"The location of this hotel is excellent, being so close to the Susukino Metro station. You can walk to Nikka Whisky in just 5 minutes and Ganso Sapporo Ramen Yokocho in 10 minutes. The hotel is brand new, modern, and very clean. They even provide homemade cookies for guests, which are delicious!"

"This was my first stay at Via Inn Prime Sapporo, and the location is definitely the highlight. Being right on Tanukikoji is so convenient, there are tons of restaurants and shops just steps away.
The room was a bit small, but that’s typical for Japan. For a solo traveler, it was perfectly fine and, most importantly, very clean. The check-in lobby on the 2nd floor has a really comfortable atmosphere. I liked that you can pick up your own amenities like toothbrushes and coffee there. The staff were also very polite and spoke good English.
I I had breakfast buffet at the 1st-floor restaurant for 1,980 yen. The food was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. The only thing is that the coffee was a bit light for my taste, but everything else was great. The restaurant was tidy, and the staff were very polite and quick to refill the food.
Overall, a very satisfying 5-day stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when I’m back in Hokkaido!"

"While this hotel is remarkably clean and provides fresh towels daily, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The room was exceptionally small, even by local standards, making it feel very cramped. To make matters worse, the windows could not be opened, and the heater was set at an uncomfortably high temperature, creating a stuffy and oppressive atmosphere.
Communication was another issue, as there was no information or signage regarding the Wi-Fi details. Although the hotel is relatively quiet and offers a street view, the amenities are extremely limited. There are only two washing machines for the entire building, and I was disappointed to find no public bath (onsen) on-site.
Furthermore, if you are driving, be prepared: the hotel has no private parking. You must find your own spot in the surrounding area, and the 'recommended' nearby parking costs a steep 2,400 Yen per night. Despite the cleanliness, the lack of space and facilities made for an uncomfortable stay."

"The rooms were comfortable and traditional, adding to the authentic Japanese ryokan vibe.
Food-wise, the breakfast was outstanding – a delicious spread of fresh, high-quality Japanese dishes with plenty of variety. It was one of the best ryokan breakfasts I’ve had!
The only small downside was the kaiseki dinner – it was decent but not particularly standout or memorable compared to the rest of the experience.
Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing onsen-focused stay with top-notch bath facilities and a great breakfast, this place is perfect. I’d definitely return!"

"Our 1st trip to Japan and this hotel didnt disappoint. From the time we arrive till we left, we were never disappointed us. Its very clean, compact and 2 of us in a room with 2 large suitcases could fit in. Water heater functions well and toilet is superb clean. We didnt take the breakfast so cant comment. Its about 5 minutes walk to the underground tunnel to subway. Subway station is about 10 minutes walk (if you walk like the Japanese) Asians will need 20 minutes or so"

"Good location. Walking distance to pretty much all famous known locations in Sapporo. The room was clean and the bathroom was bigger than most hotels in Japan. I initially chose this hotel thinking it provided free parking but I had to pay about 2000 yen for one day parking which was from 14:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs. Had to pay a bit extra for the few hours outside those hours. Overall, it was affordable and recommend staying here."

MMisafir KullanıcıA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

İstasyondan çıktıktan sonra, kırmızı ışığa doğru on metre ileriye (istasyon yönüne dik) yürüyün ve yolu geçin, ardından başka bir trafik ışığından sonra yaklaşık yirmi metre yürüyün ve 711'i göreceksiniz. Daha önce yorumları gördüm ve metro istasyonundan otele kadar 15. Çıkış'a kadar yürüyüşü takip ettim, bu yaklaşık 20 dakika sürüyor. Zemin aslında çok basit ve 5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor.

SSAMMICCThe room is spacious and the location is super convenient as the bus stop just in front of the hotel, but the meal is just so so but not impressed. However the lounge is impressive with free drinks and dessert which also with massage chair, that is really the best part of the hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.

KKimmy SiaThe hotel is nice. Room is dated but clean and comfortable with a view so beautiful. Buffet spread was great for both dinner and breakfast, and it is priced reasonably. Check the photos we've shared. We got better offer with Trip.com and managed to save with it. Thanks Trip.com.
They have shuttle bus services from Sapporo but we didn't managed to use it. Firstly, due to language barrier as they only accept call in reservation and they only speaks local language and secondly, after we broke the language barrier, we found out that our activities unable to match the timing of the shuttle bus. Nevertheless, the public transportation to this hotel is very convenient and easy. We'll definitely stay here again.

AAnonim KullanıcıTravelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable.
I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

Especially a very sweet Nepalese girl, Maisara. She helped us with our heavy luggages & at breakfast the next morning, introduces the best offerings at breakfast buffet. The seasonal sweet persimmons, matcha latte & smoothies was served by her to our table. She really made our day with her warm hospitality.
The hotel has a underground way to Sapporo factory Mall & was 10 mins walk to Airport Bus at ANA Crown Plaza. It's also near Sapporo Beer Garden for Ghenghis Khan Buffet. We took cab( less than 1000Y) to where all activities are when too tired to walk.
