"Staff are super helpful. Location is a consideration. Location not close to airport bus express drop off at Minami 3 Ryo nor subway. 10 mins walk to shopping and restaurant area. Tough if you need to walk in the snow. Perfect in the Summer though, no complaint to stay in this hotel with a lot of friendly staff to help out."

"Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended."

"We stayed here from January 22 to 29, and I can say for certain that this is an amazing hotel for couples like us (or even solo travelers!) Their rooms are spacious enough to open a check-in luggage, with great ventilation and heating. They have a toiletry rack in the ground floor to help yourself to daily essentials, and have a convenience foreign currncy exchange machine. On the second floor, they provide a spacious vending and laundry machines for thise to pack lightly. The location is so close to Nakajimakoen Station. During heavy snowfall, you can cut through Sapporo Park Hotel to the station to avoid slippery ice on roads. The nearby station is one of the prettiest sights in winter and is definitely a must-see. There's a Family Mart, Lawson, 7-eleven, and Seicomart just a few blocks away, so you needn't worry about food as well."

"Stayed one night and everything was smooth from start to finish. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was a great place to recharge. Location is very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with plenty of food and shopping nearby. Staff were polite and efficient. Would gladly stay again for a short stop in Sapporo."

"Standart ikiz yataklı oda, yemek için küçük bir kanepe ve sehpa ile iyi bir alana sahiptir ve kahvaltısı çok iyidir. Japon otelleri biraz küçük olsa da, buzdolabı ve kasalarla tam donanımlıdır. "Overall it was a solid choice, especially if convenience is your top priority. Pros: • Super friendly and helpful staff – they made check-in smooth and were always smiling. • Loved the free welcome drink (choice of wine or sake) – nice touch upon arrival. • Free drinks available 24/7 in the lobby – very handy. • Extremely convenient location right next to subway and train station – easy to get around. • Multiple restaurants and a convenience store right downstairs – perfect for quick meals or snacks without going far. Cons: • The room layout feels a bit strange/awkward (odd shape and angles). • Once you open your suitcase, there’s hardly any floor space left to move around comfortably. • The room wasn’t very clean – noticed some dust and spots that could have been better maintained."
