"The hotel is strategically located near to metro station (walking distance) and yet it's not too near to the tourist spot as it will be too noisy at night. I can just walk an extra mile to reach the center of Hokkaido. There is also a beautiful park with children playground next to the hotel, and it looks amazing with snow! The part I don't get used to initially was I have to pass the key to the lobby whenever I leave the hotel (I didn't ask much on the reason, I just accustomed to the practice). So far, they have been very helpful too! You can choose not to housekeep your room and they will offer you a free drink for that! But I still need them to housekeep my room everyday because we need the cleaner to clean the dustbin with diapers and tidy up the messy room with kid. My experience was pretty good!"

"We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night. The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino. If u like the relative quiet, that's part of the charm :)"

"Пожалуй, самый приятный отель по соотношению цена-качество в нашем путешествии с севера Японии в Токио. Все чисто, в опрятном состоянии, большие и удобные кровати, в номере достаточно места. Классное и уютное лобби, в зоне которого можно играть в настольные игры, выпивать в баре. Завтрак не шведский стол - на гостя подаётся бутерброд с жареным яйцом и беконом, лёгкий салат и напиток. Завтрак довольно небольшой, но все равно был приятнее шведского стола в некоторых других отелях. С радостью остановился бы тут и в следующий раз, если ещё буду в Саппоро."

MMisafir KullanıcıWe'd the most amazing stay at Sosei Hotel M Gallery. It is a very beautiful hotel with nice amenities & a host of friendly & great staff. Especially a very sweet Nepalese girl, Maisara. She helped us with our heavy luggages & at breakfast the next morning, introduces the best offerings at breakfast buffet. The seasonal sweet persimmons, matcha latte & smoothies was served by her to our table. She really made our day with her warm hospitality. The hotel has a underground way to Sapporo factory Mall & was 10 mins walk to Airport Bus at ANA Crown Plaza. It's also near Sapporo Beer Garden for Ghenghis Khan Buffet. We took cab( less than 1000Y) to where all activities are when too tired to walk.

Japon otelleri biraz küçük olsa da, buzdolabı ve kasalarla tam donanımlıdır. Ulaşımla ilgili özel bir not: Aslında, JR Sapporo İstasyonu'nun Doğu Kapısı'ndan (bilet kapısı) çıktıktan sonra, Şekil 2'de Kuzey Kapısı'nı (Hokkaido Üniversitesi'ne doğru) bulun. İstasyondan çıktıktan sonra, kırmızı ışığa doğru on metre ileriye (istasyon yönüne dik) yürüyün ve yolu geçin, ardından başka bir trafik ışığından sonra yaklaşık yirmi metre yürüyün ve 711'i göreceksiniz. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable. I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

SSAMMICCThe room is spacious and the location is super convenient as the bus stop just in front of the hotel, but the meal is just so so but not impressed. However the lounge is impressive with free drinks and dessert which also with massage chair, that is really the best part of the hotel.

TTeacherbizWe had a very comfortable stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo. Daily housekeeping was consistent and thorough, keeping the room clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth, and the staff were efficient and professional. Luggage storage service was very convenient, allowing us to explore the city without worry before and after our stay. Amenities were sufficient and thoughtfully provided, adding to the overall comfort. With its convenient location and reliable service, this hotel is a great choice for both leisure and business travelers in Sapporo.

TTek KooiNicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English. Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display. I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

MMisafir KullanıcıOverall experience was good, location is excellent. Very convenient to go to and from New Chitose airport by bus, Susukino metro is 5 mins walk. I like that they have coin laundry, vending machine and public bath in the hotel. Water in the public bath was a little too hot (probably over 45oC) but I guess that's normal to Japanese. The only thing I don't like is that the check in time is stiff 15:00 whether the room is vacant or not, but that's still acceptable.

For example, they did not provide any lotion or emulsion or essence in the room or at the reception desk. And for the razor and hairbrush, they were chargeable. Even the onsen was chargeable too. I thought the onsen should be included in the stay. My child and I used it for three times and I had to pay more than 5,000 yen.

MMisafir KullanıcıIt is a rather old hotel but has reasonably well upkeep. Cleanliness is top notch. Location wise, it is around 500m away from Sapporo JR/metro station. While this is walkable, it can be tricky during winter especially with thick snow. The entrance (Exit 22) to the underground walkway to the station is around 50m away from the hotel and is recommended, although it does not have elevator access; Exit 23 has that although it is further down the road. There is a Family Mart convenience store nearby. What i liked most about the hotel is that they have a souvenir store on the ground floor with a good stock of Hokkaido-exclusive souvenirs such as horse oil lotion, cookies and chocolates, to the usual garments and keychains. Service is rather underwhelming. Due to ESG commitments, only guests who stay in premium rooms (12F to 13F) have a full suite of amenities in their rooms. For others, you need to pick up your own toiletries such as toothbrush and cotton buds near the reception area which can be a chore. The whole experience can also feel disorganised especially when there is a huge crowd. Thankfully, shampoo and shower gel is provided in room. Drinking water however is not provided and it is disappointing that there are no communal water stations on each floor, although some floors have coin-operated vending machines. Breakfast buffet has a modest selection. During my 5-day stay there, the menu largely stays the same. It has a mix of Japanese and Western fare. Taste-wise it is fine but some more variety would be much appreciated. Overall, it is a functional hotel for a good night rest but nothing more.
