"When I entered my room it smelled a bit wet, but no mold in the room. There might be some notices at night, I don't know if it's a refrigerator, air conditioner or water pipes. No charging points near bed though. And the room might be a little bit dark at night, there are not enough lamps in my opinion. But the man at the reception provided me an additional table lamp. But they had a buffet breakfast. Among drinks I liked a ”Katsugen” (lactic acid bacteria beverage). I believe it's something local, as there are cows and pastures in Hokkaido. And on the top 10th floor, if you have luck, you will have a room with the view of a bit of mountains on the horizon."

"A brand new hotel offering rooms larger than the typical Japanese standard size. Excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Railway Station, with direct access to the subway station and the underground passage."

"Staff are super helpful. Location is a consideration. Location not close to airport bus express drop off at Minami 3 Ryo nor subway. 10 mins walk to shopping and restaurant area. Tough if you need to walk in the snow. Perfect in the Summer though, no complaint to stay in this hotel with a lot of friendly staff to help out."

"I arrived late afternoon and the staff is so nice. She tried speaking in English well. And completely inform important rules to stay here. (A hostel using shared bathroom). However, the security is too much complicated and not easy for some person. But this wasn't hard for me. Thankfully you could consider leave your baggages without notify to somebody, because the staff are not available in the morning until late afternoon."

"Stayed one night and everything was smooth from start to finish. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was a great place to recharge. Location is very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with plenty of food and shopping nearby. Staff were polite and efficient. Would gladly stay again for a short stop in Sapporo."

"I have stay this hotel for 5 nights. gotten a free upgrade , and the room size is spacious. The room is very comfortable and clean. However, the TV cannot play YouTube, this is one of the shortage"

"I selected this hotel because of high score of review and famous among tourist. When I arrived at hotel, I felt comfort and relex. Hotel is located at good location 10 minute walked to Nikka Susukino. Room is very clean and good layout with enough space for my Childern. Bathtab is also excellent. Highly recommended for those who are finding hotel at Susukino."
