"The hotel is very convenient, very near from Sapporo station, there are also Lawson and 7-11 very near from hotel. The staffs even though english is not so good but they're very friendly. It also has laundry and pyjamas in the 1st floor, so so convenient. Highly recommend"

"A standard Toyoko Inn Hotel - nothing to complain. The breakfast area is really crowded in the morning and could be larger, but you get everything also some croissants as a longnose westener. The airport busstop is 20m away."

"They gave me a room with a superb nice view 😁. The room and bathroom are quite packed but you will be good even for 2 adults in the room since it comes with reasonable price. Only 2 blocks away from the market, malls, susukino subway and food with a super cozy environment. Complete amenities and they change the towel everyday if you need. Unlimited coffee, juice, croissant and bread for breakfast which enough for me. Helpful and nice front officer. Only maybe you can add more time for the check out until 11am. Overall I really have a zuper pleasant stay here"

"We booked two rooms—Superior Twin Room and Family Twin Room—and both were very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The Superior Twin Room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the room offered a nice view of the city. The Family Twin Room was perfect for our group, providing plenty of space and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, just a short walk from Odori Park and other popular attractions, which made exploring Sapporo really easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed.
However, one downside was that the hotel did not provide a water dispenser in the hallway, which would have been a convenient touch.
Overall, despite that small inconvenience, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Odysis Sapporo Odori Koen Hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo. It's a great choice for both families and solo travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service."

"We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino. If u like the relative quiet, that's part of the charm :)"

"When I entered my room it smelled a bit wet, but no mold in the room.
There might be some notices at night, I don't know if it's a refrigerator, air conditioner or water pipes.
No charging points near bed though.
And the room might be a little bit dark at night, there are not enough lamps in my opinion. But the man at the reception provided me an additional table lamp.
But they had a buffet breakfast. Among drinks I liked a ”Katsugen” (lactic acid bacteria beverage). I believe it's something local, as there are cows and pastures in Hokkaido.
And on the top 10th floor, if you have luck, you will have a room with the view of a bit of mountains on the horizon."

"Generally a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient since it's located next to the station, being easily accessible from both the center of Sapporo as well as New Chitose Airport. The room was also clean and modern, and moderately spacious (for a Japanese hotel room) with a large desk, and well lit. They also provide self-service checkout and luggage storage, which makes checking out extremely fast.
The main downside is the built-in ventilation system where they've cut a hole into the wall and installed a vent cover. The trouble is the seal around the vent isn't very good, so it lets through some noise and the room loses heat overnight (especially during winter when I visited). The heating also isn't thermostat controlled (it's either on or off), so you can't compensate for it by leaving the heating on. It's an inconvenience but not a deal breaker."

GGinny ThamThis is my second time staying here. I really like this hotel, even though the walk to the stations (Sapporo station, Toho Line and Namboku Line) is like 10-15 minutes' walk away. I like the room, not big but enough to accommodate a solo traveller like myself. And it's clean and comfy. I also like the option of just changing the towels and clearing the trash without doing a full-on housekeeping. Will definitely stay again when I go Sapporo.

KKingCHRoom is very clean and short 7mins walk to integrated Sapporo JR station, subway (Namboku and Toho line) and bus terminal. The hotel also upgraded me to a more comfortable double bed room which is kind of standard for all the places I have travelled. Amenities are always replenished unlike some hotels which don’t provide. Staff are very polite. I don’t know how many times I have bowed in return. Also, although the room is facing JR railway, the sound insulation is very good - no disturbance from train movement. Buffet breakfast is also very good with all kinds of sushi such as blow fish, flat fish, blue crab miso soup, ramen, Mongolian bbq mutton Jingkisukan, and even sparkling wine. I would stay here again if come to Sapporo.

MMisafir KullanıcıGreat hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow.
The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch!
Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

MmcspikyOur family had an excellent stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any request — truly one of the highlights of our trip.
The room isn’t very large, but it was still comfortable and adequate for a family of four. We managed perfectly fine, and the heater/air-conditioning system was fantastic. It was very easy to adjust the room temperature to exactly how we wanted it.
A couple of small areas for improvement:
The laundry room only has three machines, so sometimes guests leave their clothes inside for too long, which can be inconvenient.
Parking is very limited — only eight slots, and availability depends on your car’s size. We were only able to park after switching to a smaller rental car. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to affiliated parking lots nearby at discounted rates.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Bespoke Hotel Sapporo. It was a great experience for the whole family!

NNG CHEAU CHENGI stayed here for five days and four nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful. It’s also very close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were absolutely the best — friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel itself is great, very comfortable, and well maintained.
Parking was also absolutely wonderful, very convenient and stress-free, which made our stay even better.
Even the breakfast restaurant was on the 31st floor with a beautiful sky view, which made the whole experience even more special.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again!Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo.

We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel.

AAnonim KullanıcıMy husband and I booked a 6 nights stay in this hotel from 9-15 Nov 2025 as the location of this hotel is great (only 10-15 mins walk to Sapporo train station). Our taxi ride from the station to the hotel costs us only 750 yen.
On the first day of check-in everything went smoothly but we wish the front desk duty person was more friendly. He told us that room cleaning/makeup is only on every third day of our stay.
The morning shift’s front desk females are more friendly and helpful. The room cleaning team is more friendly & warm and gave us better impressions than the front desk night duty team. One cleaning lady could even communicate better in English with us than the front desk crew!
Clean towels can be replaced by putting the used ones in the brown bag and place it outside the door and new ones will given in a beige bag.
Toothbrush quality is quite good, comb, disposable shaver, shaving cream, facial cleanser, toner, beauty & cleansing oil, etc & beverages like coffee, green tea, earl tea and sugar are provided in sachets in front of the ground floor lift lobby and it’s self service.
The twin bed room we booked were spacious and could even put in our 1 large and 2 medium size luggage and there was a have dressing table, small couch, coffee table, safe box and a mini fridge. Bathrobes and bedroom footwear were also provided.
There was no clothes wardrobe, only 4 hooks & 4 hangers were provided to hang our winter coats.
The bathroom & room was clean and no odour. Need to step up one big step at the door to access the bathroom. The pillow was too soft, when we asked the male night shift front desk guy and was told ‘no pillow’ without explaining further.
Room window is quite sound-proof despite the hotel is just next to a busy street, we had good night sleep except for 2 nights, we heard loud noise in the mid-night (12am-1am) from other room.
We needed to deliver a big luggage to the airport and to be pick-up by the Yamato shipping company but front desk told us that we are not to leave our luggage at the front desk for Yamato to collect and we had to deliver it to the company ourselves.
Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay in this hotel but I think some customer service training is needed for the front desk team.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe got a Japanese type room for 5 persons in the new annex 16th floor. It has a nice view of the mountain. The room is a little old but clean. The corridor on the 16th floor is a little dark. The room door is quite hard to open as you need to turn the key and push the heavy door to open it. They provided a gum tape so we can stick bugs that flew into the room. The dinner place on the 1st floor is huge but since it was crowded due to the public holiday, it took us about 30mins to line up before getting seated. It would be wise to check with the staff what time is the best to avoid congestion.
