"One of the best hotel stayed ever. Loved the super convenient location (in between Odori or Susukino station). Right out of the hotel is the shopping street 4, mega donki 24hrs, and many restaurants, cafes, fast food all around. My kids had fun with all the Gachaphons and Claw machines next to the hotel. Also the Pokemon machines. The tram is also nearby to bring you to the ropeway tram and Odori Park. Hotel breakfast is above average but for just $10 per head, who would mind. Staff are extremely polite and even refunded my kids breakfast coupon. Room is super comfortable for 2A2C anf plenty of space for luggage. Washer is on level 10 and you may take the face mask, toiletries all from the lobby. There's also souvenirs shop opposite thats sells Royce choclate, cosmetics etc that are tax free. ******** slot machines are nearby and further down the road is Susukino where you can find many bars, ktv, bbq, etc... Seriously its the best location and comfortable stay for my 18 days trip in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka & Sapporo). Can't wait to return again."

"booked the triple deluxe room for 3 pax. love the room as its spacious, comes with a separate “living” room. The bath and toilet area are separated as well. 2 smart TVs in the room with netflix/prime/etc. location near to JR Sapporo and the Sapporo subway; a few mins walk only. Love the bath soap and shampoo, unique to this hotel and they even have them for sale at the Lobby."

"We had a great stay at Smile Hotel Sapporo. The location is excellent. It is close to entertainment areas, with easy access to the bus stop and subway station. The airport bus stop is also very close, just about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, and the free amenities for guests were a nice bonus. The only thing I’d suggest is having a free water refill available. Overall, I love Japan, and you really can’t go wrong staying here."

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel in Sapporo. The room was a decent size and came with a couple of thoughtful touches that made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the view—our room overlooked a beautiful park, and since it was sakura season, we were lucky enough to enjoy the cherry blossoms right from our window. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The TV offered a surprisingly wide variety of channels, which was great for unwinding in the evening. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently close to Nakajimakoen Station, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and seasonal beauty."

"Location is not too far from Susukino, can walk and is comfortable to walk to Airport bus stop. I like welcome drink; Haskap juice. Room size is not big and but not too small. Breakfast is ok. But at walkway to room is too dark. At first day at lobby, I got smell of smoking. But all is ok for this hotel at the booking price."

Hotel is located at good location 10 minute walked to Nikka Susukino. Room is very clean and good layout with enough space for my Childern. Bathtab is also excellent. While the breakfast is fairly standard, the quality is good and the dishes are well-prepared, even though there’s no sashimi offered. The hotel doesn’t have an onsen, but the overall facilities are well-maintained and convenient. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Susukino, where you can find a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and easy access to the heart of Sapporo."

"This looks like a higher-tiered hotel, but the amenities they provided were sorely lacking. For example, they did not provide any lotion or emulsion or essence in the room or at the reception desk. And for the razor and hairbrush, they were chargeable. Even the onsen was chargeable too. I thought the onsen should be included in the stay. My child and I used it for three times and I had to pay more than 5,000 yen."

"Hotel Forza Sapporo – Great Location and Comfortable Stay Love the convenience of this hotel — it’s just a short walk from Sapporo Station, and the area around it is super easy to get around. I booked a 3-person room, and it was spacious enough for all three of us. The room was clean and well-kept, and the toilet came with both a bathtub and a shower jet, which was a nice touch. At the reception, there’s a small bar counter, and each guest gets a ¥300 drink credit to redeem for an alcoholic drink like red wine, white wine, or sake. There’s also a coffee machine, perfect for a quick caffeine fix before heading out. Breakfast was decent — it runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., which gives plenty of time even for late risers. There’s also a laundry room with four sets of coin washers and dryers, which came in handy for longer stays. Overall, a really convenient and comfortable hotel, especially for those who want easy access to both Odori Park and Susukino. Walking from Sapporo JR station is about a 5 to 7-minute walk. The easiest way, especially during cold or rainy days, is to walk through the underground shopping street and come up from Exit 13. You’ll surface right from level 1 of Tokyu Department Store (Big Camera is on level 5-6). Once you’re up, look across the road and you’ll see a Kani Honke crab restaurant (a crab sign) — Hotel Forza Sapporo is just next to it. If you continue walking further down, you’ll get to Odori Park and eventually the Susukino area. Right now, there’s some construction work in front of Sapporo Station, so the view might be blocked. If you prefer to walk above ground, taking the street route from the South Gate exit toward Tokyu Department Store is actually a bit quicker."
