"The hotel is modern and its location is walkable (4 mins) to JR Sapporo station. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable to sleep on. Only problem is there’s no allocated place for luggage to open. We used their chair to do that.
The bathroom is clean and nice but unfortunately I had a slip in the bathtub as it was too slippery. I told the housekeeper the next day and requested for a rubber mat to be put in the tub but she didn’t seem to understand. Communion can be a challenge. Apart from that, this is a nice hotel to stay. Recommend!"

"Hotel room is very spacious and clean. Recommended for travellers who likes to have enough space~ toilet is big and the room is clean. Only down side would be that during winter, there is only room heater available (no airconditioner), so to cool the room, just have to open the window (not a big issue anyways). Direct airport shuttle bus service to and from hotel (note that it is not a free service, but very convenient)."

The room is very spacious with comfortable modern amenities, with an in-room private onsen, with unobstructed snow covered views.
Dinner and breakfast here are one of the best, the sequencing of dishes and the amount are just right. Your get to explore various dishes and each dishes are so meticulously done.
One of the best perks here are the lounge, the snack bar and drinks bar are awesome. Stocks with best Sapporo snack and drinks for you to grab at any time.
Definitely one of the best resort ever, will return for sure.

JJui-Chen LiouMy first trip to Sapporo was made truly amazing by staying at this hotel. The location is flawless—easily accessible from Exit 8 or 10 of the Sapporo Underground Walkway, which connects directly to the Namboku Line Sapporo Station. This makes commuting effortless even during rainy or snowy weather.
The hotel’s exterior and lobby are elegantly designed, but the most captivating feature is its view—it directly faces the ”Former Hokkaido Government Office,” and the scenery is as picturesque as a painting. The room was incredibly spacious; even with three large suitcases fully opened, there was still plenty of room to move around comfortably.
As for the facilities and dining: the breakfast on the 2nd floor offers a lavish spread of seafood delicacies full of Hokkaido’s local flavors. The public bath is also spacious, featuring both hot and cold pools as well as a sauna, which was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Toiletries are provided in the lobby on the 1st floor for guests to pick up as needed.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance between strategic location and high-quality accommodation. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

AAnonim KullanıcıTravelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable.
I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

AAustin LauAir con wasn’t cold at all as it’s only for heating purposes, we have to open windows for ventilation but it’s very noisy and could not sleep well. Found a few strands of long hair on my bed for a few days and it’s not from me and my partner as we both have very short hair. Location is very good with lots of eateries and the famous tanukikoji shopping street opposite

MMisafir KullanıcıOverall experience was good, location is excellent. Very convenient to go to and from New Chitose airport by bus, Susukino metro is 5 mins walk. I like that they have coin laundry, vending machine and public bath in the hotel. Water in the public bath was a little too hot (probably over 45oC) but I guess that's normal to Japanese. The only thing I don't like is that the check in time is stiff 15:00 whether the room is vacant or not, but that's still acceptable.

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the large window allowed us to enjoy the full scenery outside, which made the stay even more relaxing. The room also comes with a bathtub, which was a great bonus — perfect for soaking and unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Nearby there are lawson, 7-11, family mart and big supermarket near our hotel. Opposite our hotel, there is a ramen shop that have very nice ramen and chicken karage.
But the only thing the train station is a bit far from the hotel.

RRomain DannaWe stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby.
When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority.
However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience.
Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night.
Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

The room was so cozy and the bed was comfy, I had a good sleep there
The location is not far from Odori subway station.
