"I selected this hotel because of high score of review and famous among tourist. When I arrived at hotel, I felt comfort and relex. Hotel is located at good location 10 minute walked to Nikka Susukino. Room is very clean and good layout with enough space for my Childern. Bathtab is also excellent. Highly recommended for those who are finding hotel at Susukino."

"Bu sefer, eşyalarımı koymak için daha fazla alan sağlayan superior kabini tercih ederek sadece erkeklere özel bir kapsül otelde kaldım. Yatak oldukça rahattı, ancak yastıklar benim zevkime göre biraz fazla alçaktı. Duşlar 8. katta ve genellikle saat 22:00'den sonra oldukça kalabalık oluyor. Belki de kar mevsimi olduğundan, çok fazla turist var. Genel olarak, kesinlikle burada tekrar kalırım; oldukça güzeldi."

"A Relaxing and Convenient City Getaway I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, major sights, and public transport all just a few minutes’ walk away. It made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were wonderful: clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The water was at the perfect temperature, and soaking in the onsen provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of sightseeing. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, modern amenities, and good soundproofing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The staff stood out for their politeness and attentiveness—everyone from reception to the concierge was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with a genuine smile. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of prime location, soothing onsen, clean rooms, and warm service. Perfect for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the city. Highly recommended!"

The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo. Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. "The hotel room is much larger than a typical hotel room in Japan, making it very convenient for packing and organising luggage. The service and hospitality are truly at a five-star level. The staff were very helpful and even assisted us with booking a taxi to the airport. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is not directly within the Tanukikoji (狸小路) shopping street area. It takes about an 8-minute walk, either through Pole Town (Exit 8 is right in front of the hotel) or by walking outdoors. That said, the hotel is only a 3-minute walk to the TV Tower and Odori Park, and it is very close to public transportation."

"This place was nice. I bet you’re comfortable. The only problem I had was with the pillows. They were hard as a rock. I’m not sure why they put beans in these pillows, but I didn’t like them."

"Need to walk around 20 minutes from Sapporo station. Hard to find since there is no sign or poster on the entry writing hostel . Rather cafe , after going 3 times round the block I finally read in small print ten to ten . 10 minutes away from any seven eleven or family mart, 30 minutes away from Ōdōri park , I found the location to be not ideal . On their website they write they have a laundromat , which is wrong . No washing machine , I find it disappointing in Japan where every hostels or hotels have one . The lady at the desk told me to go and wash clothes is quite far . Also don’t believe the photos on their website or promotions pictures . There is no park down the building . It’s a small hostel in a small street isolated from the rest of the neighborhood. For the hostel itself , classic , nothing to say except some of the curtains on their bed don’t close properly , the bed is very comfortable , bathroom clean and you can change towels every day . Breakfast is for free every morning at 8 and it is a coffee and a small bread . Still delicious . Staff is not always on the premises, morning and evening . In a nutshell. Was good for a short stay but will definitely look for another one with better equipment ( laundromat ) and better location ( closer to a family mart ) next time ."

"This looks like a higher-tiered hotel, but the amenities they provided were sorely lacking. For example, they did not provide any lotion or emulsion or essence in the room or at the reception desk. And for the razor and hairbrush, they were chargeable. Even the onsen was chargeable too. I thought the onsen should be included in the stay. My child and I used it for three times and I had to pay more than 5,000 yen."

"I have stay this hotel for 5 nights. gotten a free upgrade , and the room size is spacious. The room is very comfortable and clean. However, the TV cannot play YouTube, this is one of the shortage"
