly relaxing."

"Пожалуй, самый приятный отель по соотношению цена-качество в нашем путешествии с севера Японии в Токио. Все чисто, в опрятном состоянии, большие и удобные кровати, в номере достаточно места. Классное и уютное лобби, в зоне которого можно играть в настольные игры, выпивать в баре. Завтрак не шведский стол - на гостя подаётся бутерброд с жареным яйцом и беконом, лёгкий салат и напиток. Завтрак довольно небольшой, но все равно был приятнее шведского стола в некоторых других отелях. С радостью остановился бы тут и в следующий раз, если ещё буду в Саппоро."

"If you looking for a family room for 4, I recommended this hotel. Room is big and have capacity enough for you to 4-5 big luggage. Near shopping area and parking lot next door hotel. Room with window."

"We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night. The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino. If u like the relative quiet, that's part of the charm :)"
