"The hotel is very convenient, very near from Sapporo station, there are also Lawson and 7-11 very near from hotel. The staffs even though english is not so good but they're very friendly. It also has laundry and pyjamas in the 1st floor, so so convenient. Highly recommend"

"The hotel provides a shuttle bus pick-up from Sapporo Station (Bus Terminal), but reservations can only be made by phone call. Email requests are not accepted. We arrived on a Sunday, and the bus was already fully packed when leaving Sapporo Station, so it is best to book early.
The hotel itself is a little old, though the public area toilets appear to have been recently renovated. The public onsen pools are large and relaxing, but the stone tile flooring can be slippery from long use, so be careful when walking in the bath area.
The buffet has a good spread of dishes. I especially enjoyed the dinner scallop miso soup, handmade sushi, and desserts. The restaurant was lively and fully packed with both local Japanese families and overseas tourists. One minor downside was the seasonal fruit such as lychee. It would be better if the hotel ensured the fruits were properly washed before serving.
Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is strong and stable unlike the big spa hotel in lake Toya which I just stayed a few days ago."

"The hotel is about 550 meters from JR Sapporo Station. While there aren’t many restaurants nearby, it’s conveniently located right in front of Hokkaido University. The nearest convenience store is Seicomart. Interaction with staff is minimal as check-in and check-out are handled through machines. Breakfast is complimentary, and you confirm your selection via the TV in your room.
However, the Wi-Fi is highly unstable—it frequently disconnects and was completely unavailable for one night during our 4-night stay. Free coffee is available from 3 PM daily. Towels are replaced daily and hung on your door, while basic amenities are provided. The water pressure is excessively strong, almost as if draining an entire river. Room cleaning is scheduled every 4 days."

"The JR Tower Hotel Nikko is a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience in Sapporo. Its location right on top of the JR station makes getting around incredibly straightforward, especially if you have luggage. Since it’s connected to the shopping malls and the city's massive underground walkway, it’s easy to duck back to the room to drop off shopping bags or take a break without going out of your way.
The view from the high-floor rooms is probably the standout feature. Facing the mountain range, the scenery is impressive in the morning and equally good at night when the city lights are up. Inside, the room felt well-designed, particularly the bathroom. It’s quite large by Japanese standards, and the bathtub is actually big enough to relax in. They provide bath salts and powders, which is a nice touch, as is the Dyson hairdryer—it's a significant upgrade over the standard wall-mounted versions you usually find in hotels. Overall, it was a practical, pleasant stay where the location and the views really justified the choice."

"One of the best hotel stayed ever. Loved the super convenient location (in between Odori or Susukino station). Right out of the hotel is the shopping street 4, mega donki 24hrs, and many restaurants, cafes, fast food all around. My kids had fun with all the Gachaphons and Claw machines next to the hotel. Also the Pokemon machines. The tram is also nearby to bring you to the ropeway tram and Odori Park. Hotel breakfast is above average but for just $10 per head, who would mind. Staff are extremely polite and even refunded my kids breakfast coupon. Room is super comfortable for 2A2C anf plenty of space for luggage. Washer is on level 10 and you may take the face mask, toiletries all from the lobby. There's also souvenirs shop opposite thats sells Royce choclate, cosmetics etc that are tax free. ******** slot machines are nearby and further down the road is Susukino where you can find many bars, ktv, bbq, etc... Seriously its the best location and comfortable stay for my 18 days trip in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka & Sapporo). Can't wait to return again."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Richmond Hotel Sapporo Ekimae. The room was clean and well maintained, with housekeeping done every day. Towels were changed daily, which I really appreciated. Even the bathroom was spotless and well kept throughout my stay.
The staff were friendly, polite, and very welcoming, which made the experience even better. One highlight was the breakfast service — it was excellent and is a full meal course. You can choose from six different set options, all of which were satisfying and well prepared.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is convenient, about a 15–20 minute walk to Sapporo Station. Getting around is easy as Sapporo has many interconnected underground walkways, which is especially helpful during cold or snowy days."

Japon otelleri biraz küçük olsa da, buzdolabı ve kasalarla tam donanımlıdır. Ulaşımla ilgili özel bir not: Aslında, JR Sapporo İstasyonu'nun Doğu Kapısı'ndan (bilet kapısı) çıktıktan sonra, Şekil 2'de Kuzey Kapısı'nı (Hokkaido Üniversitesi'ne doğru) bulun. Hotel interior design is very modern and super clean.
Staffs are superb friendly and helpful.
Room size is good enough versus the price I paid.
Mattress softness and clean sheets are great.
Near to the shopping streets and with many great restaurants nearby. Beside the hotel, it has an Italian food for the day. Awesome taste and serve by a friendly Italian chap.
Lastly, this is also a pick up and drop off hotel from and to New Chitose Airport. Super super convenient.

The hotel does provide a shuttle bus from Sapporo city, which typically takes about an hour, but you also need to book that at least a month in advance, according to various bloggers. It was quite disappointing not to enjoy the private bath experience and to have to arrange our own transportation from/back to the city. The frustrating part is that you wouldn’t know the advance booking requirement when you make a reservation through Trip.com or similar platforms. Here’s a rephrased version of your statement:

MmcspikyOur family had an excellent stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any request — truly one of the highlights of our trip.
The room isn’t very large, but it was still comfortable and adequate for a family of four. We managed perfectly fine, and the heater/air-conditioning system was fantastic. It was very easy to adjust the room temperature to exactly how we wanted it.
A couple of small areas for improvement:
The laundry room only has three machines, so sometimes guests leave their clothes inside for too long, which can be inconvenient.
Parking is very limited — only eight slots, and availability depends on your car’s size. We were only able to park after switching to a smaller rental car. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to affiliated parking lots nearby at discounted rates.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Bespoke Hotel Sapporo. It was a great experience for the whole family!

The staff were absolutely the best — friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel itself is great, very comfortable, and well maintained.
Parking was also absolutely wonderful, very convenient and stress-free, which made our stay even better.
Even the breakfast restaurant was on the 31st floor with a beautiful sky view, which made the whole experience even more special.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again!Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo.

HHiddenGemWe had a great stay at Smile Hotel Sapporo. The location is excellent. It is close to entertainment areas, with easy access to the bus stop and subway station. The airport bus stop is also very close, just about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, and the free amenities for guests were a nice bonus. The only thing I’d suggest is having a free water refill available. Overall, I love Japan, and you really can’t go wrong staying here.

The rooms are clean and practical. They aren’t big, but they’re comfortable enough for a few nights, with good heating in winter and blackout curtains that actually work. Everything is kept tidy, and you get the usual Japanese reliability: quiet hallways, smooth check-in, and amenities that just do their job without fuss. The bathrooms are the typical compact Japanese style, but they’re clean and functional, which is what most people need after a long day in the cold.
Breakfast is decent, with a mix of Japanese and Western options, and the staff keep everything running smoothly. The hotel also has coin laundry, vending machines, and all the conveniences that make travel in Japan feel very straightforward.

MMIN FEISapporo Hotel by Granbell offers a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes guests feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.
The hotel itself is modern and clean, with immaculate rooms that reflect great attention to detail. We booked a corner suite and were delighted to be assigned a high-level room with a fantastic view, which made the stay even more memorable.
Location is another strong point. The hotel is conveniently situated near Sapporo Station, making it easy to get around the city. Major shopping destinations such as Stellar Place, Daimaru, and other large malls are all within easy reach, perfect for dining and shopping.
One thing to note for travelers who are driving: although parking is available at the hotel, there is a daily parking fee for hotel guests. This is worth factoring into your plans if you intend to rent a car.
