"I had a wonderful stay at ibis hotel in Deqing, China. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars"

"About the room: clean, really comfy bed. Shower was great (strong water pressure which was rare in mountain hotel). Coffee capsules were of good quality- handy when wanting to enjoy a cuppa first thing in the morning with a mountain view. Hotel location: quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of town centre which was perfect for a relaxing holidays. Local Chinese food restaurants were only 15 mins walk away. Easy to get Didi to go nearby town too. Also, it’s easy to get to multiple hiking trails in the area. Service: overall is fine. Staff was flexible and accommodating to meet guests’ needs. However, much improvement is needed for housekeeping as it was not done for one of the days during my stay and I had to ask for it at the end of the day. And water and coffee was not automatically replenished on certain days. Other than those minor incidents, the service and staff’s hospitality was good. Food: great breakfast. Restaurant menu was decent. But it will be nicer to have offerings like sandwiches for a light lunch option."

"出門遊玩酒店體驗簡直超出預期期，必須跟大家分享分享，酒店的地理位置絕佳，酒店附近就是銀泰城，吃喝玩樂很方便，有免費停車位，前台工作人員歡歡熱情周到的服務給我留下了非常深刻的印象辦理入住手續迅速又高效還耐心的給我介紹周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳，就像家人一樣親切，來到房間更是眼前一亮房間非常乾淨整潔佈局合理，每一處細節都能看出酒店的用心打開水龍頭，熱水出的很快水流也非常大，洗澡非常舒服，浴室和洗手間乾濕分離的玻璃也不是透明的那種不會尷尬，整個入住過程都感覺到酒店對衞生和設施維護的高標準，晚上睡覺周圍很安靜，附近都是辦公樓，可以讓我好好的休息養精蓄鋭，迎接第二天的行程這家酒店，無論是地理位置服務還是房間設施和周邊配套都十分讓我滿意👍"

"Well kept and managed hotel close to hiking tracks through bamboo coated mountains. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel itself, great value, friendly staff and good food. The breakfast was suitable for vegetarians, which worked out great for us. The one thing to be careful of is that the village this hotel is in doesn't have a great amount of public transport to get you to other places other than a very time consuming bus. If your Chinese is good enough, you might be able to convince a taxi to come get you, but they'll ask for a bit more due to the location. However, if you just want to relax, hike and explore the local mountains (there is a dam you 'can' swim in, and a waterfall within 3km), it's a great place."

"We had a fantastic stay at Elephant and Moon resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout the stay, they helped with accommodating our needs, including bringing extra cutlery, glasses, ensuring the jacuzzi was in good condition and ready for use, and delivering food from the restaurant to our room. The breakfast had many options and the dinner menu was very good. The beds were very comfortable and black-out curtains were provided. The facilities were very clean and the surrounding environment truly captures the natural beauty. We truly enjoyed our stay. The Rainfield Pavilion Rachel House exceeded our expectations. We look forward to visiting Elephant and Moon again."

"This hotel is located in a good location, easy to get to by Didi from Deqing town. Has a very homey feeling to it plus the decoration. Distribution centre to Moganshan scenic area is also not too far away."

"真的是很棒的一家民宿！！老闆和老闆娘人都特別好！很温和也很温暖很有趣，聊聊天嘮嘮家常講講山裡軼事！ 早飯晚飯都特別用心準備的也特別好吃而且食材完全放心！！有自己包的餃子自己熬的豬油，晚飯是婆婆做的，有魚有雞有蔬菜，廚藝超好啊啊啊，菜都相當可口！！！特別值得一提的是自己熬的土雞湯！！感覺比外麪店裏的好喝！放了很多食材鮮的來！筍乾超級超級好吃！還有魚也是！反正就是個乾淨衞生美味！ 環境也很nice！民宿蠻好看的！房間住得很舒適！設施也齊全！我們去爬山回來前老闆娘還會幫我們提前開好空調！還有冰鎮解暑的西瓜！啊啊啊還有大紅棗湯冰冰甜甜的！太幸福了！！然後可以坐在陽台上吹吹山風，被眼前羣山環抱，愜意啊～不想到室外的話兩個卧室窗外的景也都很怡人～ 服務也是超棒很貼心啊啊啊啊需要什麼直接説都可以的，有娛樂設施，可以唱歌！還有很多方面都太貼心了還很感動！！！最後和我們送別！心裏是有點不捨的 這裏地理位置也很好，上可登山徒步，走步道或者山路，下可去庾村裡逛逛兜兜，門前還有小溪樹叢，清幽雅靜！ 總之各方面都很棒！期待以後有機會再見！！"
