"I booked a room with three single beds, and it was quite spacious. The amenities were extremely complete—there were face masks, hair masks, hair wax, facial cleanser, toner, lotion, combs, shower caps, candies, tea, and more. You can even borrow various types of curling irons, as well as child-related items such as a child toilet seat, etc. Best!!! Near the hotel, there are 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores. However, it is a bit far from the Nikka & Tanukikoji shopping street area—about a 10-minute walk. Overall, I was very satisfied staying here. Pajamas are also provided, but only for adults. Bottled drinking water is also provided. I did not try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. The staff were also very friendly."

"A brand new hotel offering rooms larger than the typical Japanese standard size. Excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Railway Station, with direct access to the subway station and the underground passage."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, being so close to the Susukino Metro station. You can walk to Nikka Whisky in just 5 minutes and Ganso Sapporo Ramen Yokocho in 10 minutes. The hotel is brand new, modern, and very clean. They even provide homemade cookies for guests, which are delicious!"

"As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby. Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful. Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem. Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift. Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)"

Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻"

"The hotel is near walking distance to Sapporo clock tower and Sapporo station. We took the airport limousine bus and we were dropped off opposite the hotel we are staying at. Taking the airport bus to chitose airport also convenient. At the lobby they have coffee machine and all the necessities like comb, toothbrush etc."

"This was downright the best accommodation during our winter trip and it was really close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Odori Park and Susukino are also a few hundred meters away. I’ll definitely stay again at 41 Pieces in the future."

"The location is not at the central Otaru but it is about 15 minutes drive to the central attractions. Service is not the best. Check-in strictly at 2pm. Arrived close to 1pm but was told cannot check-in and need to wait until 2pm. Came back at 1.40pm still told the same statement to wait until 2pm. The upside is the hotel is directly connected to AEON mall. Don't expect much from the AEON. There are around 6-7 eateries only. You can buy some fresh stuff if you like. There is post office in the AEON mall which you can mail you things back. Parking in the hotel is not free. Chargeable at ¥1,650 per day with multiple entry allow. Breakfast option is not great. You can get better food outside for the pricing unless it is included in the room package."
