"The hotel is near walking distance to Sapporo clock tower and Sapporo station.
We took the airport limousine bus and we were dropped off opposite the hotel we are staying at.
Taking the airport bus to chitose airport also convenient.
At the lobby they have coffee machine and all the necessities like comb, toothbrush etc."

"We’ve enjoyed our stay at Mitsui Garden West. Their staff made us feel very welcomed, which we feel very appreciative of. Knowing we’re on our honeymoon, they very thoughtfully added well wishes on our room’s Tv screen, and even gifted us a Mitsui bear for the occasion 🤍🥹
The only part we thought could be improved was the laundry situation — there’s only 2 washer/dryers for the whole hotel, each located in the men and women’s bath. It would be great if more washers were available.
Other than that, we have no complains and sincerely thank the amazing staff!"

10 mins walk to shopping and restaurant area. Tough if you need to walk in the snow.

"訂的榻榻米房，帶括號寫了有獨立衞浴的這個房型確實是有獨立衞浴的，很省心。
浴室比較小且燈光昏暗，房間比較簡樸但打理得很整潔，也沒有異味。榻榻米房間對中國人來説有點新奇，不過實際上相當舒適，有兩層床墊，疊起來足夠柔軟，東西隨手擺放也很方便。
但仔細想想，札幌市中心、大通公園和二條市場旁，這種酒店動輒600+的地方，能用300以內訂到這種比膠囊酒店舒適得多的體驗還是絕對超值的。
酒店本身比較舊，但非常走心——大廳有旅行手冊，有員工自己手寫整理的附近好吃的餐廳列表可以種草，有各種一次性生活用品以及合作餐廳的優惠券可以領，有小桌子擺着平價的泡麪零食可以按需自覺購買，有比外面便宜的冰淇淋機和飲料售貨機，有自動硬幣兑換機，有免費的浴衣和浴場可供使用，而且跟前台預約可以在離店時免費享受專車送到札幌站，對於窮遊學生黨來説這是讓人非常驚喜的。"

"The hotel is modern and its location is walkable (4 mins) to JR Sapporo station. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable to sleep on. Only problem is there’s no allocated place for luggage to open. We used their chair to do that.
The bathroom is clean and nice but unfortunately I had a slip in the bathtub as it was too slippery. I told the housekeeper the next day and requested for a rubber mat to be put in the tub but she didn’t seem to understand. Communion can be a challenge. Apart from that, this is a nice hotel to stay. Recommend!"

MMisafir KullanıcıWe'd the most amazing stay at Sosei Hotel M Gallery. It is a very beautiful hotel with nice amenities & a host of friendly & great staff. Especially a very sweet Nepalese girl, Maisara. She helped us with our heavy luggages & at breakfast the next morning, introduces the best offerings at breakfast buffet. The seasonal sweet persimmons, matcha latte & smoothies was served by her to our table. She really made our day with her warm hospitality.
The hotel has a underground way to Sapporo factory Mall & was 10 mins walk to Airport Bus at ANA Crown Plaza. It's also near Sapporo Beer Garden for Ghenghis Khan Buffet. We took cab( less than 1000Y) to where all activities are when too tired to walk.

Japon otelleri biraz küçük olsa da, buzdolabı ve kasalarla tam donanımlıdır. Ulaşımla ilgili özel bir not: Aslında, JR Sapporo İstasyonu'nun Doğu Kapısı'ndan (bilet kapısı) çıktıktan sonra, Şekil 2'de Kuzey Kapısı'nı (Hokkaido Üniversitesi'ne doğru) bulun. İstasyondan çıktıktan sonra, kırmızı ışığa doğru on metre ileriye (istasyon yönüne dik) yürüyün ve yolu geçin, ardından başka bir trafik ışığından sonra yaklaşık yirmi metre yürüyün ve 711'i göreceksiniz. Daha önce yorumları gördüm ve metro istasyonundan otele kadar 15. Çıkış'a kadar yürüyüşü takip ettim, bu yaklaşık 20 dakika sürüyor. Zemin aslında çok basit ve 5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor.
Otelden JR Sapporo İstasyonu'na nasıl gideceğinizi tekrar anlatacağım: Otelden sonra sağa gidin ve ikinci trafik ışığı kavşağında sola bakın. Şekil 4'te gösterildiği gibi JR Sapporo İstasyonu. Sadece yolu geçin ve yürüyün. 5 dakika uzaklıkta.

MMisafir KullanıcıA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

AAnonim KullanıcıTravelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable.
I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

SSAMMICCThe room is spacious and the location is super convenient as the bus stop just in front of the hotel, but the meal is just so so but not impressed. However the lounge is impressive with free drinks and dessert which also with massage chair, that is really the best part of the hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıOur 1st trip to Japan and this hotel didnt disappoint. From the time we arrive till we left, we were never disappointed us. Its very clean, compact and 2 of us in a room with 2 large suitcases could fit in. Water heater functions well and toilet is superb clean. We didnt take the breakfast so cant comment. Its about 5 minutes walk to the underground tunnel to subway. Subway station is about 10 minutes walk (if you walk like the Japanese) Asians will need 20 minutes or so

However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.

OOffAbbWhile this hotel is remarkably clean and provides fresh towels daily, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The room was exceptionally small, even by local standards, making it feel very cramped. To make matters worse, the windows could not be opened, and the heater was set at an uncomfortably high temperature, creating a stuffy and oppressive atmosphere.
Communication was another issue, as there was no information or signage regarding the Wi-Fi details. Although the hotel is relatively quiet and offers a street view, the amenities are extremely limited. There are only two washing machines for the entire building, and I was disappointed to find no public bath (onsen) on-site.
Furthermore, if you are driving, be prepared: the hotel has no private parking. You must find your own spot in the surrounding area, and the 'recommended' nearby parking costs a steep 2,400 Yen per night. Despite the cleanliness, the lack of space and facilities made for an uncomfortable stay.
